Greg is a delight to work with. This is the second time we've hired him, first time for an outdoor job. Greg truly loves his job and is passionate about his work. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to have floors cleaned, shined, buffed, or sealed. Greg will not disappoint.

Greg, the owner, came to my home the same day I called. After looking at the floors he gave me a price. The next day I called to be scheduled. I was a few weeks out. Several days later and told me he could work me in in a few days. He showed as agreed and worked over 2 days making my floors better than I expected. He and his worker were very efficient and professional. I liked that he was always there and attended to details.

Greg was very professional and punctual for both estimate and service dates. Explained what would be done in detail and what products would be used. Very happy with results and would recommend/ use again. Pleasure to do business with this company. Genuinely cares about your satisfaction.

Fabulous. The floors were in terrible shape - dirty and stained from 40 years of wear. They were yellowed and really dated the house. Greg cleaned and polished them (it took them 10 hours) and they look better than new. They also cleaned up after themselves so that the area was cleaner than before. Truly an outstanding job. We had no idea that the floors could look this good.

Amazing work! I was just stunned by the transformation. When I got the initial quote, it seemed high to me - almost didn't do it. I'm glad it did - it was well worth it. They clearly love what they do, and it shows!

Greg and his crew of one moved all of our heavy furniture around the house to clear the floors. They did it in stages - move furniture, repair, move more furniture, more repairs, then clean and buff. I was slightly disappointed that the cracks are still visible, but it was explained that they can't be perfectly repaired without breaking out the tile and replacing it. That's not possible since our house is 35 years old and the tiles are worn and aged and that aging (and hexagonal 10" tile) cannot be matched. Some of the repaired cracks actually add character to the tiles and the majority of the cracks are covered by a rug, so I'm not complaining too much. But a couple of worn spots were not repaired and a few of the cracks and worn spots could have been fixed to look much better than they were. It's best to be present when the repairs are being made so you can review their work. When I pointed out places I was not happy with, they went back and redid them, which I appreciated. I gave them a "B" on quality because I should not have had to point out mistakes that should have been repaired correctly to begin with. Overall, our floors look so much better and they really did a great job.

We have a mid-century modern house built in 1955 with terrazzo floors throughout the entire house. There was a lot of staining from over the years and poor maintenance. Greg was great from the beginning. Very honest about what could be accomplished and our limitations with certain staining. He worked so hard to get as much staining as possible out of the flooring. The end result was wonderful. Not a perfect floor but MUCH improved floor with many of the stained areas gone or greatly faded. We are very happy with the workmanship and the customer service. Greg is very attentive, courteous and responsive. It's obvious he takes great pride in his work. Will definitely continue to use him for our floor needs.

My white terrazzo floor tiles had become very yellow and hard to clean. Basically, they had aged and discolored. Bizaillion Floors restored them. The tiles are white again and are so shiny that they look wet. I added cleaning of the adjoining kitchen floor tiles to the contract; the kitchen tiles were in good shape, for the most part, and the bulk of the job concerned the white terrazzo tiles, which looked terrible. The workers moved the furniture before and after the job. I had been afraid of the sanding process because I had read on the Internet that water is used to polish the stone. I was afraid of water damage. Water is used, and Bizaillion Floors is careful to vacuum-up the water as the work progresses so that the water doesn't pool or touch the carpets, the edges of which they tape for protection. I didn't see any signs of water damage during or after the job.. The job does take a long time (one or two days). It's a relief to come home and see shiny, white terrazzo tiles.

Due to the scope of the job, it took two days to complete it. I was assisting the owner of the house prepare it for sale so everyone was pleased to see the spectacular results. Greg did everything he could to restore the floors to their former beauty.

Called and he showed up for estimate the same day! Very professional and friendly. His team fixed numerus holes in our travertine floor. They cleaned waxed and polished it leaving a mirror finish. Very satisfied start to finish. Exceptional workmanship and customer care.

