I was looking after the pets and house for my friend in her absence. The only key for the front door was sticking, was afraid I'd break the key trying to get in. Friend couldn't remember which locksmith she used to change all the locks in her new house, just that they were the top of Angie's List. So called Bravo and the lady who does the paperwork wasn't in so they didn't know if they'd done the work or not. But they sent a technician out in minutes at no charge to fix the lock. That's what I call service!

Kevn arrived exactly on time and recommended the least costly option to not only install the new (and better) deadbolt, but he re-keyed the 4 front and back locks so they would all work on with the same key! He was wonderful!

He clearly advised me of all options and went about fixing / rekeying my front door. 10 minutes later, he came back, fixed the lock within minutes and handed me 6 copies. Spectacular service and truly nice person. The reviews on Angie's List are spot on...

Called Bravo after normal working hours. Gave me a quote over the phone and volunteered to come over and do it right then at regular rates. Decided to schedule an appointment instead. They were about 20 minutes late to the appointment but did have the courtesy to call and say they were stuck in a traffic jam so I won't fault them too much for that. Once there Ruben did a good job. He was friendly, professional and got the work done quickly. Gave me a $10 discount for mentioning Angie's List. I'll use them again for my locksmith needs.

Great service. We purchased a new home and had Bravo to come out and change all of the locks. I had an appointment for late day and when our closing ended early, they were very flexible in moving my appointment time earlier. The tech showed up on time and was friendly and professional. While he was here, we also had them to install new thumb turn locks on several doors. Overall a great experience.

After closing on my new house and finding out that the key in the lock box to my house was lost/missing/stolen and my lock was setup for a master key for realtors. I knew I needed to change the locks ASAP. Within twenty minutes of calling Jose showed up at my door. Jose performed the services quickly and effectively. Within two hours of calling my new house was secured.

I returned from a business trip to discover that my home had been broken into, 3 days before I had to leave on another trip. I called Bravo on a Saturday afternoon, explained that I needed to leave the house in 2.5 hours for an appointment, and asked whether he could come immediately to rekey the locks on 2 exterior doors. Bravo arrived before the police did. The owner (whose name I have forgotten) was professional and accommodating. He tested all the cut keys and recut keys that did not work to his satisfaction. I hope never to have need of Bravo's services again but would highly recommend the business.

This was the 2nd time we used this company. They are always very pleasant on the phone, responsive and on time. Their prices were very fair and the service person was very professional. We have recommended this company to our clients and would definitely use them again should the need arise.

Locksmith arrived promptly and got straight to work. He was very friendly and professional, even took care of a few issues I was having with a deadbolt not locking correctly that was a result of our house shifting after being hit with a tree in Hurricane Ike. Locksmith did that repair and fixed loose doorknob in bathroom as a courtesy. Very quick and professional service - I highly recommend!

While most of the work was fine, one of the door knobs was not reinstalled - the serviceman forgot about it. I called soon after he left, and asked them to return the next day (they offered to return immediately, but I was leaving). Unfortunately, he was supposed to call back the next day and didn't; I called once more and left a message, but never heard from them. I will try another company next time.

I found Bravo on Angieslist when we needed a company to rekey the back door of our rental property, as we had lost the back door key. Bravo's quoted (and charged) price was much lower than a competitor we called - $45 trip fee pluse $9.50 per cylinder (the competitor quoted $75 trip fee plus $25-35 labor to rekey, even though they were located much closer to our house!). Kevin was happy to work directly with our tenant to schedule the service, then with us to pay the bill. We were told that the rekey could only match the other doors' key if the other doors' key fit in the lock, which it did not. However, Kevin happened to have a matching cylinder with him and was able to make it work - much more convenient for us and our tenant! The work was quoted, completed, and paid all in the same day. We were extremely happy with the service. Bravo, Bravo!!

When I called Bravo was very busy. I had also lost some car keys, and, when I called, Reuben checked to see if Bravo could replace it. They could not bc it is a computerized key, but I appreciated the effort. He said that he would try to get someone out that day. About an hour or so later, Kevin called and said he was about 15 minutes away. He arrived and quickly provided a replacement key for the mailbox. He was very helpful and nice. Given the immediate response, the $90 was well worth it.

I called Bravo after finding them on Angie's List and got everything done the same day (within 2 hours) even though it was not an emergency situation. The price was communicated up front and the men showed up very well prepared to do the work and gave me exactly what I wanted. They helped me to figure out what I should do for all my locks given likely security risks. Reuben made sure that I got the Angie's List discount that they offer. I was very pleased with the swiftness and quality of the response from Bravo...bravo! to Bravo!

Reviewed Angies list on Wednesday, and called Bravo Lock thereafter. Reuben answered the phone promptly, asked good questions, and set an appointment for the next day. I had told him that I had a limited window of time, so he sent two technicians' to meet my time constraints. They changed and re-keyed 18 door locks, and 1 mailbox lock. They were professional, and I am highly satisfied with the work they performed. I would use Bravo Lock again. My first time using Angie's list, and will definetly use this service and these guys again.

It was great!!! The service tech-on-call phoned back within a few minutes and said he could come by within 30 minutes. He showed up on time, found he needed to go to the shop to get replacement latches, and completed everything within the hour. He was professional and quick. Even though this may not have been an "emergency" to some people, he never indicated such and completed the work. I expected to pay a lot more for after hours work of this caliber.
