Bravo Key & Lock

Description of Work: One could not ask for better responsiveness, professionalism, and workmanship than we received from Bravo. We needed some locks changed and they needed tone a certain style and color to match the others. They found them for us, relayed ALL the locks in the house to work on one key, cleaned up when they were thru, arrived on time, were very polite, and we paid them what the estimate said. They even suggested ways to save someone's. I would use them again and would recommend them to anyone who asked.

Description of Work: Repaired front door lock and added 2 new dead bolt locks to the 2 garage entry doors.

Description of Work: We called them to repair or replace a lock on our back door. We were unable to get the key into the lock. The tech investigated and discovered that it was construction dust clogging up the mechanism. A quick cleaning and it was as good as new. He even cleaned and oiled the rest of the locks in the house while he was there. We would definitely use them again!

Description of Work: They installed two deadbolt locks for me. I'm very happy with their work. Reuben is very nice and so are his technicians. The job was very nicely done. I am glad I picked them.

Description of Work: For the last 3 years I have been having trouble with my french door I was not able to close it all the way in order to secure it I had to slam it shut. Originally this is not what they came out for they were just suppose to change the door handle and rekey the lock. And after I mentioned to him that my door never closed properly and that I had to slam it close all the time. He got out his electric drill out and he fixed it in two to three minutes which I thought was incredible.

Description of Work: These guys are great. They came out to diagnose my mortise lock problem, and manufactured a temporary fix ON SITE to allow my door to lock while we ordered a new lockset. Once the new lockset arrived, they returned and installed it with no issues. I would HIGHLY recommend Bravo Locks!

He was friendly, professional and gave us a great service experience. All service providers should be like Rueben and Bravo Lock.

Description of Work: Bravo, Bravissimo! Front gate key had been stolen. Responded immediately to request. Technician offered to rekey, but I asked for options. He put in a better lock and took the time to fit it properly into the iron gate, not a simple task. I asked for recommendations regarding the security of a rear door. He came up with a simple solution. Owner and staff sincerely helpful and professional. I felt througout that I was working with people of high integrity. I am really glad I consulted Angies List.

Description of Work: I cannot recommend Bravo Key and Lock more! Jose was wonderful! He came out of EASTER DAY and did not charge a premium. He came out within 2 hours of calling him. My keys had been stolen and we were desperate to re-key the entire house immediately. I was so impressed by his willingness to come out on EASTER and charge such a great price. I will always call Bravo Key and Lock in the future!
