Description of Work: circuit breaker kept shutting down. Albert came and spent a great deal of time trying to determine the cause. After hours of checking all possibilities and ruling out everything else, he determined that the wires were damaged under the concrete slab. He had tore- run the wires from the electric panel to the house above ground. It took al day and the charge was $1800.
