Bravo Key & Lock

The technician (Freddie) took the lock off the gate, took it apart, and completely reworked the guts. He realighed the gate and even reamed out the lock insert - and filed it so there would not be any sharp edges. This was way beyond the call of duty! Freddie was the technician and really did a fabulous job. I would use this company again in a heart beat!

The door going from my house to my attached garage had recently gotten very difficult to open and shut because the latch in the door knob would not depress fully. I actually had gone out and started my car for a couple of minutes to warm up before going to work and then went inside to get my jacket and purse and when I went to go out to the garage, I couldn't get the door open. So my car was idling in the garage with the garage door shut and I couldn't open the door from my house to go out to the garage! I took out the two screws and removed the door knob but still couldn't open the door. So I went to Angie's list and started looking for A rated locksmiths. I called a couple of companies who were not able to come out right away. Then I called Bravo Key & Lock and they immediately sent Adam out to my house. He got there as soon as traffic would allow since it was morning rush hour, and he was able to get the door open so I could go out and turn off my car. I thought for sure that he would need to replace the whole door knob but he said it wasn't necessary and that all he needed to replace was the door latch component which he did and then he reassembled the door knob. It worked perfectly! Adam could have easily tried to upsell me to replace the whole door knob but didn't. He only charged me $18 for the door latch part , did not charge me any extra labor and even gave me a $10 discount off the $55 trip charge because I asked if there was an Angie's List discount. The total cost was $68.20 - $18 for the part, $45 for the trip charge, and $5.20 tax which I thought was very reasonable. Adam even offered to go get gas for my car if I needed it because I was afraid I might have run out of gas, but fortunately that was not the case. Adam was very professional, very honest, very kind and very good at his job! I would highly recommend Adam and Bravo Key & Lock to anyone who needs locksmith services!

They did a great job. They accommodated last minute schedule changes that I requested. The locksmith arrived early for the appointment, was professional and answered my questions and made recommendations. He completed the work quickly. Will certainly call them again if I need a locksmith.

The service tech was right on time and took about an hour to complete the job. He had extra parts with him so when I wanted to replace 2 locks so everything could be keyed the same he was able to do it immediately.

Ben is great! He arrived on time Wed. (10/7) and began work right away. Things went smoothly?.UNTIL we got to the newly installed door. The manufacturer of the door had drilled the lock opening at an angle, that meant the new lock wouldn't just slip in. Unfortunately, Ben was due out on another call so we decided he would finish the job Thurs. (10/8). Again he arrived on time and went right to work. He drilled, he finagled, he bought a lock-plate and spray painted it to match the lock. He just kept at it until I had a working lock that looked great. (The home contractor paid for that part of the job, so it's not included in my price.) I couldn't have asked for a better locksmith or a better job done. It's just so nice when people do their jobs well. If I ever need anymore locksmithing done, these are the folks I'll call.

They were out the same day, and they did a great job! I'm so glad they were able to fix my lock, it works like new, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Tech arrived on time. Rekeyed 5 locks quickly and made duplicate keys. There was a confusion on number of keys thst i needed as one set already comes with it and all i needed was 3 total. However got 4 totsl. No big deal as it only cost few bucks. I wanted to check out keypads bit tech had only one which was $400+. Looked like he was more interested in selling that inspite of my being not so much in to expensive locks. Overall satisfied.

One of the locks on our front door was no longer working and needed to be replaced/rekeyed. After playing phone-tag with another locksmith for a couple of days, I got frustrated and looked up Bravo Key and Lock on Angie's List. Ruben showed up 1/2 hour after my call. Fixed 4 of the locks and made 1/2 the keys within the first 1/2 hour of his visit. He had to return to his shop to fix the last lock and get additional keys. 2 hours after I met him on a Friday night at 6 PM, my door was working like new and we had enough keys for everyone. These keys actually worked, unlike the ones we purchased from Lowe's. Ruben was very friendly and professional. I would recommend him and his company to anyone in need of a locksmith.

