Description of Work: They provided a very high $7,000 written quote for work and then came back and provided a $1,700 quote without a written quote, which felt like a scam as this was about a thousand more than other companies we received quotes from. We were on their service program but canceled the program after this incident and we ended up doing the work ourselves for $350.

Description of Work: We were visited by Ron from ARS to get a quote for our AC system. Ron was very professional and I could tell that he was very knowledgable. He was very honest in explaining what kind of AC system we needed and also in explains that our return was not working properly. He was very firm in saying that he would only take the job if we do some adaptations to our air return. Unfortunately this adaptations would require us to take a part of our garage that we need in order to park our vehicles inside and that's why we ended up not using ARS.

Description of Work: Service call only. I felt estimate was too high. Once the tech saw the age of the unit. He seemed only interested in selling me a new unit. They fix ended up being very simple which I repair myself for $35.00. Not they estimate of around $1500.00 to repair unit. Stressing it would be better to replace the unit. Giving me a better warranty. Then the one year for a repair.

Description of Work: This company has been to my house many times for various services to include new Air conditioning equipment and duct work. Every time they have come out something was left undone. When I talk to the customer services lady before they came out, she said my summer tune up would be comped. When they technician was done, he presented me with a bill for $162.00. At that time I told him the service was supposed to be comped, but he said no one told him. I paid $113.00 for the filter and decided that I needed a new Air conditioning service!

Description of Work: When no one else would even respond on a Sunday, they worked me into their schedule and repaired my air conditioner drain which was leaking into my house. Their customer service is excellent.
