Description of Work: Bravo Key & Lock responded quickly to my call to repair a dead bolt. Their serviceman did a great job. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. If needed, I would definitely use this company again.

Description of Work: I called the provider because I couldn't lock my back door. There wasn't a a problem with the lock at all. I wasn't closing the door hard enough and that's why it wouldn't lock. The guy that showed up was prompt and professional and I would call this provider again for services.

Description of Work: I had replaced the back door and wanted the same key to open the back door as the front door, so they came and reset my locks. They were friendly, puctual and professional.

Description of Work: They repaired three locks and then explained to me how to maintain them to extend the life of the locks. They guy really worked to repair the locks in order to save me $$. The guy looked a little scary at first, but he took the job seriously, did a very good job and saved me a little money. I will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Replaced front door deadbolt and refitted additional interior deadbolt. Initially, they tried to re-use the existing deadbolt but determined that it was basically worn out. They found a replacement from one of their hardware providers and installed it and finished the job very nicely. They did not charge for the time they spent on trying to "fix" the old deadbolt.
