I could not of had a better experience with this company, my recommendation is to ask for Robert. He was very knowledgeable, genuine, kind and had our best interest at heart. I have used multiple people through angieslist, most good with a few bad seeds. Robert is who you are looking for when you come to angieslist and read the reviews and are looking for a good company who won't work you over. Whether you go with bellaire ac &a heating to do your work or not I would highly recommend having Robert give you his quote/recommendation.

The service was great. They told me exactly what I needed and didn't try to make me buy a whole new system like the other companies were telling me to do. My heater has worked great ever since!

They're very good. The cost depends on what we need to be done. One person came out for the service. They leave the area clean when they're finished.

I just mentioned that my water heater seemed slow. For no extra cost Charlie checked and found a corroded, leaking pipe potentially a disaster. Recommended plumber. Above and beyond service!

Charles came over on Saturday and went through and extensive analysis of the pipes to find they were logged with debris. Charles examined and explained things every step of the way. He diligently searched for the issues and then checked to make sure everything else was working properly. The professionalism and dedication to his job was exemplary. I have to also say that as a homeowner it is always agonizing when something in your home breaks and/or stops working and when you find a company like "Bellaire AC" that you can depend on ... it makes the experience better because you know that you feel safe. David and Angel were courteous and professional with great attitudes and knowledge. They were able to troubleshoot the problem quickly and resolve the issue. The AC is working great now. I was very pleased to find a company who could service issues on the weekend when your AC or heater breaks down unexpectedly.

The work went very well and we are very pleased with the outcome. Our AC was erratic in its performance over the past several months, to say the least. ?We'd had several contractors/repair companies out over a period of a week to assess the situation and give recommendations - repair or replace. ?We finally decided to bite the bullet and replace the entire system. ? I'm glad we did and I'm very pleased with the performance of Bellaire. From the first visit, there was no pressure and no scare tactics?- only a good fact based assessment of the system and a detailed quote for two recommended Trane systems. ? They arrived when they said they would and the job was completed at mid afternoon of the second day as promised. The crew was courteous, cleaned up after themselves both days, and did not call the job?done until they had totally tested both the heating and AC system. I highly recommend Bellaire Air Conditioning. ?I've lived in Houston for more than 45 years. ?I've dealt with dozens of heating and AC companies. ?None of them bring to the table what Bellaire does - honesty and?integrityl. I have a very busy work schedule,??so I scheduled several weeks in advance for a weekday appointment - between 8 and 10am. ? I was first surprised when no one called the day before to confirm the appointment. ? Then at 9:45 am on the day of the appt, when no one had arrived or contacted me,?I called the office to inquire about the status of?the?technician who would be at my house. ? ?The very rude, haughty, dismissive woman on the phone said that the technician had to go to another appointment before mine and was running behind schedule and would likely be at my house by 10:30am. ? I told her that since I had made the early appointment that I expected a contractor to honor that window since I don't have time to waste waiting on the technician?. ? ?She acted like I was unreasonable and that I was lucky that they would get to me at all. ? After speaking with her, I decided that I had made a huge mistake by thinking that I should do business with this company. ? ?I was looking up other alternatives on Angies List when the technician arrived (about 10 minutes after I hung up the phone). ? ?He was cordial and professional, but he was only in my home for 30 minutes - checking 2 units in the attic and the outside condenser units. ? ?My old company would spend quite a bit of time - although they were?slightly more expensive -?checking and cleaning the systems. ? ?I am at a loss about this whole episode but I do know that I won't use these guys again - mostly based on my dealings with that ghastly woman who schedules the work.

Charles was professional, extremely thorough, patient, and nice. He answered every single one of my questions and my realtor's and never once rushed. And this was all for a free estimate! We have now scheduled the ~$6K worth of HVAC work and I will update my review then.

We had a blank thermostat. We thought our thermostat was broken, Repair man came in and checked a switch and come to find out that it was actually turned off. He did not want to charge us for this call. My husband asked him to just check the unit to make sure everything was okay!. He was nice and professional.

Fully prepared to purchase a new condenser unit, I called Bellaire Air Conditioning & Heating for an estimate. They were able to come by the same day. The two men that came (Charlie and Jerry, I believe were their names) were extremely cordial and communicative. Despite my insistence that I needed a new condenser, they patiently explained that the problem was not with the condenser but with several efficiency shortcomings in my home. In other words, they talked me out of spending money with them. I'm extremely appreciative of this company's patience and willingness to help me save money.

