Bravo Key & Lock

Called Bravo Key & Lock and gave them the scope of work required, upon which they provided a quote over the phone. Upon accepting their quote, we arranged for them to come over within thirty (30) minutes as they had time and I was home at the time. They arrived promptly and begin completing the work and were completed well under an hour. The work was completed as requested, on-time and for the price quoted. Would definitely use them again.

They gave me a time. called me 30 minutes before and showed up 10 minutes before appointment time. They gave me estimate of $55.00 plus $ 10.00 per lock and $ 2.00 per key over phone and everything was exactly as quoted. He was courteous and quick in service.

Responsive to my questions. Courteous. Technician worked to develop a relationship with us - which I appreciate in trying to understand our needs. We had a new front storm added to the house and needed to have a special key set added. They weren't prepared for that despite my mentioning it on the phone prior to their arrival. This was the only hiccup in the work. They had to order the part. Once it came in, I dropped by their storefront and had the work done. They did a good job explaining how to pull the handle out of the storm door and reinstall. Very easy.

I recently lost my keys in a manner that made me concerned for my family's safety. This company sent out a locksmith on the day and at the time that was most convenient for me, made little noise or mess, and worked quickly. The price was so reasonable, too!

I called Reuben late on Saturday afternoon at close of business. He said all his techs were swamped with work and he didn't know when he would be able to help me. He said he would call me back whenever his schedule was caught up, to see if I still needed help. He called back on Sunday morning to say he would swing by my house if I was still locked out. I was, so he said he'd be at my house in 30 minutes. He was prompt and on time and quickly resolved our problem. I just wanted to get in my locked garage but he unlocked the garage in about 30 seconds and then went on to repair the broken lock with spare parts he had. He only charged me for his trip time and actually fixed the lock for free. An outstanding job by a really decent businessman.

The craftsman arrived on time and ready to work. He was professional and provided guidance on options to re-key all doors and burglar bars in the house. The work included: 11 cylinder combination changes 1 deadbolt 4 keys made When completed with the work all my doors and burglar bars could be opened with one key making it much easier to manage. In addition, I had a combination code front door entry system that the code had been lost on. The serviceman showed me how to recode the door at no additional cost. When writing the invoice he gave be the Angie's list discount without me asking for it. Overall it was a great experience.

I found myself in need of changing the locks to my house ASAP. I chose Bravo Key & Lock because (1) they were nearby, (2) the ratings other Angie's List members had given them, and (3) their Angie's List description said they did 24-hour and emergency service. I called them about 10 AM on a weekday. Not knowing what other jobs they had ahead of me, I was prepared to wait as long as needed for them to be able to do the work. I was very pleasantly surprised when they arrived no more than 45 minutes after I called. Two gentlemen came and completed the work in at most 20 minutes, for much less than I thought emergency lock service would cost. I would be very happy to have them work in my home again. I recommend Bravo Key & Lock to anyone who needs a locksmith.

Reuben did a great job of fixing what wasn't even a locking mechanism issue. He adjusted and tweaked a few things and only charged for the basic visit. He was knowledgable, friendly and quick!

Great. The previous homeowner did a butcher job on the back door and it would not lock without jiggling it. The locksmith not only changed the locks but corrected the issue the previous homeowner did. I called on a Saturday and they were there in 30 minutes and did a great job.

I needed to have the keys changed out on my front and back door. Thought I 'd need to have the whole lock changed out but the guy from Bravo said he could switch out the pins and deliver new keys. He arrived on time and was very courteous. He also didn't mind my dog who kept wanting to be petted while he was working. The process was smooth and quick. I appreciated that.

Locked my keys in my car at the office parking garage, checked Angie's List and contacted Bravo Locak & Key. They were punctual and finished the job quickly at a fair price. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Bravo Key & Lock installed deadbolt locks on three doors of my home. Initially, one of the workers came out and while making the front door install, I informed him that I wanted an ANSI 1 grade system. So he phoned his boss and put back my original lock in the door. Then the next morning, Reuben Sanchez, the owner of the company, drove to my home and showed me several different locks for consideration. Between then and the time of the actual install, I decided to have security storm doors installed by a different company, but I would still have Bravo install ANSI 2 locks on my current doors. So on their third visit, Reuben came and installed the deadbolt locks. He did a very quality job, explaining things to me in detail not many companies do. Reuben also gave me good advice on securing my garage doors (a project I can do on my own). Overall, I felt I got quality attention and excellent workmanship from Reuben and his company. I was very happy with the install and I plan to use this company again in the future if needed.

Bravo was able to give me great advice and information over the phone before I even set up the appt. They told me exactly what I needed to buy in order to meet my needs. Thomas showed up right on time on Saturday and in less than 30 minutes, changed out 4 deadbolts, 5 door handle locks and installed a new safecode (combination lock) on the back door. He took the time to show me exactly how the safecode lock was programmed and how it worked. It was very obvious that he knew what he was doing and had a lot of experience. I highly recommend Bravo to anyone looking to change out their locks!

Our front door had the deadbolt jam up one day, and a quick search online showed that that particular brand was known for failing. However, I didn't want to replace all the hardware in the door since we liked the handle and knob. We took the key cylinder into their shop, and they quickly found a match, and then built the pins to match the key we already had. Took about ten minutes and saved a ton of money. Very skilled.

Overall, we think this is a good service provider. We called on Friday morning and requested that we have all of our existing locks re-keyed. We explained that we have 8 doors on our property, and we were quoted a one-time service fee of $45 and a price per lock. Bravo was able to send someone out that afternoon. Although they were about half an hour late, they called to let us know about the delay. Once the locksmith arrived and discovered that most of our doors have a lock on both sides of the door, our price went way up. (Still, I believe the total price for the job was more than fair.) The work was done well. About the only thing we have a real complaint about is the time it took to complete the job. The locksmith arrived around 4:45 p.m. and didn't leave our house until around 11 p.m. To me, that's a bit excessive. And we couldn't reschedule because all of our locks were removed during the first hour.

Excellent. I was amazed at how quickly they worked. Extremely competent. Gave great advice for future lock problems to spray WD-40 in the lock instead of using graphite.

I needed the work done asap as we are trying to sell the house and had several showings that day. they were there within 30 min and had the problem fixed in less than 30 min. they were very responsive, and professional.

Called Friday morning and spoke to a gentleman who asked if he could call me back because he was in the middle of something. 15 minutes later I received a call back and discussed what was needed. About 30 minutes later Thomas showed up and replaced the door locks. Appreciated the quick service and friendly demeanor.

Called around to other Locksmiths and thought I would have to buy new locks. Spoke with Ruben the owner and he explained I did not have to buy new locks for what I was trying to accomplish. Ended up saving me hundreds of dollars. Call these guys first I promise you will not be sorry. Was a member a couple of years ago and cancelled my subscription. Decided to join again and saved more on one call than the fee I paid to rejoin.

Called for estimate and appointment to re-key existing locks on exterior doors. Received same day service (within 3 hrs.) and a heads up phone call 20 min. prior to arrival. They re-keyed 3 doors with a total of 5 locks. Service was fast, professional and courteous. Final price was as estimated and reasonable, plus they give a discount for Angie's List members. I would definitely recommend them and use again if needed.
