Outstanding across the board, from answering the phone after hours (8:00 pm), scheduling the work for first thing the next morning (7:30 am), showing up on time, doing the work professionally, and charging a fair price. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: I called Bravo because of their excellent rating on Angie's List. I was not disappointed! I set up an appointment on Wednesday, for Friday. Friday came along with the worst winter weather possible - ice, rain, cold. Kevin contacted me early to say he'd be later than expected due to safety concerns. I asked him to call when he was on his way. He did. What a pleasure to work with him! He was professional, knew his products, and went out of his way to ensure he provided a good service. We were moving into our home that day and chaos was all around. When he ran to get a part at Home Depot, he even asked if he could pick us up anything else when he was there! If more businesses did business like Bravo (and Kevin!) this world would be a much easier place to live in! THANKS for your work!!

Description of Work: This is a very overdue report- these guys were super punctual when we needed 5 locks in our new house re-keyed. Not much else to add. I have recommended them to others and they've been happy too.
