Alberto and his assistant were very capable and efficient. I did not think there would be enough time to complete my long list but they did it all and even had time for an additional unplanned item. I am glad I picked the option with two people. That allowed them to work on two projects at once, and also allowed one person pick up some needed items from a supplier while the other continued to work on site. I am also glad that I had purchased many of the needed replacement fixtures in advance as that allowed them to concentrate on the installation work.

All went great and they were able to do everything in one hour. My husband was very impressed and we would definitely use them again. A very nice company to work with.

Scheduling was same week and at the time I suggested on a Saturday. They actually arrived a little bit early. The work was top notch and done on time and on budget. If you need an electrician, you cannot go wrong with the company. I am VERY happy with the entire experience.

He arrived on time (actually a little early!) with a helper, and they were done in an hour. They were professional, courteous, and the finished product was excellent. It went great! Alberto explained to us that he would try his best to find it and that he would charge an hourly rate. He made it very clear that the tool was our best option but it wasnt 100 percent. Also he let us know to feel free to tell him to stop at anytime if we felt it was a lost cause or timewise going over budget. It was basically like finding a needle in a haystack but you could see him brainstorming and always trying different options. At one point he asked if it was ok if he could take a break and clear his mind because he was starting to feel it was hopeless and he didnt want to feel that way. He came back with different ideas and was able to find the problem underground . Even though we told him that we were expecting to pay around 2000 $ and he knew we were in need he only charged us 720 plus the 100 for tool rental that he went and picked up and dropped off. On labor day weekend!

Experience could not have been better. He promptly responded to my request for an estimate for the work I wanted done. Gave us an appointment for following day and kept that appointment. Returned as agreed with equipment and work was completed. He worked efficiently and was very careful to contain all the debri from the installation so there was no mess left behind. Everything from start to finish was very professional and we are thoroughly satisfied with the results.
