They could have sold us a new lock and we wouldn't have been any the wiser, but they were wonderfully honest -They came when they said they would and did the work with competence . We will definitely call them again if the need arises.

I like them! It was great. They have a very good locksmith that comes to the house and it was a rather complicated situation and he was very good. It was a complex situation and he could master it. He was here in January and he was here in the fall. It was under a hundred dollars and I thought it was very reasonable for what he did. His overall service is excellent. I haven't had a basis of comparison but for the time and work that was involved I am thinking it was very reasonable. Yes, I will be using him in the future.

It went well. It was very hot and the technician was having some issues with the heat and frequently dropped some tools but he was very experienced and just having a few issues with the heat.

Everything went very smoothly. The repairman came out first thing as soon as I learned about the broken lock. He knew what to do for a temporary fix. He ordered the correct part. He called to let me know that the part had arrived and we arranged for a time to install the cylinder. He was prompt, courteous, and priced right. I also learned how to recognize in the future that a lock needs servicing so that could be done before the lock is broken.

Arrived early. Got to work straight away and finished very quickly. Made sure all the keys turned smoothly and provided me extra keys at no additional charge. Very professional.

I called for an appointment at 11 am and Bravo Key & Lock was here by 1 pm. Gilbert took my call and was very helpful in explaining pricing and potential need for a replacement handle. Jose arrived on schedule and was able to repair the door very quickly - no need to replace the handle. Prompt, professional, and pleasant service and I have a working front door for less money than I thought it would cost. I won't hesitate to use Bravo Key & Lock in the future!

Called them at 5:30 on Saturday came right out and turned a bad situation into a real good experience. Have used them twice and would never use anyone else. The man from Bravo was very Professional. Stop reading this review and call Bravo.

I have used Bravo services three times now...all good experiences. I can't think of any reason to call another locksmith service.

We had a great experience with Bravo Key and Lock. The person I spoke to on the phone was friendly and helped me understand different options and pricing for rekeying our home. They were extremely accommodating when I had to reschedule due to a last minute conflict. On the day of the service, the technician arrived on time -- early, actually! -- and completed the work in about an hour. We have since returned to Bravo Key and Lock for other keys, and would definitely use them again.

We used them and they changed our locks. There were 3 of them. They were prompt, professional, helpful and courteous.

A week before the installation I had called Bravo Key and Lock to see if they could take out the broken off key without replacing ignition lock cylinder. They were able to show up that same day and tried to take it out but it was a situation in which the tip of the key was all the way to the end of the cylinder. They explained to me the details of why this couldn't be done and I was OK with the explanation. I needed a new ignition lock cylinder which they could obtain and quickly send their specialist when ready. I was able to find a new lock cylinder for good price because a friend of mine works in an auto parts store. When I bought it I called Bravo and set up an appointment for Monday at noon. Rueben called me around 9:30 and asked if I wanted the tech there around 10. I said yes and Rick showed up at exactly 10. It only took him about 40 minutes and he was very professional.

This is a specialty lock and Bravo Lock and Key repaired it. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I had intended to replace all locks when he indicated rekeying had the same affect. This saved me considerable money. I was extremely impressed with his courtesy, and honesty in as much as I would never have considered rekeying. I have him on speed dial and will certainly continue to recommend Bravo.

It was perfect. He was really helpful, nice, and professional.

I called because i was locked out of my home safe. Ruben asked for my address and details about the safe and then said he would have someone call me back. An hour later i got a call and was asked for the details again, and then asked where i lived and when i told him he said i lived too far away. I think this is unprofessional especially when it comes to a safe. I disconnected and he called back and told me he had a friend in the area and i could call him. He gave me a first name and phone number only. That does not make me feel secure. I am going to be inviting a professional safe cracker into my home to crack my safe...but this has me feeling as if it is more likely i will get robbed than get a professional over here. Now i will have to call someone else and reveal all this same information again. So if my home gets burglarized in the near future i hope this will serve as evidence.

I picked Bravo Key & Lock from Angie's list because they had so many good reviews. I called and the man I spoke to was very upfront about the options and the cost. I was really happy when he told me someone could come out that same afternoon. Reuben Sanchez is the gentleman who came out and he was a truly nice man. He first tried to fix the old lock to save us some money, but that wasn't possible so he replaced the broken one and then I asked him to also replace the old lock on another door. He was very professional and we feel like we made a friend. I would certainly recommend them and would be happy to use them again.

The two man team came out within two hours of my calling about the job. They were professional and worked quickly giving explanations as to what they were doing and why. They had me try each lock to make sure I could unlock them easily. I called my realtor to have her recommend them to others just moving in to a new home. I would definitely use this company again and will tell all my friends about them as well. I feel that the price was great and certainly their professionalism was fabulous.

We took the broken key to Bravo and they fixed it. They warned my son that because the key was split in two, they couldn't guarantee that the replacement key would work, but were pretty sure it would. When my son returned to California, the key worked without a problem.

They provided an exact cost over the phone. They showed up at the agreed upon time to do the work. The work was done in a timely fashion and the person doing the work was very professional! Will use again if the need arises!

Bravo Lock and Key was able to respond quickly and rekey my house within about an hour of my call. They sent two guys out and rekeyed 4 locks in an hour or so after arriving. The locksmiths were professional and efficient. Bravo charged $45 for a site visit plus $10 for each lock and $2 for each key made, which was cheaper than the other quotes I got.

Timely, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Did a good job and replaced a lock on a door with an old fixture. No problems occurred during install or after the job was done. Good Service.
