I've used Greg Bizallion for my floors in the past and have always been pleased with the results.

Greg was very kind about waiting to schedule our job until our contractors had finished painting and installing. The floors look beautiful - better than they ever have, with a wonderful soft shine - though in a few places there is a dull trail or track, as though the buffer did not polish a line of the liquid. The most disappointing thing was that we spent a few hours after they left cleaning red marks off of our recently painted white baseboards and splashes of polish off of our newly installed cabinets and appliances. Even though they put blue covering tape over the toe kicks, we found polish splashed 6 inches or more above the tape. We had to repaint the dark brown baseboards in one room because we could not remove the polish stains. We suspect that Greg was trying to accommodate us by squeezing our job in as soon as he could, but that he may not have allowed enough time to do what was probably a 2 day job. They scheduled to arrive at 9:30 and showed at 10:15, which further shortened their day. We would hire him again, because he did a really nice job, but next time, we will prepare more and insist on more time and a higher level of protection for floors and cabinets.

Floors looked great - did have to wipe all my clean base boards down again to remove cleaning solution. Price was high but they were able to do the job same day

All spots are gone!! Floor has not linked this good since living here. The men that did the work were very professional and too great care in moving furniture. Also did a professional job of paint touch ups. That service has never been offered before.

Greg Bizaillion has not only revitalized our slate flooring, he renewed my faith in contractors! What a great guy who has a real passion for what he does, and does well! I'm blown away by the improvement in the surface of our natural slate tiles and the unbelievable lightening/brightening of what were seriously shabby/dingy grout lines. This is a company that under-promises and over-delivers ... not something one can expect these days! Greg's work ethic is impressive, he and his crew friendly, courteous and professional ... on top of being efficient and effective. Can't recommend their service and this company highly enough. He was quite professional and gave us a detailed quote, which was a little more then we wanted to spend. We haven't decided to move forward at this time.

Unbelievably great.........it's like I put in new flooring........he even gave me a gallon of concentrated cleaner. We got started a little late as they had to return to shop for a stripper product.....but really pleased with results......moved big furniture with dollies( we had moved out most small stuff prior to their arrival ) and got started......it took about 7-8 hours so would have been better with an earlier start ( 12 to 12:30 start after trip back to shop) but not a huge deal as we didn't have plans Friday night. 3 step process, clean, seal and polish....

We have a fairly large area on the first floor of our home covered by travertine tile. Even though we have it cleaned once a year, the floor has always looked a little dull since we left it pretty much as it was installed ('unfinished'). This year I wanted to try someone new so I contacted Greg Bizaillion of Bizaillion Floors to give me an estimate. He literally came the Friday before Christmas and did a walkthrough and quickly sent me an estimate for the job. He also made some recommendations on the finish which I went with. The results completely blew beyond my expectations. Our floor has never looked this good. I'm almost afraid to walk on it. Our travertine looks better than new and my wife absolutely loves it. They were a little late that morning (bad weather) but stayed late to get the job done. Greg and his assistant were very professional and did a fantastic job. All the baseboards, cabinets and furniture were taped/covered to prevent any soiling/damage from the floor cleaning. I can't say enough about what a great job they did and plan to have them back in our home and recommend him to our friends/neighbors.

Greg was great. He was able to fit us in on short notice and he gave a discount for Angie's list customer. Really happy with the results. Didn't think the grout could get that clean and the tile looks absolutely beautiful polished.

I was at the end of a four-month remodeling project and everything looked great…EXCEPT the fireplace. After 30 years, it needed a little attention too. Greg and Ben restored the stone to better than it looked when it was installed! I was a little concerned about the custom cabinets and wood floor, but they were very careful not to damage the walls, cabinetry or floor. The fireplace is the center of attention again thanks to Bizaillion Floors! (See the before and after pics!) Thank you, Greg and Ben!

