Description of Work: During a periodic maintenance appointment the employee told me I needed a new A/C system because of a leak in the coil. They sent out a sales guy who quoted over $12,000 to get the system replaced. I got a second opinion who said it absolutely was not necessary to get a new system and 2 years later, with annual maintenance, there has not been a problem.
