I called after searching Angie's List for a locksmith. They arrived when promised, and did a great job. The locksmith was skilled, as well as friendly and polite. In addition, based on the number of locks I needed re-keyed, and installed, I was very pleasantly surprised with the invoice; I would have expected at least 40-50% more. High quality work, and highly recommended!

I locked my purse in my car as I was pulling out crutches and a briefcase. I checked Angie's List and called a locksmith I had used before but didn't get a response. I called Bravo, it was 7:30 AM, and they answered the phone. They were at my office in 30 minutes. Ruben was the technician, and he was very nice. I was impressed with how quickly they responded, and the $65 charge was fair.

Excellent response and service. They verified ahead of time that the door knobs I chose were reversible and would fit all of my doors. I was informed up front what the trip charge would be for my area and what the price range for the rest of the services would be. I was able to schedule an appointment for the day after I called. The staff member arrived on time, performed the work efficiently and professionally, and was very pleasant to work with. He saved me money by re-keying the deadbolts to match the door knobs, which came from the store all keyed alike. He could have re-keyed all 9 and I would have been none the wiser. He even switched out the pantry door knob for no charge.

They were prompt and thorough. The cost for the re-keys was exactly as estimated. The cost for the safe was higher, but it was a much bigger and more complicated job than I had thought when I described it on the phone.

Moved into a new house, needed to rekey locks. I contacted Bravo based on Angie's list recommendations. They were helpful on the phone and were able to accommodate my timing. In fact I changed appointment times a few times with no problem. The locksmith, Daniel, was very nice and did a good job. The locks work well and the keys fit well.

I was in a pickle...the keys given to me in closing the day before for my new home didn't work and the movers were there ready to unload--couldn't get in the house. The locksmith came over right away and saved the day.

Bravo showed up a bit later than planned due to traffic. The two men who showed up were extremely professional and easy to talk to. I told them what I needed and they finished the work quickly. If there was one downside, it's that the trip fee was $65, and I didn't have a whole lot of work for them to do to justify the expense. But that's more my fault than theirs.

I locked my keys in my rental vehicle at a hotel near the airport. My call was returned within 5 minutes. A technician, Thomas, followed up making a service appt. within another 10 minutes. He arrived within an hour and unlocked the vehicle. Total time from start to finish was an hour and a half.

I showed them the doors, they removed the 10 locks, changed the "insides", then put the locks back on the doors. They even fixed one of the doors that would not lock as the door was misaligned.

I had an estimate for above job from another locksmith but when it came time to scheduling the job, the guy never returned my calls. When I called up Bravo Key & Lock they gave me a similar estimate and had someone at my home in about 45 minutes! The two locksmiths were very courteous and professional, did their job quickly and gave me some tips on how to keep the locks in good shape. If I ever need a locksmith again, this is the place I'll call first! Thanks for a great job!

When my son told me about the problem, I went straight to Angie's List for a locksmith. I called another first, but the phone was answered by a national answering service for that franchise. I wanted to make sure I received service from a rated locations, so I then called Bravo. The rep was ready to meet at the truck immediately, but we agreed a particular time. He showed up exactly on time. Even though Toyota trucks are difficult to enter without a key, he was able to get in and unlock the door in about 15 minutes. The rate charged was typical for this service. I am well satisfied and will certainly call Bravo for other needs.

Responded quickly, called prior to completing job before ours to let us know he was on his way, arrived with appropriate tools/parts, and promptly replaced our door lock.

The technician was polite, worked quickly and took time to explain to me why, over the last year, the locks had loosened.

Contacted the company and they were willing to come over right away. I had to schedule them later as I wasn't ready for them. The guy was here when he said he was going to be and the whole process only took a couple hours.

Very good. Great price. Had difficulty with one lock, which he had to take back but did not charge for a second service call.

Bravo always makes great copies and is an excellent locksmith.
