Response from Awesome Electric
As per our conversation on 11/23/09 concerning this rating I received from this memebr. He had his plant manager call me, he call Thursday 11/18/09 at 5:08pm not 11/17/09 as stated on the report and I spoke to him shortly and told him I do not work in industrial applications( my insurance only covers for residential and commercial applications). We got disconnected: my phone dropped the call.I did not hang up on him, I waited for him to call back he did not. I have downloaded my phone records from Sprint .com and probably the conversation transcripts if need be to verify to all what I am saying is true. I also called the plant manager back on the morning of 11/19/09 at 8:37 am and discussed his situation and recommended that he locate an Electrician in Alvin that could possibly do the job for him.I would have register my license at the City of Alvin that would additional cost for customer finding some already registered and able to work in said application would be best for the customer. My method of operation is if I can help you over the phone I will saving you the customer money if possible. Also if I cannot help I will tell you such as I did in this situation.
