Description of Work: Contracted them to clean my Saltillo Tile.

Description of Work: Travertine was cleaned and polished throughout the house and I thought they did an excellent job. All of the furniture is moved out of each room and the floors are thoroughly cleaned and polished. There is a very noticable difference in the flooring when they are finished. I will use them again for the floors in the back of the house. The price is expensive, but the floors really do look great!

Description of Work: Bizaillion Floors changed our travertine flooring from the most unsightly aspect of our house, to a resplendently-beautiful work of practical, livable artwork! I can't adequately emphasize how much of a problem this was -- given that the travertine flooring covers almost the entire first floor of our home. In 2007, when we moved into our home, which was a "new-construction," "spec-home," in West University Place, the travertine floors were a disaster. The builder failed to (among many, many other problems!) hold the flooring contractor to standards to (1) level the tiled surfaces, (2) fill or replace numerous cracked, chipped, and scratched tiles, (3) clean grouted areas, (4) adequately seal tiled floors and (5) buff the floors. Although we engaged a different contractor one year ago to fulfill these necessary services, they failed to do so. In fact, the previous contractor created additional problems! In contrast, Mr. Bizaillion (Senior) came to our home and talked at length with me about the services he believed we needed, how these services were to be performed, and the tools, machines, and solutions that his company used. The following week, his son and another two workers performed their "miracle" on our floors -- with minimal disruption and maximum results! The job took two days. The workers (led by Mr. Bizaillion, Junior) arrived on time each morning, around 9:30 a.m., and finished their work around 7 p.m. They moved furniture, then replaced furniture, after the job was completed. They spent almost the entire two days on their hands and knees, meticulously filling in cracks and chips, then sealing the affected areas. When all the repairs were completed, they sealed and buffed the floors. Further, they gave us a large supply of a floor cleaner they recommended for use on travertine floors. We feel like we are living in a newly-constructed, beautiful home. We are no longer ashamed of this major part of our house!

Description of Work: Greg came out and cleaned our Travertine floors in the entry way of a house we just moved into. The floors were horrendously filthy with many years of dirt set into the porous stone. Greg and his guy thoroughly cleaned the travertine, polished it, and sealed it.

Description of Work: Owner of company, Greg Bizaillion came out measured, quoted, and set up a date to restore our travertine floors. He was very professional, showed up when he said he would and did an excellent job on our floors. Our floors were installed in a brand new home 3 years ago, and we didn't realize they could look this good. Although, the company that installed them supposedly put on sealer, they did not "finish" the floors the way that Greg did. I think that people will be surprised at the before and after effect of their flooring after hiring Bizaillion floors. Greg and another employee moved all furniture, worked magic on the floors, and moved everything back very professionally and carefully. I could tell that he takes pride in his work and wants to do the best job possible. I would highly recommend them!

Description of Work: I called Bizaillion after reading the reviews here. They were extremely fast to come out and perform an estimate for an area of tile to be cleaned in my entry. It was a type of sandstone that I don't think had ever been sealed so dirt was deeply imbedded. The stone needed to be cleaned/honed, polished, & sealed.
