Today was the 3rd appointment they missed. The first one they were 30 minutes late, second one they no showed and today they called and said they were not able to keep their appointment we would need to reschedule.

The plumbing service was great. Jim Matejka was professional, pleasant, and knew his trade. When we discovered the stainless steel kitchen sink would not fit (see my review Home Depot 12727 FM 1960 West) he rescheduled a return early morning in two days so we would have time to locate another sink. While reviewing the existing plumbing he discovered some issues with the way the plumbing was originally installed by the home builder and that some of it was out of code. Once he returned to installed the replacement composite sink, new garbage and correct plumbing in a short time. The new plumbing arrangement even has a clean out and provides more storage space under the sink. The additional plumbing modifications were not part of the Home Depot service contract and resulted in an additional $250, but was well worth it. In conclusion I have done plumbing replacements myself and feel it was money well spent. We will definitely ask for Jim Matejka again.

They came out and replaced a part that had gone out on one of our water heaters. They went ahead and replaced the same part on our second water heater since a lot of people were having trouble with this part. They completed the work on both water heaters in approx 40 min. They did not charge us anything because the part was under warranty. They charged the manufacturer $450 ($225 per heater). We had gotten a written estimate from MET Plumbing for $649 for just labor to replace the same part on just one of the heaters. We were really relieved not to have to come up with $649 to get our water heater back up and running and are happy not to have to look over our shoulder waiting for the other heater to go out too.

Dan and his help were gracious efficient,and professional at all time,very much enjoyed their company to boot.

A shout out to Joe Nelson who took the time to investigate further and determined the problem was in a clogged sink where the AC drain lines tied into the same sewer line. A quick snake cleaning and problem is fixed.

It was ok until on Aug. 23rd we developed a big leak from our drip pan which leaked through our kitchen ceiling. When I called their 24/7 call center they told me they couldn't send anyone until the next day. HOLY CRAP. It was their fault this happened. And they could not send anyone? I called a local man, Robert Burnett to fix the problem. Thank GOD he could come out today and stop the water. He is the best.

Called ARS because they are Home Depot's authorized plumber for installation. On Wednesday, a girl from the ARS office contacted me and mentioned that if I prepaid the installation through Home Depot, it would cost $100 less. She did tell me that the installation would be $300 plus the cost for the required re-piping. I called Home Depot to inquire about the prepaid option, nobody knew anything about it. I contacted the ARS office to make an appointment for an estimate and was scheduled for Saturday between noon and 4pm. Three minutes to 4pm, the dispatcher finally called to say someone was on his way. The plumber entered the house; all I could smell was smoke, and I saw no booties on his shoes. He looked at the sink, the new sink and new faucet to be installed. After going to his truck to "work up" an estimate, he came in with a verbal quote of $775, including the discount. I asked for a written, itemized estimate. He came back from the truck with a written estimate, but with no itemization. Home Depot also has signage in their stores that installation is $299, which is a far cry from $775.

TERRIBLE. He did not completely repair the broken pipe/line. He left a mess as well. We later discovered that he apparently used too much force on the pipe, broke or damaged it. The water leaked into the dining room soaking the carpet and baseboards. It was necessary to have another company come out to repair the damage ARS further caused, and to have Blackmon-Mooring pull up the carpet, rip up the pad, place equipment in the room for several days trying to dry the flooring and baseboards, then had to replace the carpet pad, stretch the carpet back in place at even more money from our pocket. Had ARS done the job right, it would have saved us about $700.00.

Professional quote. Answered my questions. Price too high. I found a different provider using Bing Search. Installation complete. I'm happy with what I got.

They service was pretty good. They tore up some of my landscaping and they did not do anything to fix it.

They came in on time and brought me some of the product that helps you unstop sinks. They are very, very good. Our problem is there is a bacterial mold that grows if you don't use the sinks too often. It was my son's sink and he was away at college for nine months. They taught me how to check for future problems so I learned something. I have been very happy with everything.