The terrazzo in our entry probably hadn't been repolished in about 20 plus years....I was always thinking about replacing it with something more "in style", but I am so glad I didn't! Bazaillion made the floor look like new. I was worried that I would have to repaint the base boards, but there was minimal touch-up to do after the polishing. Michael also fixed some cracks to the point where I can no longer see them. Definitely try this if you are on the fence about your terrazzo floors....you will fall in love with them again!

Bizaillion did a great job on the tile floors of our new house. They were personable, thorough and completely professional. The worked hard all day and were able to complete the job sooner than predicted to our entire satisfaction. We highly recommend Bizaillon Floors.

Greg was prompt and professional. He answered my call quickly, came to assess what I had, floor wise, and made an appointment to return to do the work a few days later. The men worked on the different areas in my home from 9:00 AM until about 8:00 PM., and my floors look new again and are easier to clean because they have the proper type and amount of sealer on them. The brick floor evidently had an earlier application of a wooden floor wax product and the bluestone floor soaked up many layers of the sealer before Greg was satisfied that it was properly protected. Greg was very helpful with advise on how to continue to maintain the different floors and what products and cleaning tools to use. He also gave me a bottle of a great glass cleaning product and demonstrated how to use it on a glass door in one bathroom, readily cleaning off the mineral buildup that I have been trying to remove for a year. The only thing the men did not finish that day was putting a sealer on the mosaic tile floor since the new grout needed to cure for several days. Greg left the product with us and told us how to wipe it on, then he called three days later to pop in and finish the job himself in ten minutes. I am a happy customer because I have great looking floors now and I have great information on how to care for them too.

Our marble floors had not been refinished or polished in 30 years. They totally refinished them and they look brand new. The light's reflection just shines off the floors, I was amazed. We are selling this house and that is a person's first impression when they walk in. The job they did will really help sell the house. They worked for about 5 hours and were very nice, arrived right on schedule and kept me updated as to the job progress. I would highly recommend them, plan to have them clean the grout and seal tile floors at our new house soon.

He did a fantastic job. I thought that he did a great job on evaluating, not just on doing the job itself but when he evaluated the job. When he came out to give a bid, he actually took a decent sized section of the floor and cleaned it and showed what he could do before he did it. It was awesome to be able to say "this is exactly what you're floor is going to look like if I do the work."

We bought the house in late 2012. After the seller moved out their furniture, we realized that it was night and day on the travertine floors in certain parts of the house. We also started noticing that there were a lot of holes on the floor and were dirty as well. One tile had a big hold where grout to patch up and stood out as it did not match the color of the stone. When we first saw the house, the nice flooring was covered in a big rug so it did not stand out much and we did not know about travertine to know the difference.. After searching online on what can be done with the floor, we joined Angie's list and found Bizaillion Floors since they were the highest rated and had done a lot of travertine floors work. Greg came in to take a look and provide an estimate. We decided to only get the heavily used areas to be filled and clean, polish, and reseal for the rest (about 1200 sq ft). After getting over how pricey it is to get it fixed, we went ahead and contracted the work for the following week. Mike and his crew came on time to take a look ahead of them. After moving all the furniture out to the garage, Mike and his crew went ahead and started cleaning the travertine floors. What a difference it made with all the dirt gone even before the filling and polishing were done. We were not sure if the other tiles will look the same as the clean ones we had. They also went above and beyond to fill additional holes they found in other areas after cleaning as well. Mike was very knowledgeable and talked me through the process they were doing and the filling they used to patch the holes. The were down on their knees for a day and a half just to patch all the holes they found. He also gave us some idea on whether we would like to go for the low shine or high shine. We went for the low shine as it is less maintenance in the long run. It will get a little shinier after the sealant is applied. They moved all the furniture back to where it was. Completed their work in 3 days as there were more holes than anticipated. They gave us cleaning liquid specifically for travertine floors to help maintain the floors. My wife was really surprised and happy with the work they had done coming back from her trip. Safe to say, we are very happy with how things turned out and will hire them again to reseal when the time comes.

I was not satisfied with the work performed and was refunded the full deposit paid.
