Kevin Jones arrived on time and finished the job very quickly. The locks are all working very well. Based on previous experiences with rental property the price was absolutely fair and I also received the Angie's list discount.

Quick telephone response with accurate idea of costs. Saturday late...glad they could come right away. Physical response was quick, though a few minutes more than promised. Technician courteous, described what he was going to do, went through the process quickly and without issue. Explained the charges, cleaned up. Nice job.

They were very prompt and good. Their price was very competitive too. The lock doesn?t fit properly sometimes. However, it?s not their fault, but it may a problem with the door.

I called about 2:36PM on Wednesday March 10, 2010. Kevin showed up about 3:00PM. He replaced the lock portion of the door knob (cylinder, spindle and latch) and was out of here about 3:47PM. He was prompt and courteous. Would definitely use again.

I called Bravo Key & Lock from work & asked if they could replace the lock today after 2pm. They took my information & at approximately 2:15 Albert showed up. I had already bought a new lock but was unable to get the old one off. Albert had the new lock on within a half hour. He was very efficient & especially good with my dogs who wanted to help. The bill was very reasonable & he wanted to clean up but I had already planned to wash the foyer after he left. My husband & I were very pleased with the service.

Bravo Key & Lock was very professional from the beginning. We had good deadbolts on our home's doors, but wanted to replace them with high security locks. Ruben carefully explained how the locks worked, compared them to several other brands of locks, making sure all of the time that I understood what he was explaining. I had already done some research, so I was basically familiar with what I wanted. He encouraged me to go to other locksmiths for futher comparison. They had to custom order a deadbolt for one of the doors, but Ruben called me on a regular basis to let me know the status of the order. It took about 2 weeks for the deadbolt to arrive. We scheduled the installation for a dry day in the morning, but I had to reschedule for that evening. It was no problem for Ruben. Two men arrived early for the appointment and began their work immediately. It took about 4 hours to complete the job, because one door was causing some issuses due to it's original installation. They fixed that door; finished the installation; repaired 2 broken handle sets; cleaned up the dust; made sure that I understood how the new locks worked.

It was a good experience. We had a break-in in the house so we had an urgent need and the guy was very responsive and got there I think the next day. He did a really good job. In fact I had to call several times to change what we wanted done and actually changed the appointment but they were responsive and receptive to that. The guy who worked here was done very quickly. Their price seemed very good so I was happy with their work.

I spoke to Rueben about my lock not working and he told me to call the manufacturer since there was a warranty on parts. He saved me over $250. When the parts arrived, Bravo used the parts to fix the lock. The bill was only $70 but it could have been over $300 if not for their suggestion. I love honest companies that are willing to save me money.

I called on Tuesday to request service on the following day. They were able to give me an appointment at the time that was good for me. Service man arrived on time and did the job very well. Key now turns easily in the lock.

They repaired it very quickly for not much money. Also, they realized that I had a buzzer system that would allow the front gate to be opened by a buzzer but it is old and it hadn't worked in years. He looked it, cleaned it up, got the buzzer working, and didn't charge me.

The service technician arrived within two hours of when I called that day and completed the work within thirty minutes.

We were really pleased with their professionalism, one of the locks installed before never worked completely well. They did not leave until this lock was working smooth. We forgot to tell them that we needed also a new lock installed but they have no problem tackling the job on the spot.

Lock had been freezing up for some time. We called Bravo early in the morning (7-ish), had a call back before 8, and locksmith showed up at about 9. He replaced deadbolt and realigned the strikeplate for the door latch and was out of here by about 10:30. Very satisfied! It all works like a charm now!

Very responsive; I asked for service Friday morning, the serviceman showed up Friday afternoon. We set an appintment for Sunday! for him to do the work. He showed up on time and did the work fastidiously. The only complaint I would have is that he took a long time to do the work. However, considering that it was Sunday afternoon, his attention to detail and the fact that he took the time to do the work well (actually very well) was extremely impressive.

It went extremely well. They came out the same day even though they had a full day of work. They came after I got home from work. Was very courteous and efficient. I was extremely pleased.

I was very impressed; I had had an appointment with a competitor and they didn't show. I called Reuben at Bravo at about 6:45pm and Dan, their technician, was at the house by about 7:30pm. He told me what he was going to do, did what needed to be done, made some recommendations about keys that didn't work well, and was gone in about one hour. I will use them again, and passed their card to a neighbor already.

The technician contacted me to let me know that he was on the way. He was punctual, worked hard, and got his work done quickly and effectively. He asked me to check all of my doors with the keys before he left. Everything worked well.

I called on Thursday and they were able to come out on Saturday at a time convenient for me. The locksmith was running behind, but called to let me know he was and when he would be here. He arrived as he stated. Took him about 45 minutes to re-key the house and make the keys we needed.
