They were very prompt and professional. They didn't try to sell me anything that wasn't necessary.

I called on 11/5 and made an appointment for 430 on 11/6. Dan arrived at about 5 pm on the 6th. He quickly assessed what needed to be done, looked at the keys/locks that were already installed and got to work. He re-keyed the two tops/bottoms and gave me four keys which worked on those locks. When I purchased the home, I did not receive a key to the mail box, he was able to open the box and attempted to replace the lock. He was not able to replace the lock, due to the direction the lock turned, so he said he would call if he found a lock that turned that way at his supplier. He left the box unlocked, however so that I could use it. Overall, he was very courteous and polite, and other than being a little late, I have a no complaints. But then I understand that Houston traffic does happen, so I would use their services again.

Contacted two lock companies on 10/31/14 to repair frozen deadbolt lock, requesting service on 11/3, 11/4 or 11/5. One company responded the same day, but could not come out before Tuesday, 11/4/14 and estimated cost between $300-400. Bravo Key and Lock responded via email reply on 11/3, with availability to come out that afternoon. Scheduled appointment for the following evening around 4:30 PM. Driver contacted me about 4:00 PM to notify me that he was running 30-45 minutes late due to delay with earlier appointment. Driver called back about 4:45 PM to notify me that he was stuck in traffic. Informed him that I would be available whenever he arrived, so no need to call if further delayed. He arrived about 6:30 PM and completed the work within 15-20 minutes at a charge of $75.00. I appreciated the quick response and professional attention and respect of my time shown by notices of delays, due to traffic. I would contact this service provider again in the future and would recommend the provider.

I spoke with Rick at this company. He was very accommodating for the beginning. I explained that my furniture and belongings were being delivered on the coming Monday, only 3 days from when I first contacted him. I explained that I would like to have the locks changed prior to the delivery of my belongings. He assured me that he would take care of the installation sometime between now and that Monday morning. Well, he actually called and came out the next evening, Saturday evening, And did the work. He easily worked for 3 hours and did an exceptional job, along with a pleasant attitude. Again, I repeat a Saturday evening. How incredible is this? I'm still shocked by the excellent customer service. Well, it all ended with a reasonable charge and a "job well done". I couldn't ask for anything else. I'm a happy customer and would recommend this company to company and especially Rick for his excellent customer service.

Dan arrived right on time, made certain he understood what I wanted done, and did a great job. He also gave me some excellent advice for anchoring my key safe (which keeps me from being locked out) into brick masonry. Nice guy, professional, great job, great price. I'm very satisfied with this company.

After another provider failed to show up, I called Bravo. They made an appointment and called the next day to ask if they could come early. They worked quickly and got me all fixed up.

The provider was able to provide an appointment on the same day I called. The technician was prompt, courteous and efficient. He even fixed a sticky knob lock while he was doing his work. Great job, I would recommend them and use them again.

The technician arrived on time with a phone call saying he was on his way. He was very polite and kind. The Schlage lock matched perfectly with the existing Schlage locks in my home. His work was flawless - the lock was positioned correctly and functions as expected. The work took about 90 minutes to complete.

Called about 4pm and made an apt for 10am the next day. He arrived early, started working right away. Removed all the locks and took them out to his truck. Replaced them about 10 min later. He could not make extra copies of the key for me cuz his 12v key cutter was not working. Asked me to stop by the office for the extra keys, which I did. Pretty small office about 2 miles away. $45 trip charge, $11 per cylinder, 1 key free + $2/key.

The ignition on my Honda minivan suddenly broke; couldn't start the car so obviously couldn't drive it to a repair shop. I called Bravo & made an appointment for a locksmith to come repair it the next day. He arrived right on time after calling me to confirm. Repair took about an hour. Much cheaper (by about $400-500) than replacing entire ignition system as I'm sure Honda dealership would have wanted to do. New ignition works great.

In the process of moving we have had lots of different service providers out to the house and Dan from Bravo stood out as one of the best. He was punctual, thorough, and very friendly. All of the work was to a very high quality and I am very pleased with the service.

Great! I called Bravo Key & Lock after I was not able to get a neighborhood locksmith give me a definitive answer on when to expect their technician. Bravo said they could send somebody out within an hour. 40 Minutes later Thomas arrived to the property. He was very courteous and friendly. He rekeyed both locks perfectly, emailed a receipt to me, gave me a paper copy, and was on his way. Excellent service and pricing. Would definitely recommend to others.

I called Bravo Key & Lock because of their overall high rating with other Angie's List members and they quoted me the best price. The tech arrived at 11:15 and apologized for being 15 minutes late. He was professional and cleaned up behind himself when he finished. He replaced two dead bolt locks and installed three box strike plates with great precision. It took him three and a half hours to complete the job. The price was exactly as quoted over the phone.

Bravo did a fabulous job! They worked with us to educate us on what was available to meet our needs, scheduled us for the same day and came right out to our house and got to work. They sent one team member to get the specialty pieces we needed while other team members prepped the work location. I would recommend Bravo Key & Lock locksmith services.

I just became a member of Angie's list two days ago. I was excited to use the service and I hoped my first experience would be a good one. The provider was about 15 minutes late, which isn't too bad. I admit I'm a bit impatient. I was about to give up and call another locksmith when the person showed up. Once he started he was all business and quickly removed the locks to rekey. In spite of being late he was professional and engaging. I thought the price was a wee too much, but overall I'm very pleased with the service. I would recommend this company to others.

Prompt attention to detail and helped think of less expensive options.

They were amazing, came same day, and even though the particular type of handle set (mortise) they typically do not install. I had two other people try to install the handleset on on front door, but the job was too complex for them, but not for Bravo Key & Lock. I was also pleasantly surprised by the price, it was far less than I expected for such a complex job. He even came on a Sunday to finish the job!

He was very forth coming with how much it would cost depending on what was involved in addition to the minimum service fee of $45. Communicated well with us on the phone, we were called up within 1 hour of the first business day after our online enquiry.
