Bravo Key & Lock

We’ve used Bravo before and are always pleased. Responded quickly and fixed problem on first visit. Very professional.

Great - They were responsive, timely, courteous & helpful.

I tried to hire them. I called about a replacement remote key for a car. They said they had the part. I drove 20 minutes to the store. No part. They would order it. Part would be there on Monday. Spoke with someone on Monday. Not ordered. Part would be there on Thursday. Spoke with someone Saturday. He would find out what the problem was and call me. No call back. Spoke with another person the following week. Remote was being ordered and would be there on Thursday. Company would call. No call. Called Saturday. Technician couldn't tell me if part was there. Said call back Monday. Finally gave up. Conclusion: Not reliable.

Amazing customer service, awesome pricing, I was quoted a third of the price for double the locks! Super fast Super responsive amazingly polite folks. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We had an appointment from 4-6pm but the technician didn’t bother to show or call to give us a heads up. We tried calling the main office but they did not pick up either. Will be taking our business else where

After discussing the problem with the Bravo representative she suggested using a teflon based dry lubricant. That worked like a charm. I learned something that will be useful in the future as well. I would recommend Bravo because of their good will.

Brandon was great. The door had to be modified to accept the keyless deadbolt, Schlage connect, and he made sure the unit was working properly. Programming the unit is an extra $25 so I did that myself.

I've had them for several things, and they're wonderful. I was not complaining, I was just thankful he could figure it out. No complaints. And I recently had another experience where I thought I was going to have to go to a lock place, and I stopped in at my husband's employer and they said, "You know there one just a short way away over on Westheimer," and it was the same place, so other people are recommending them, too.

He never replied back to me. He gave me a quote and I have been trying to reach him again to schedule an appointment, so he is not getting back to me. Maybe the job is too little. Like I said, he did not reply to me and to me that is a big no no in business. I would be open if he reached out to me again to change the grade. He should have just tried to reach out to me just once. I was happy with the price and I though it was fair.

Bravo representative showed up early, knocked, and called me when I wasn't at the new residence yet to answer. He patiently waited while I traveled to the new home to meet him for the appointment and did a quick walk-through evaluation of the locks that needed re-keying. One of the locks could not be re-keyed and needed replacement, which he explained well and gave me options for what kind of deadbolt + knob lock combination I wanted. He then left to pick up the replacement hardware from their Montrose location. I received a call that he needed to go to their warehouse to get the door lock and knob set since the main office was out. Unfortunately, his coworker was busy at another appointment, so the wait before that pickup was a bit extensive. I called a couple of times to confirm what was up and ended up going about my business for the day after 2 hours had past. The rep called when he was back at my house an hour or so later, so I headed back over and he finished up the job quickly and professionally. He even spotted a door lock that needed re-keying as well that I had not considered, which I was grateful for. All-in-all the workmanship was great, the job was well done, and aside from the time issues due to low parts stock in the main office, I was pleased with the experience. Total cost involved a new deadbolt, new knob lock, re-keying of the locks on 3 other doors, some spare keys, and labor.
