Bravo Key & Lock

Prompt and responsive. Vendor was there on time and knew what to do. However, it was super expensive for a small $10 lock change. It was $45 as service call fee and $20 odd bucks for changing the lock. I hadn't discussed the cost on the phone when I placed the service call, however I thought I heard it was $45 to change a mailbox (not too sure). I didn't realize I was going to be charged $76 bucks to change a small mailbox lock.

Reuben is an incredible locksmith. He was able to cut keys on my classic car after I'd stupidly lost my only set. Watching him work was like watching an artist. I was very fortunate to have do the job. Thanks Angie's list too

The provider replaced both front and back doorknobs, but after I paid and he left, I discovered that the back door would not close completely. The pieces weren't lined up properly, so the door never closed. It was a safety issue that was easily noticeable and fixable. Unfortunately, I did not check his work before he left, but with all the rave reviews, I assumed it was all done properly.

They were on time, very professional and finished the job in 30 minutes. They also cleaned up their mess. I was very happy with their services.

They were friendly, on time, and quick. I called and they were out the next day. I have never gotten locks changed before, but the price seemed reasonable. No complaints.

It went very well and they were prompt. The man was quick to answer the phone when I called.

I called for an estimate which I received promptly. Originally, I scheduled service for the same day but they called and said their technician was running late that day so I agreed to re-schedule service for the following day. The technician arrived as scheduled the next day. The technician asked how I wanted each door rekeyed (all doors keyed to same key or front/back doors keyed to same key, etc.) I requested they provide a deadbolt lock to match all the other locks in the house; however, the deadbolt the technician brought was silver rather than burnt copper, apparently his office told him the wrong color. The movers hadn't arrived yet so I left the technician at the house to continue his work while I went to the store to buy a matching deadbolt. When I returned, the technician had completed the other work and proceeded to install the deadbolt I purchased. The technician was efficient and prompt in completing the work. I was billed $5 more than quoted for the service call and $10 more than quoted for drilling the new deadbolt but all other charges were as quoted. They honored the Angie's List coupon.

What a fantastic company! Explained I needed new locks quickly and that I thought one of my doorknobs was broken. Bravo fit me in that day - two employees came by that afternoon and had my locks changed within an hour. Both were extremely professional and courteous. Even told me I didnt have a broken knob, and fixed the knob for me themselves. And the price was fantastic. Highly recommend Bravo Lock & Key.

The tenant selected the day and time. The locksmith could have gone on the weekend. Arrived on time. Renter was pleased with the work.

My experience with Bravo was excellent. My tenant's car was stolen last night and his keys were in it, so I had to have the entire house re-keyed and new sets of keys made. I called another highly-rated Heights-area locksmith who didn't have a technician available - he recommended Bravo without hesitating. The Bravo technician came out within an hour and did all the work in about 45 minutes. In all it was about 10-12 cylinders rekeyed at ~$10 each, plus he made me 10 copies of the house key and 4 copies of the security gate key. There was a $45 trip charge and the entire bill was just under $183 - way less than I was expecting. The technician was very professional and worked quickly, which was great because I had this done on my lunch break. I'll definitely use Bravo again.

The company was extremely accomodating and very responsive to our needs. We found it necessary to push back our originally scheduled appointment time by two hours and that request was honored without any complaint. The technician arrived within 30 minutes of the rescheduled appointment time due to heavy afternoon traffic. We were very pleased with the service we received.

I called to set up an appointment.The gentleman who answered the phone was very nice and accommodating...willing to work with my schedule. He set up the appointment for the next evening. Jose arrived right on time. He was friendly and polite. He picked the lock, opened up my shed, and made keys for the lock. He was very quick and efficient. I will be calling them back in the next few months to have all of my locks changed and rekeyed. I was very impressed with the balance of professionalism and courtesy.

The staff at Bravo was courteous. I'd searched for a locksmith to duplicate my Chrysler minivan key. Their price was fair. They checked the key before I left their shop. I plan to have them make more keys for me, and I recommend their service.

I was impressed that they sent someone out within 15 minutes the day I called. The work was quick, the locksmith was professional, and the work was excellent.

I called in the morning and was told they were very busy but could get someone out this afternoon if that wouldn't be too late. That was just fine with me. Jose called to tell me he was on the way just a couple hours later. He assessed and fixed the problem right away. He also checked with all the staff available to make sure their keys were working. He even explained what had happened and how he fixed it. Our office was very pleased with the prompt, courteous service, and we are SO happy to be able to get in and out of the office without fighting the front door!

I called Raul to find out prices and information on products. He is knowledgable and after some discussion he wanted to send over a technician to be sure he understood what I wanted. Jose was there in minutes and knew exactly what I wanted and had it. I have been looking for this specific door knob for years and they solved my problem in minutes. They are great.

These guys are great! Very professional, punctual, affordable and are skilled at what they do. Previous locksmith installed a lock upside down on one door and backwards on another. It was a quick and easy fix, and I plan to use them again. Highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend this company. They came out the same day that we called, did the work quickly and well, and the price they charged was fair.

I spoke with Ruben on the phone and he was very nice and accommodating, although a little hard of hearing. The locksmith Thomas arrived on time. He was very friendly and when I told him I was new to the area he offered several suggestions of things to do. He worked quickly and in about 15 minutes I had 3 new locks and 3 new keys.

I called Bravo and explained that the container in which I kept my extra set of house keys was taken off my back patio. Mr. Saurez initially was going to come over at 7 A.M. the next morning but sensing my panic he called back and said that he could come over that evening. He arrived about 15 minutes later and changed the locks on my front and back doors and made me two extra keys. He is just a lovely person and I would use Bravo again the next time I needed anything done to my locks.

I was happy with the service. They guy was very informative, answered all questions, he was there on time, and completed everything in a timely manner. I was happy with his rates as well. I would use them again.

I had a door knob that would not turn the latch and the door wouldn't open. I had spent a couple of days research DIY options, but couldn't get anything to work. I looked on Angies List, and picked this company because they had the most reviews. Thirty minutes after calling, a guy from Bravo was at my house. He came in, looked at the door, went to his truck for his tools, pulled it apart, went back out to the truck to get the "innards", replaced those and left the original knobs and locks on the door. They charged me for the service call and labor, and I didn't see a charge for the parts. It took all of about 20 minutes and cost $86. I was thrilled. These guys are great. I am writing a review mostly because if I ever need them again, I can look back on past reviews and remember who I used. Great job, Bravo.

Super friendly over the telephone. Once he arrived, he knew what he was doing, very honest. Worked fast too. Priced pretty reasonable.
