Description of Work: Our house flooded and they were hired to clean and reseal our stone floors. They did a wonderful job, Greg was helpful, professional and knowledgeable. When the movers scraped our floor moving furniture back in, Greg came back and redid that room.

Description of Work: Mr. Greg Bazillion contacted us immediately after our inquiry and was very polite and professional. We were just moving into our new home and had extensive travertine flooring that needed to be cleaned, sealed, and honed, which Greg and his coworker Ben did. They were both very polite and good at what they do. Our floors look great and they were able to make it happen on such a short notice as well and worked long until after the sun had set doing a great job to make our floors look clean and shiny. Although a bit pricey, I would say well worth the cost for one of our homes biggest investments. Greg even went as far as showing me how to fill in the holes on the floors with a travertine filler that worked great and enabled me to save some money by doing it myself, which I did while he worked on the other aspects of my flooring allowing me to use his supplies while doing so. I would highly recommend Bazillion Flooring to anyone needing work done on their travertine floors and I plan on using them again in the future when the time comes. Thanks Greg and Ben for a job well done!

Description of Work: We asked Greg to take a look at refinishing our old saltillo tile. He came out and inspected the floors, and asked us about what finishes we had put on the floor previously. He determined that it would be cost and time prohibitive for us to have him strip and refinish the floors, due to the previous treatment. However he gave us advice on improving the look of the floors and what products to use.

Description of Work: I had ceramic tile installed throughout most of the first floor of my house. I asked for epoxy grout as I was tired of my grout changing color over time. The company my contractor used obviously had no idea how to was to be applied. It cannot be applied like regular grout. When they were finished, there was a terrible haze left on the tile. Much of it was from the adhesive. I tried several different haze removing products myself as neither my contractor nor the tile installation people had any idea what could be used to remove it. In fact, a redo is usually the only choice. Anyway, I gave Bazaillion Floors a try before tearing up the tile and starting over. They came out one day, tried several different products, and then spent 8 hours the next day working on the tile. It is significantly better. At least there are no more boot prints or smears, and the tile looks uniform. In sort, I am satisfied and will not be tearing up my tile. They are expensive, but get the job done. I would use them again.

 + -1 moreThe floors are still scratched, but after three times we figured that our dog just scratches the floor too much. My husband says that our dog didn't do it. So the floors still are not acceptable. They were willing to come back three times and try to fix it. They fixed it each time and it just didn't last. The price was average. Originally the quality was good, but the final quality was average. They were very responsive. I am not too sure if we would use them in the future.
Description of Work: The flooring company came out and had to redo the floors three times. They did the work two months ago.

Description of Work: Bazillion came and cleaned a slate floor and a marble floor for me. They buffed the marble floor then sealed it with an acrylic seal. For the slate floor, the cleaned it, used something to remove excess grout from the face of the slate, and then sealed it with an acrylic seal.

 + 1 moreMy initial contact was with Greg Bizaillion. He was professional and courteous in all my dealings with him. The actual work was performed by Michael Bizaillion and Glenn and they did an outstanding job from start to finish. They were punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, professional. They completed a most difficult task in a day and a half. On a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being worst possible, 10 being excellent, they took this new installation, which was a 1, and turned it into a 10. They blended both the old and new travertine and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. They explained the process, did a great job and left the house immaculately clean. Michael also gave me a bottle of travertine cleaner and offered instruction on how to care for the floors. I would highly recommend this family-owned company and will use them again if and when necessary. In my opinion, they are A+ in all aspects. The cost was a little higher than the original estimate only because I decided to clean and refinish the original travertine as well as refinish the newly installed travertine.
Description of Work: We had recently purchased a home with travertine floors and some carpet. We replaced two carpeted rooms with travertine. Unfortunately it was a botched installation (not level and wrong sealant). Needed to have the new poorly installed and finished travertine cleaned, honed and sealed. Also had the existing travertine cleaned, some holes filled, polished and resealed.

 + -1 moreVery well.....very professional and on time both days. Mr. Bizillion even left some floor cleaner for the kitchen floor in the future. I didn't get any other estimates, but the price seemed reasonable for all the work done.
Description of Work: Cleaned and polished kitchen, powder room, and marble master bath floors. Also did the marble shower and marble countertops in the master bath. Three guys came and worked really hard for two full days....didn't take a break at all. The work seems very good. The workers were very professional, and friendly.

 + 0 moreGreg Bizaillion came when he said he would to survey the job and give us an estimate of $2600, with some possibility of reducing the price depending on how the job went. In the end we settled on $2250. That still seemed high, but there doesn't seem to be a lot of expertise in Houston when it comes to dealing with saltillo tile. He and his two-man crew showed up a bit later than promised, but completed much of the work the first day. They finished the second day and the floors looked like new. Cleanup was excellent, but the crew were not as professional as they might have been when it came to moving furniture. Nonetheless, I would use them again due to the quality of the tile work.
Description of Work: Cleaned, waxed, and buffed one large room and two smaller rooms of saltillo tile, including moving all furniture out and back in.

 + 0 moreGreg Bizaillion and his team did a wonderful job. Greg responded quickly to my calls and was very flexible in scheduling the estimate and work. They arrived on time and worked late. The work was finished in two days as promised and is beautiful. Greg was honest and even suggested putting off some things he didn't think were necessary at this time. After the work was completed, I found a scratch that was missed and he quickly returned to fix it at no extra charge. I found them to be very professional and will use them again in the future. I had expected damage to the floor boards and doors and was pleased to find that there were only a couple of minor scuffs.
Description of Work: Cleaned and resealed travertine floors (approx. 2400 square feet) and cleaned and resealed granite kitchen countertops and two travertine bathroom countertops. Also, removed acid staining on travertine from vinegar spills made by housekeeper and touched up scratches.

After further investigation, I found the person I was dealing with had left the company so that was the problem. As soon as the owner of the company found out, he immediately called me and personally came to my home to redo the work. He was timely, efficient and extremely thorough. He apologized profusely even though he wasn?t aware of the problem. He deserves credit for taking responsibility and immediately correcting the problem with no questions asked. It would be hard to find a business owner this responsive. I recommend them without reservation.
