Description of Work: Services performed was to check a/c over flow pan. Once the repairman saw what the problem was he fix it, also change one of my a/c filters. The a/c repairman also showed me the a/c lines that I was not aware of.

Bob and Dave were absolutely awesome. They did not leave until the unit was fixed. Because the problem ended up being the circuit board, they ended up going to spring, texas to get the part. Since this was the Labor Day weekend and they knew the parts store would be closed on Monday, when they got the part they came all the way back from spring to the medical center area to complete the work on the same day. Now if that is not above and beyond, we don't know what is! We will be customers for life!! AR & Mary Haynes

Bob the owner came out at the beginning and was very professional. He then had technician come out and assess the HVAC unit, and gave me a quote. At that point, I decided to hire Big Tex and have them fix it for me. The technician was very kind and easy to talk to. It was much talking to a friend that I have had for years. I would recommend Big Tex to anyone else looking for HVAC repair.