Greg and his assistant Ben arrived at about 11:00AM and worked nonstop until 10:00PM. Floor is 15 years old and had accumulated stains in grout joints and sustained wear through the sealant in several high traffic areas. All I have to say is WOW. Floor now looks like it was put in yesterday. Grout joints are clean and tiles have a higher gloss than when they were installed. I thought job was a little pricey until I saw the amount of work involved and the fantastic results. Highly recommend Bizaillion Floors.

This experience with Greg, Bizaillion Floors, was so rewarding. He was able to take 50 year old terrazzo floors and remove stains and polish to a beautiful shine finish. Greg was extremely professional and informative. He communicated on arrival times, products and how to care for my floors in the future. I only wish all contractors had his business values. Greg was very professional, polite, and is a man of integrity. He came to my home, looked at my floor and told me to pay to have my floor done would be a waste of money. He said my slate was already in pretty good shape and recommended a couple of products that I could clean it with. I felt bad because he drove here for nothing. He said he didn't mind at all. He said he didn't want to just take my money. Wow! Whenever I do need some work done in the future, I'm calling Greg. Now that's what customer service is all about!

The floors had been damaged by some chemicals and had a whitish look to them, (very badly) and he ground them and used an enhancer and polished them to the point where they looked new and just beautiful. He did the same with the counter tops. He is extremely conscientious, professional, aims to please and is also a very pleasant and nice man. I will use him again in a heartbeat and highly recommend him.

This work was for a historic stone church in Midtown. Inside the main church are limestone steps, altar and walls and also tile floor with epoxy grout. All have seen years and years of wear and were in need of deep cleaning. Greg started work on a Monday afternoon to assess how to best clean everything, being careful to use the right cleaner on the limestone so there would be no damage. Greg and Ben worked diligently every day into the early evening to complete the job by Friday afternoon. Greg worked with the church staff to accommodate music rehearsals and kept everyone informed on how the job was going. After just one day, it was already obvious how much cleaner everything was going be. Greg and Ben deep cleaned and then sealed all the surfaces. When he and Ben finished late Friday afternoon, the church looked wonderful! All the staff and ministry heads are very pleased with the results. Will definitely use Gregg again for any similar type work.

Bazillion Floors did an amazing job and everything turned out exquisite. No complaint whatsoever with this company as we've already had them work for us twice and we will definitely use them again!!!

I was guided by the strong prior reviews. They were not exaggerated. I had a very large, stained, and dull travertine floor area and a different travertine around the pool that was extremely stained. Greg and his assistant did an exceptional job. Both surfaces look like new. They were timely, neat, and professional. Furniture was carefully removed and replaced after the job was finished. Highly trustworthy. One of the best experiences I have ever had with a service provider.

Gregg and his helper showed up on time to begin the work. They did not a wonderful job on the floors. We had a large amount of connecting tile in the bathroom, foyer, washroom and kitchen. They worked all day for three days to get the floors stripped sanded with and polished to a brilliant wet gloss throughout. The floor look absolutely amazing.

Great company to work with. Both Greg and Benjamin were courteous, professional and terrific. They carefully moved all the furniture and then replaced it when they were done. The floor looks wonderful. The square footage was approx 1,250.

These guys worked sunup to sunset for 2 days restoring my travertine floors, which I thought had been ruined by previous people who obviously didn't know what they were doing and had left the floors dull and extremely streaked. I was shocked at how bad they looked. The Bizaillion guys made my floors look absolutely as beautiful as they were when they were installed 25 years ago! They did not make a mess, or splatter the baseboards as another prominent company's crew had done once. They arrived on time when they said they would, were very nice and worked all day until dusk, for two days. I could not be happier and would confidently and HIGHLY recommend their service to anyone! Very knowledgeable and lots of attention to detail. After cleaning the surfaces, they applied two coats of sealant. Every stone surface in our huge home received the treatment. It's been a few months since they sealed everything and I am very pleased with the results. The floors, countertops, and showers are protected from mishaps. When spills happen, they are easily wiped up and leave no marks on the travertine or granite throughout our home. I highly recommend Bizaillion Floors and will use them again in the future.
