Bravo Key & Lock

After locking the keys in my car trunk, I called Bravo Key & Lock and the person that answered th phone said they could help and after giving directions to the location they stated that it would take 30 mins to meet at the car. They were punctual and performed the task in approx 15 min. I was staisfied with their performance.

It was quick and easy to work with them. They were pleasant and installed very difficult, high end locks. They did a good job.

I called Bravo Key & Lock about 2 of my door locks not working. I knew that I needed to replace both door knobs. He gave me the price I would pay if he provided the door knobs and then was very upfront with me and told me that I might get a better deal at Lowes. We set up an appointment for the next day so that I had time to go to Lowes and check prices. I ended up buying the door knobs at Lowes and saved some money there. His repairman showed up the next day, on time, and replaced both door knobs and re-keyed them so that they matched the house keys that I already have. He also re-keyed our garage door so that they all match now. He was fast and very courteous. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

Called after 8:30 pm the night before expecting to get voicemail and leave a message, however Thomas answered the call and made an appointment to one out the next morning which was Saturday. He arrived on time re-keyed the lock just in time for the new tenant who arrived shortly after he left. He really saved the day for us. Will definitely use this company again.

After a set of keys to our house was stolen we opted to rekey the house locks and replace a poorly functioning lock cylinder. Their service person was on time, rekeyed all the locks super quick, has the necessary replacement cylinder. The price was very fair in my opinion and the service person was a nice guy.

Bravo Key & Lock took my call on a Sunday and Jose was at my home a couple of hours later to re-key my doors. The Quality of work and Customer Service was excellent. There were no surprises when it came to the total cost as their estimates were accurate. Jose also took the time to help me understand the details behind re-keying a lock. I would certainly recommend their services. You won't be disappointed.

They were very prompt. They showed up a little late, but notified me beforehand. They were even available to come that night if I needed. They gave me exactly what I needed. They would even install different locks if I wanted. They have been very nice to work with and I have felt very comfortable with them. They were very professional, but comfortable to talk to. They didn't nickel and dime me. I even tried to use old keys that could be re-cut, but that didn't work. They do try to recycle and minimize change.

Another satisfied customer! We contacted Bravo Sunday afternoon, fully expecting a call back the following day at the earliest (Monday). We were pleased & surprised to receive a callback (from Jose) a few hours later, along with an offer to come do the work that afternoon! Jose showed up on-time (actually he was early). He was very knowledgeable, helpful and nice. Can't say enough nice things about this guy. He did the work we asked for quickly & assured us if any keys did not work, he would return to make new ones. We had to have this service done asap, and Bravo more than met the challenge. So glad we found them, and will be sure to use Bravo in the future. I can see why they have so many glowing reviews. It was a relatively difficult lock to re-key. Had to replace the key way. That was successful, but unexperienced with Taigood locks, which was a bit of a difficulty.

Ruben is wonderful! We needed to have all of our doors re-keyed and a deadbolt replaced. When I first called, he tried to save me money, suggesting that he could probably just make me new keys that would work. (The new keys we'd gotten from Home Depot didn't work.) Unfortunately, my lock was messed up, so these new keys didn't work, either-- at least not without a lot of effort... jiggling them around in the lock...Not a good fix. So I called back and told him. I said I really felt we needed to get the locks re-keyed. He said someone would be at my home within an hour and a half. -- Within 20 minutes, Ruben, himself, arrived. Talk about prompt service! I'd told him on the phone that there were 5 locks that would need re-keying, plus one of our deadbolts didn't work. When he arrived, I realized I had miscounted because a couple of the doors had two locks, and I'd left out the front gate. In all-- I had 8 locks re-keyed and one deadbolt replaced. Ruben performed the work with professionalism -- and personality, to boot! It was clear that he enjoys what he does and that he cares about doing it right. He explained how the locks work and how we had managed to break the back door's deadbolt. He told me how to avoid that in the future, and how to care for the locks: ( "Lubricate your locks twice a year, and you'll never need to see me again!" ) When he gave me the bill, I was amazed! Just over $120 for all of that? That's a fantastic deal, and about 30-bucks below the original estimate! We are TOTALLY IMPRESSED with Ruben and his company, Bravo Key & Lock, and we'll recommend them to anyone and everyone, any chance we get!! Professional service and a true pleasure to deal with! Ruben is THE BEST!!

Reuben did the work just as he described over the phone, for the exact price. Had some very good security suggestions.

Reuben came right on time. He tried his best to fix the old lock, but to no avail. He then drilled out the old lock and replaced it with a new one. He is such a nice man, I would recommend him for sure.

I called at 10 am this morning for a non-priority rekeying of 7 locks. Locksmith was here by 12, finished in 30 minutes. Excellent service, would recommend and use again.

I called Bravo when I lost the keys to a closet. I said it was not a emergency; Jose came in less than 2 hours He was courteous, professional, and competent. He opened the closet door and mad 2 keys in less than 15 minutes. The cost was less than the estimate.I would definitely use them again.

I lost my house keys and called Bravo Key and Lock after reading good reviews on Angie's List. Jose was very attentive when i called. I told him that I would be home in 25 minutes and he said he could meet me then. He was two minutes early, and actually arrived before me. Incredibly punctual! He was very efficient , quick, and professional. I was really quite surprised that the service call and the opening of two locks cost me less than $100, a great deal, especially for a locksmith. I recommend Bravo 100%!
