CertaPro was so great. Sebastian is the best. Very personable and patient. I kept adding to the job and he quickly got back with me and provided what it would cost. Silvia headed the job and worked diligently and had her crew there to finish the job in a timely manor. It was a big job. Whole house including ceiling and base boards. Added the ceiling and bae base boards. I worked with a color specialist, Ana. She helped me decide on the right grey. Which was tough! It was an amazing experience. I trusted implicitly as well. Great experience and team.

Alfredo's crew did a great job getting our entire inside of our house painted. The lines on the ceiling look clean and walls look solid. The crew did a good job cleaning things up and being done a bit earlier than we first thought. It was a big project and they had ample enough guys working to make the deadline. I have used his service in the past and that is why we chose him again b/c of the quality.

Work was not performed to my satisfaction.

It went very well. The crew was on time every day, they were polite and they cleaned-up before they left. They were very dilligent, professional and careful. They interacted well with us and responded well to all of our requests. There were no problems of any sort. The General Manager, Alfredo Flores, was a pleasure to work with. At the time of the original estimate, he showed up on time as promised, was very careful and through in his analysis of what needed to be done and provided a detailed estimate at the end of the same day he visited. His estimate was in line with others we had solicited so based on our interactions with him and the reviews we had seen on Angie's list plus his very high rating by the Better Business Bureau, we decided to sign the contract with him. We will definitely work with CertaPro Painters of Central Houston (Alberto Flores) again when we need painting and will recommend them to friends and family.

Jose and his crew were wonderful to work with. They were always on time, did an excellent job and always left the place clean. Would definately use them again. Keith was the manager and he was by far the most thorough of the 3 companies I talked too. He checked in often and was always making sure I was pleased. Thanks again for everything. The house looks great.

They did a great job. They were very professional, and they offered a fair price (lower than others). The work was done ontime and with a high degree of quality. I would absolutely use them again to paint anything in my house. And I would recommend them to others.

Went well-had to come back to do a spot that was missed earlier( needed to be sanded and retextured- mistake the builder left.' I felt like it needed another coat.

It went horrible because the entire guest room downstairs is not finished. The owner basically left it undone on a technicality, sort of, we discussed schematics even before the start of work which I paid $720 for. We both agreed the $720 would take care of all of downstairs and the stars hall. He basically said that his guys would be done at 8:45 PM but I paid for the whole day. They showed up early at 7:00AM but did not put a drop of paint until 11:00 AM. The work was great but he basically took my money and did not complete what I had paid for and tried to use my connections to further his business. I told my girlfriend not use this company and not to let them do or handle your families homes or friends. The owner also bragged about doing an 8,000sq home and earning $40,000 for it; which could the reason for his behavior.

Fantastic. I had received four different estimates from painters.....expecting Certa Pro to be the most expensive due to being a "national company".....they were not the least expensive (2nd least expensive of the four), but they were the only ones who included two coats of paint and a one year guarantee for their work. Mike and his wife were very responsive with emails and calls and very professional. I will be using them again in the near future for some indoor painting. They painters that came out were very professional, fast and good clean up.

We got three different quotes to paint the front facade of our three-story stucco house. All three were in the same price range, so it came down to other things. Above all, CertaPro's quote was the most detailed and they were able to answer all of our questions in a professional and timely manner. We knew what we were getting because the quote was so clear. They arrived on time for the quote and took measurements (others didn't). They gave us an idea of how long the process would take, gave us a few add-on options and prices for them. We declined all of the add-ons, but never felt like we were being pressured to do any of them. We weren't in a hurry to get the work done, so it was about a month or so after we signed the contract before work began. However, they did call us earlier when they had an opening, but we weren't able to work out those dates in their schedule. We were very appreciative of the option, though! The painters took three days (more like two and a half) and arrived spot on at 8 am every morning. On the third day, they finished while we were gone and we noticed a few minor spots, and they came back out that same day to finish up. Overall, a really great experience and we would recommend them to anyone needing their house painted.

Fred came out to do an estimate and was on time and very professional. I didn't end up using their services, because my building management had a regular contractor that was able to do the job at a lower price. However, I felt that CertaPro did a good job in answering questions, being on time, and delivering an estimate at the time they said they would. I would certainly feel confident hiring them in the future.

I purchased a painter for a week in order to repaint the interior of a house which I just purchased. It was very pleased with the work, though it ended up costing a lot more than I had planned. The Angie's deal paid for less than 1/3 of the work, but that was probably my underestimating the amount of work involved. Its a 3 story townhouse, and after all was said and done, it cost around $6500. I was very pleased with the work, though there seemed to be some communication issues up front, trying to explain to the painters the work detailed on the work order. It wasn't done properly at first, as I wanted the closets painted white, and they were painted the same color as the rest of the house. I did email CertaPro though and they came back the next day and repainted those areas, so I was very happy with their level of responsiveness. I would definitely recommend CertaPro, though I don't really think the I got much of a deal, cost-wise. I probably just paid standard pricing. But my house looks gorgeous, even though I'm a little lighter in the wallet than I had planned to be.

Keith and his team were professionals from the very start. Keith pointed out several areas that the other painting companies missed in their quotes and he was very thorough. They offer a color consultant, which is very helpful. She came out and helped finalize the green we were going to use and made several suggestions that I had not thought of. The crew started on time and worked for a day and a half straight until the job was finished. Everything looks great!!

Outstanding work! Every person was very professional.

Excellent job. They taped everything off, no spills. They did not do the trim, only walls, and there was no bleedover onto any trim or any of my furniture or fixtures. They even removed and reinstalled the tv mount so as not to get any paint on it and to ensure the wall was uniformly painted. They fixed all dings in my wall to perfection, including some pre-existing sheet rock damage. They truly went above and beyond. The paint job looks great. They also worked FAST and were done 2 hours before they said they would be. Worked through lunch.

They were extremely good. They did it very smoothly and the texture matched. They were here each morning when they said they would be. They had a good attitude. They had a very professional process. The man who prepared the quote was very accommodating and a good listener. The crew was excellent. I have already recommended them. The price was competitive.

We didn't actually use them but went with a different painter. The bid was good. They were very professional in giving the bid but somebody else came in a little lower. They were extremely professional and extremely thorough in their bidding process. The price was going to be about $1200. They were definitely our second choice or almost our first choice and we were very impressed with them. Particularly their professionalism and thoroughness were impressive.

They were the second people I called for the job. The initial company did not have a ladder tall enough, but CertaPro did. They completed the job in about a week and cleaned up well. They did a great job.

Keith was prompt and professional. His assistant had a family emergency and he was still returning calls while he was juggling extra job duties. His crew was fast and considerate.

The job was done quickly and efficiently. I would call on this company again because Keith is very professional about showing up and providing an estimate. Because they are so very busy, it may take a little extra calling on your part to get ahold of them. The gentlemen that did the actual work were careful and cleaned-up after themselves. The lead person definitely is one of integrity and character. Trustworthy.

It went very well. Jose and his team were outstanding and all tasks related to this job were completed as expected by my very demanding wife. We were very pleased with the owner's (Keith Young) professionalism, punctuality and knowledge of paints. Although he was not the lowest bidder for this job, but he was close, we were very pleased that we selected this company. He has insurance which many paint companies do not have. Be assured that we will use them again!