The gentleman who's name I didn't catch arrived at the location where I inadvertently locked my keys in my car approximately 10 minutes after the estimated time provided by the dispatcher. Once there he was able to quickly unlock my vehicle despite the electronic key allowing me to retrieve my keys. Having experienced several lockouts over the years, this was the best priced service I've ever received. The fee of around $65 at the time of this review I felt was very reasonable compared to other providers I have used. I will likely use this provider again when I need to change the locks on my home.

Just exceptional service! I initiated the call on Monday, they were back with a response Monday evening and booked it for noon the next day. I sent a video of my problem, so they were able to pick up the parts on the way to call. Lorenzo called me to tell me his whereabouts 10 minutes before the call so I was able to leave work and meet him. He was completely professional and competent and punctual, I was back on road by 12:30. Their price was 30% lower than best bid I had.

Dan was the Bravo person who visited my home. He is knowledgeable and detailed about his work. This is my second or third time using Bravo... they are excellent.

All charges were explained to me up front and scheduling done in a timely manner. Technician was prompt, courteous and professional. Would definitely use Bravo again and highly recommend.

I called on a Sunday and Jose arrived as scheduled. He worked quickly and efficiently and exceeded my expectations.

It went very well. The young man who came was very professional and polite. In the beginning I requested addition of a new deadbolt and then changed my mind later when the owner was already on his way to bring it, but they were not the least bit annoyed about the extra trouble. The owner spent a few minutes chatting with me and explaining to me that all his staff go through a rigorous security clearance process at hiring. Overall I was very impressed with the work, the technician and the owner who went above and beyond in terms of customer service and courtesy. Highly recommended.

I was a bit apprehensive about hiring a locksmith based on past experience, so looked to Angie's List for referrals and found Bravo Key & Lock, as they had 208 positive reviews. I scheduled the appointment online on a Sunday for Tuesday. Monday morning, I received a reply email from Bravo requesting my phone number so they could call me to get my address, etc. I decided to call them instead, as at the last minute I decided to work from home that day and thought it would be more convenient for me if they came that Monday instead of me leaving work the following day. I explained the situation to them (this was around 10:00am) and they advised that they would be out sometime after lunch and asked me how much advance notice I would need to which I responded about 20 minutes. I received a call around 11:00 and they arrived promptly at 11:20. It only took a few minutes for him to identify the problem and just a few minutes later it was fixed. From start to finish it only took about 20 minutes. Jose was very cordial, knowledgeable, and professional. I highly recommend this company and would hire them again if the need arises.

We needed locks re-keyed for new tenants. He provided 3 keys that can unlock all doors, and made a strike adjustment to the front door lock. No hassle, used an Angie's List coupon.

He repaired the deadbolt, which I thought I was going to have to replace, and also adjusted the plates on the door frame so that the latches catch better. My door has been a hassle to lock and unlock for years and now I know one reason was a part inside the deadbolt had broken but also my house had shifted and the latch/lock and plates didn't line up well anymore. My door hasn't locked and unlocked this easily in years.

Contacted Bravo for two issues. Replace back door hardware and problem with striker not catching properly. After discussing with Bravo, the decision was made to replace the round knob with a lever. This solved issue one with no more scarped knuckles, pinched fingers, etc do to the knob being too large in relation to the door jam. However, Bravo was unable to solve issue two with the striker. The striker still does not catch properly and will remain an issue with the kids going in an out. This is disappointing as I feel the technician could have made more of an effort solve the problem. As disappointed as we are in regard to the striker, Bravo was prompt and on time which is appreciated.

Great - he was on time, professional, quick and clean. Couldn't have asked for anything better!

Newly renovated home. Installed 3 high security pick-proof deadbolts. Could not have been nicer. Showed up on time and even was helpful with his drill and installed our new mailbox that arrived that day.