Very well. The team is reliable, professional, and responsive to get things done right. When I have had concerns or something wasn't working as I expected, they kept coming back until it was working properly. They are my first call whenever I have an AC/Heating issue, and I'm pleased to recommend them.

Overall, I am very pleased with Bellaire AC and Heating. Our 3 ton system was on its last leg and the 5 ton system was not keeping up with cooling our 3300 square foot house. The systems were 15 years old and cheap to begin with. We got 3 separate bids. Bellaire AC and Heating was not the cheapest but their bid was much less expensive than another major company. Everyone was prompt and courteous. The estimator provided us a quote within a day or two. We were contacted by Rusty and scheduled the service. Arturo and his crew were punctual, polite, hardworking, and answered all of my question. The installation occurred over 2 days. Our master bedroom has always been the hottest room in the house. On the last day of the install, Arturo attempted to redirect some of the air from other vents into the master. He also talked to me about options if we were not comfortable. We lived with the temporary fix for a few weeks. Arturo also checked our duct work and sealed several small leaks. As the master BR was still hot, we emailed Rusty and he sent Arturo out to run a new supply line for us. This was done at no charge and was greatly appreciated. We are happy with the install and are glad to have a company that we can use for the next 10 years (bought the extended warranty).

The provider was punctual, very nice and professional. They explained everything at each step and also provided me some tips going forward to prevent this from happening again.

Charles and his co-worker (Jerry) arrived on schedule after a heads-up call. They went about the improvements mentioned above in a methodical way, after protecting floors etc. The changes were explained to me so that I could, as necessary, take some self-initiative action (as an example) to restart the automatic shut-off of the system. The work proceeded with the installation of the replacement coils and recharging of the systems. The work was completed in a totally professional manner with thorough testing of each step. The price was very fair as is the warranty. I have faith that with Bellaire Heating & AC, people like Charles and Jerry and the office staff, I am in good hands for years to come.

Made small changes in settings to improve efficiency of system,

Provider came on Friday 1/2/15 to replace a heater blower motor. The took the mounting bracket and motor and said they ordered the motor which would be in Monday or Tuesday to install. They would call me not later than Tuesday to come install it on that day. No call, so I called them. they said the service tech would call me right back in a few minutes. Guess what, no call back. So I called them and left a message at 4:00 to call me back. No call back. I called again at 4:50 and left another message, no call back. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON_EXISTENT. Called again Wednesday, they said they would call me back. Finally someone called me back and said the part would be in Thursday(what happened to Monday or Tuesday the service tech on Friday told me?). They told me someone would be at the parts warehouse and would call by noon. No call, so I called them. Now the story was the part had to be programmed and they would come replace the part. At 3:00 Thursday, still no service. So I called and the service manager said it would not be ready today. Over the last five days nothing but lies and delays, no return calls. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Please their cost was well above other quotes I got. My bad, I thought I could get quality service.

Said someone would be in touch to get a quote for new unit, but no one ever called.

We called Bellaire Air Conditioning on a Sunday morning because our A/C condenser outside was running constantly but the house wasn't cooling. Charles called back within 90 minutes and came to our house that day to diagnose the problem. He was professional and courteous and friendly. After figuring out the problem, he came back the next day and made the repairs. He also installed 2 new Nest thermostats that had been sitting in their boxes for months. Charles also happily applied the Angie's list discount to the total price. He then called that night to check that the house was cooling down and came back the next day to confirm that the refrigerant level was full. Our family will be using this business for all of our heating and cooling needs in the future.

The blower motor blew out on a Sunday and Bellaire Air Conditioning was in our home on Monday promptly in the morning, pinpointed the problem and gave us an honest quote for the repair and was out by the early afternoon having repaired the problem. Our house has begun to cool down already. I recommend highly.

Charles was able to come out the day we requested the appointment. His recommendation was to replace 100% of the air duct system in our attic given its poor condition. He was able to schedule a full day team at our home three days later. The two gentleman assigned to our job worked extremely hard and clean. This was a major project that took their combined dedicated effort from 8am to well after 6pm that evening, in the Houston June heat with limited AC. The first month after the new duct system was in place we saw a $75 drop in our electrical bill and the air quality of our home has dramatically changed. We are extremely pleased with the work performed and the customer service of Bellaire AC and highly recommend them to others.