Its my job to work with contractors day in day out and ARS has to be one of the worst most unprofessional companies ive ever delt with. Everytime they come it takes sitting waiting on 2 or 3 different crews passing the buck until one finally agrees to do even the simplest of work. We had a $6000 subpump installed by them and understand they all of a sudden dont work on them. That wasnt the issue we called about though. It was a common everday 90 degree pvc elbow joint any plumber apprentice could handle had cracked. Instead of fixing in a min or two they threw their arms up and left as always. AGAIN DO NOT USE THESE A******* AND THEIR DRAINAGE DEPARTMENT IS LIT JUST IN NAME ONLY BC THEY DONT DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING

The technician showed up within hours of contacting them, and Danny was very professional and knowledgeable. He had it fixed in no time, and it works great! Anyone with teenage daughters should have these guys on speed dial! Thanks Danny!!

Good thing I was sitting down when he gave me his bid, $1899 just for installation!!! Let me be clear, the $1899 DID NOT INCLUDE THE WATER HEATER!

There are several of them located all over this area, I don't know if they are nationwide or not. I like ARS. They are very competent. They do a good professional job. I have been in my house for 32 years and I have used them consistently for those 32 years. I will continue to use them. I think the price is competitive. I can give them a call like say, if the air conditioning where to go out, they'd be out here in less than 12 hours.

We've used them for years. They don't charge a trip charge. They will take a look for free. You can decide to have to work done or not. They don't pressure you to have the work done. If you need to talk with your husband or delay the job, they're fine with that. The service was awesome. They laid down tarps and kept everything clean. If you sign up for the year, they will do two inspections every year of all the faucets and plumbing. They call when they're on their way; if there is a delay, they will let you know. They wear shoe covers to keep out dirt.

They are very professional. They came in at 7 in the morning and left at 8 PM. They worked for around 13 hours and they finished the job completely. They also installed a heating unit at my mom's house. If she has any problem, they would come over and fix it up.

They did an excellent job. They do plumbing, air conditioning work which I have used them for that. The lines were concrete and had disintegrated they replaced the main lines going to the street. They kept cleaning them and put a camera down the pipes and said that they couldn't clean them. They had to replace all of the two inch copper pipe that was in the house. They did good work and it was a good price in comparison to other companies. I had to use a large company because of the job. If I had to have them back, I would use them again. I do use them for all of the air conditioning work.

.Water heater flush went well. Both service men were very knowledgeable and professional. However, your scheduler/dispatcher needs a LOT of improvement: I was given a 4 hour window (noon to 4 pm Friday). I finally got a call from the dispatcher at 4:45 saying that the serviceman would be there in 45 minutes. Since I had an appointment with friends at that time I asked when they could get there WITHOUT a window and was told 8-9 the next day (first appointment?). Serviceman showed at 9:30 and finished at 10:30. A bit more than a 4 hour window. I'm really not inclined to use ARS again with a 4 hour window that they won't make anyway.

I did not have any problems once they were gone. They only charged $75 because we have American Home Shield, I don?t know how much they charge from Home shield. Their service was good. I think they were very busy with the initial date that they called but they did go there early morning the following day. There were no problems once they were there. We have used them more than once in the last six months through American Home Shield. I will say that they are good because each time we used them, we have not asked for a return service. So they are good. I will give them an ?A-? only because we did not get then the first day but they did the repair eventually. I will use them again even though I don't have to go through American Home Shield.

The work was fine. We use them every time. We have a maintenance agreement so I didn't have to pay anything.

They are my standard heating and air conditioning and plumbing. Standard manufacturer warranty. They do pretty good work. On time on schedule. They didn't quite put everything back like it was when they started but I guess that's pretty normal. I would recommend them for quality but they are quite expensive.

It went fine. I had no dislikes. They did everything, came in and was very personable. They are every courteous and very professional. They did a very good job and left. He was there probably for about 10-15 minutes.

So far so good. It was a special from the store. It took them about 45 minutes.
