My wife and I couldn't be happier. Our house looks amazing. Keith was a true professional to work with. The work was estimated at 2 days. Jose' and his crew were awesome. They were on time both days and were extremely thorough with a great attention to detail. They took great care while in our home and everything was protected appropriately. You would never know they had been there. Kudos also to Whitney, who did our free color consultation as part of the package. The colors work perfectly with our furnishings and looks pretty spectacular.

Keith showed up to provide the quote and did a very thorough job. He took time to answer my questions and seemed extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. He provided the quote a day later which was very clear and detailed. The quote was on the higher end of the spectrum of bids we received and we ultimately chose another provider but were impressed by his professionalism.

The painters were a bit late (due to a wreck stopping traffic for a bit), but within 20 minutes of scheduled time, they arrived. A walk-through of the project was done by Keith and the project leader. While that was going on, the others were taping off the floor, windows, etc. Keith confirmed with me the colors selected, and the project leader went to purchase the appropriate colors. The painting was scheduled for two days, but by 5 in the evening we were asked if we would rather have them stay and finish or quit and return the next day. They finished the entire project, including clean-up, by 7 p.m. It looked beautiful!

They did an excellent job. Communication was prompt. The workers were professional, neat and kept the work site clean. The weather was an issue from time to time because of that time of the year but they were always working whenever they could.

It went smoothly. There was great communication between Keith the contractor, me, and Jose the main painting wiz. When questions arose on my part they were quickly addressed and problems solved. Although I knew what colors I wanted, Keith sent over a color expert to help me whittle down the choices and decide where to put what. I insisted on the concrete porches being painted red and although that is a difficult color to get on thick enough, more coats were applied and I was extremely happy with the result. One day we will address the painting of the interior and Keith will be our choice. I have nothing but high praise for him and his great team.

CentraPro was a pleasure to do business with. Kurt worked with my husband to arrange the time and me to pick the colors. We have an Austin creekstone brick house and Kurt suggested painting the trim to make the house pop. I chose the colors and Kurt called back to say that he thought the gray I had chosen was too purple. I took his word for it (he has seen a lot more paint colors than I have) and chose a new color. He still felt that the new color was too purple and asked me what kind of look I was trying to build. I told him and he suggested two grays and two whites. Kurt had his team put the colors on boards so I could see a larger sample. I came home at lunch and made a choice. The painters also replaced some rotten wood in our soffits and around our sliding patio door. The CentraPro team was very professional, performed all work in a timely manner and cleaned up after the work was complete. Truly a professional organization from start to finish. I would definitely use them again.

Keith Young's team were professional, on time, and the workmanship was terrific. I cannot say enough about the experience. On the first day, I reminded Keith and the team foreman Jessie, that I had company arriving Wednesday afternoon. Jessie called in more painters so they were sure to finish the project by Tuesday afternoon. At no additional charge. I stayed home during the 2-days of painting and was very impressed with their work ethic. Before painting, team members patched hairline cracks and filled in holes where paintings and wall fixtures would not be re-hung. Each man knew his job, and performed it well. Time management was a non-issue. The team worked both days from 8a-5p, and only broke for lunch. Without asking, they re-mounted the light fixtures and moved our furniture back in place. Having our house painted the same week company was coming could have been a disaster. Instead, our home looked fresh and clean for our guests. We were very pleased with the work that Keith/Ben and his team provided. Keith was very detailed and friendly with his estimate and spent time working out the quote for us. Marco and his team were done with painting our house in 3 days when we were given an estimate of 5 days. They were very flexible in working with us on what we needed, like demoing a crooked column in our house so that the ceiling could be painted during the process. Marco's team worked very hard and tried their best to accommodate to our wishes. Overall great experience with a reasonable pricing!

It was very easy to work with Keith. He emailed his job proposal to us on the same day that he came out to visit with us. He allowed us to provide the Olympic paints, and his proposal listed specifically the work to be done. They were exceptionally neat and protected surrounding surfaces. They did a first class job on the texture and the painting. Without any additional charges, they covered an ugly edge on the cabinet with some wood trim. They seemed determined to make sure that we were satisfied with their work.

