Description of Work: The ARS technician "Angle" cleaned up the mess left by another plumbing company. The work was done to City of Houston code. Angle took the time to make sure all work was done completely and cleaned up the work area. Angle removed the botched job by the previous plumbing company and repaired the drain in the half bath and properly rehung the pedestal sink. I left him alone to do his job and Angle did an outstanding job. Having seen five foot of mad wife and knowing the grief that follows after the previous plumbing company botched the job, I would absolutely call ARS again.

Description of Work: This company was brought in to install a pedestal sink. They sent someone who had never installed a pedestal sink before. It was loose and leaking. I called to let them know and they sent two high level plumbers. They tightened the sink but pressured me into paying them because they said it was not their fault. I am just now able to review because I felt so horrible. Facts are facts and now the sink is broken because they tightened it too much and cracked the entire pipe leading up to the drain in the sink. I did not call them back out because I couldn't take another meeting with their high level plumbers! I am obviously not knowledgeable in this area and feel like they took advantage of me, ruined the install and then broke the sink.

Description of Work: They perform routine check-ups on our home A/C system. They have been doing this for 2 years, and generally the check-ups are timely (they call us to schedule them, they come when scheduled) and are of good quality (they point out any issues, explain potential issues and what possible options are).

Description of Work: Nearly 2 years earlier, they successfully replaced my hot water heater. There was a recurring problem of the pilot light going out - it turned out to be a problem part that was still under warranty. They replaced the part at no charge. |I have used, and continue to use the plumbing services. They are not cheap, but the work is done right, and if it is not right they fix it until it is right.

Description of Work: Main thing I like about ARS is that they stand behind whatever they do. Problems with any of their work are addressed immediately and usually at no extra charge. Good technicians who explain what needs doing and why. Have had heat pump system installed (great), vents cleaned, various plumbing jobs, some electrical.

Description of Work: They fixed an issue with my bathtub faucet. The hot water was not coming out for some reason. The service technician was punctual as well.

Description of Work: They came on a plumbing service call for a stopped up sink, which was caused by air conditioning condensate going through the same pipes. They sold us a strong powder to flush through the sink every month.

Description of Work: ARS installed central air conditioning in my town home in July, 2007. I had to call them back out for repairs on a brand new system numerous times. Within 5 years the entire system had to be replaced. I did not use ARS for the second installation.
