It went ok, and I am sure I just misunderstand, but they never went into the attic. They sprayed the usual places outside and inside but bugs were seen a few days later. I am new to Houston so I am not sure if this is normal or not. I went to solutions and bought the equipment and the chemical for about 100 dollars. They said that should be good for 16 treatments. So if that works I will be happy because they also told me how the work should be done. I have found if you are not an expert or at least knowledgeable about the services you are purchasing, you will lose. Mill

Sam Maultsby came out to our house, examined the damage and recommended treatment. Treatment was well done on the spot at a fair price. Report was recieved via email before Sam left. Higly recommended.

Troy was the representative who came out for the service. He was very courteous and was interested in helping us figure out how to fight the bug problems we are having, even though some of the problems were not present at the time.He was thorough and fast. We signed up for the quarterly maintenance because it was very inexpensive compared to what we used to have many years ago with another large company who you see all the time on TV here in Houston. I highly recommend Certified and Troy!

Troy arrived on time and explained what and how he was going to service my home. He was very courteous and professional and really knew what he was doing. Explained everything he did and recommended a quarterly service which I am considering and asked him to email me a contract to review. I was very pleased with his work and would definitely use his service again and recommend him to everyone. He did a nice clean and thorough job.

Professional, courteous, arrives exactly on tim, reminded day before of appointment. Good outfit. I paid an extra $10 over advertised fee because our home is 4000 sq ft and their deal is for 3000. All of this was done upfront before I signed up. Was impressed with the company. I'll do business with them again.

Caroline is very friendly when calling her to schedule. For the rat issue, she even set up service for someone to come out that afternoon. Tony came out to my house and was prompt and very thorough. He set up top loading rodent stations all along the fence in my backyard, as well as putting along the house. (hidden by bushes) He knew we have children and a dog, and assured me that this was safe to leave out. He even came back out to refill them and moved a few of them based on where the rats were feeding most off of. It's been a couple of weeks, and we no longer see rats on our patio (thank goodness!) and haven't seen anymore running on the fence. Fingers crossed they are gone for good! My husband and I will continue using their services and I highly recommend Certified Pest Control for all pest control and preventive maintenance.

I was initially pleased that the technician arrived on time for our scheduled appointment. After the initial consultation he explained the service he would provide. It took about an hour, he did more than I expected, sprayed our yard front and back as well as treated around every window and door. We had a problem with Spiders, roaches and ants around our back patio. As well as sugar ants in our kitchen area. I must say that within 48 hours we noticed a marked difference. To my surprise there are absolutely no insects around our back yard patio nor our kitchen area. I am well pleased with their service and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for an exterminator!

They treated interior and exterior of house and really took time to dust and remove all cobwebs. They were very professional and courteous. The service department was very efficient in keeping me updated on appointment time and follow up after the service. I would recommend Certified Pest Control and Termite to everyone looking for an honest and professional company. I plan on using them on a quarterly basis and also have them servicing our commercial office on a quarterly basis.

We have been using Certified Termite & Pest Control for over three years now since my family was re-located to Texas from Colorado. Initially we were unsure of what treatment we would need and were not familiar with the pests that we would encounter here in Texas. Their technicians went over everything that we would need to know and provided great service. After a few months living in our new house we encountered fire ants in our yard so we called them out again. They treated for the fire ants in our yard and we have not had any come back ever since. They provide great service every time they come out and we have recommended their service to many friends.

I like this company a lot because they use all-natural things. When we built our house they did the initial termite prevention and in 10 years we have not had a problem. They staff demeanor is really good; they are very friendly and accommodating. They just started this year to do Christmas lighting and this year they did mine. When a number of the bulbs went out they came within 24 hours to replace them. They took the lights all down, too.

They are very friendly and low-cost. They are prompt in their service.

They left a note to say that they were coming out so that I wouldn't leave my dog out. I never saw the note. So when they came, my dog was in the backyard and they just sprayed the front yard and rescheduled to do the backyard. I know that they never came back, but they said that they had and charged us for it. They didn't get rid of any of my pests, and I feel that they did a horrible job. I still have snakes, spiders, and ant hills popping up everywhere.

THE EXTERMINATOR IS ALWAYS ON TIME AND VERY COURTEOUS. THEY DO A GREAT JOB! WE HAVE NEVER SEEN INSECTS IN OUR HOUSE!
