Description of Work: We had them replace an three year old system in our new house the builder installed that was undersized in 2005. It cooled more evenly after they also replaced the duct work but the thermostat never regulated the humidity and they continued to adjust and the system never worked as promised. They replaced the thermostat once but have no record of it. Now they say nothing is under warranty and a new thermostat would be $$$. We kept calling them because we had so much invested in the system. When I would make an appt. they would call back the day before to verify and would almost always have us on the schedule at a different time. Contacted the President by e-mail and never got a response.

We service and install residential air conditioning systems in the Greater Houston Area since 1976. If you are buying a new home call us to inspect the system. If you are frustrated because you cannot get your system to deliver the comfort you expect call us.
No commercial work. Will only service roof top units that have walk out access or a built in stairs to roof deck.