Excellent service from start to finish. Extremely polite and professional when we requested the quote from Keith. A detailed quote of exact work to be completed was given at the time therefore there was no misunderstanding with what the exacty process was going to be - start to finish. The work was then completed immediately, and in the time frame discussed and to an extremely high standard. A very smooth and stress free experience. This made us extremely happy as having to find and deal with a company that was out of our area was slighty daunting - the house being in Houston when we are based in Dallas. Slight communication issue right at the end with regards to keys (not actual work) however Ben went out of his way to rectify immediately, even though I had said he needn't. We can all make a mistake, but it is how it is rectified that stays with us. So thank you! These guys were great. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or/and approach again!

These folks are true professionals. From estimate through completion, expectations were clear and execution was excellent.

It was such a pleasure to work with Keith and his crew. We had part of our home painted in the spring of 2011 and were eager to have him back to complete the job. He and the crew were extremely nice, professional, and competent. We will have them back for any future painting.

This is the second time using CertaPro and Keith. When Keith came to do the estimate the second time he offered a free color consultation with an independent decorator. She was fantastic. Very patient and even came back a second time because we didn't like the colors at first. So glad we used a color consultant and I would recommend it to anyone! Keith was very patient with me too since it took us awhile to pick the colors. But he honored the original estimate even though the work was completed a couple of months down the road. His painters were professional and quick! We had all the rooms done within 2 days with minimal disruption. And this included having a newborn in the house! I would definitely recommend Keith and his painters for any job you may have.

I had a fantastic experience working with Keith, the owner of CertaPro Painters of Central Houston. Last year, I was prepping my home in Houston to put on the market; this was particularly difficult since I live in Minnesota! Initially, I hired Keith and his crew to simply paint the trim on my house (a task "beneath" other painting contractors). He and his crew teated the job with professionalism and started and finished work in a timely manner. Since I was overseeing this work remotely, Keith took many pictures for me (before and after). Some of the pictures were such good quality that I ended up using them instead of my realtor's on the listing website! After the paint job, Keith said to let him know if there were any other painting/handyman tasks that I needed to get my house ready and that either his crew or someone he knew would most likely be able to take care of it. Well, after a different contractor backed out on me most inconveniently, I did end up taking Keith's offer, and he helped me coordinate and complete many random tasks: installing seam covers between different types of flooring, installing a ceiling fan extension rod and wireless remote, installing quarter-round, powerwashing the driveway, etc. All of the work was done well and at a fair price. What's truly invaluable though is finding someone you trust enough to let into your home and someone who you know will get the job done right. I was so fortunate that I didn't have to try to find ten different people to get the various tasks done; finding one good person is difficult enough! I appreciated how convenient Keith made it for me to work with him remotely. He emailed the recepits I needed to sign, and then I would scan and email them back. Everything was done very promptly. I unfortunately never got to meet Keith in person, but my realtor did and spoke very highly of him, and I got a very pleasant impression from the emails and phone calls. We even got a holiday greeting card from him and his family, which I felt was a nice personal touch to doing business. If I were still living in Houston, I'm sure I'd be doing business with Keith and CertaPro for many more years.

We got great customer service for the estimate and the best price for painting our dining room. We went with a professional because of the red color we were going with (tough to get just right). Wonderful job painting. Quick and clean. Will use again.

Both times we've used Certa Pro, I couldn't have been happier with the result. We like a lot of color and so our paint schemes got complicated on the first job (three stories and color changes on seemingly every wall), but they made sure everything was absolutely done correctly. They were courteous, neat, and detail oriented. They touched up around the ceiling and baseboards everywhere they painted to make sure everything was crisp and terrific looking. Our second house is an old 1955 rancher and had some drywall cracks and some holes from the previous owner, which Keith's crew fixed up perfectly. Best of all, Keith is great to work with, as are his crew chiefs. Always responsive and available and taking a lot of pride in not only the work but the satisfaction of the customer. The price on our first job was well below what others were asking, and on the second job, I didn't even bother looking around because I knew I'd be happy with the results, but I think it was fair as well. I was trying to get away with not painting the ceilings but Keith noticed some spots where the previous owner had touched up and/or done a bad job texturing, and convinced me to do the ceilings, too. Awfully glad he did because it made a huge difference in my satisfaction with the job and my house in general. Little things like that to make sure you're happy with the job do go a long way. I know I'm in good hands with Certa Pro and can recommend them without hesitation.
