I feel that the two contractors sent out to do the work performed did an excellent quality of work. They showed up on time to do the work, but I felt it was kind of pricey since it wasnt a very big house. There has never been one problem with the contractors they sent out, and they are always quick to get the job done. They also moved the furniture themselves when they painted the entire interior of the house.

I felt that the company was very good. Although we had a communication problem with their technicians & they ended up doing more work than we asked for because they put in extra parts, they didnt charge us for them.

I am very pleased with this company. When they come out, they are always very prompt & courteous. If they are late in coming out to fix a problem, you get a refund. The parts werent included in the cost. After they fixed my refrigerator, it ran like new. They picked up after themselves so I didnt have to.

They made me happy. I had some pipes burst on Christmas day and they came right out and fixed the pipes. They hopped to it for me which I was really impressed with. They have reasonable pricing, though I can't recall the exact prices. I've used them for years now. They never try to do more than is needed nor do they over charge. Whatever needs fixed gets fixed all the way.

ARS was out not long ago when our air conditioner went out. We called them, and they came very quickly and found the problem right away. ARS is a very professional, punctual, efficient service company, as we used them to do some repair work to our air conditioner when it went out. They were great, and we will call them in the future if we have a problem with our furnace or air conditioner.

I had to have a new toilet installed because the old one was leaking. I have worked with this company before and they do good work. I thought it was going to cost more then it did. I was amazed that they came out and finished the job so fast. They will really work with you. The price was fair and they cleaned up after themselves.

ARS Services are a great company. We had them out to do some work in the bathroom. The toilet in one of the bathrooms rocked from where the termites had been, so we had to get this fixed. We were redoing both bathrooms & couldn t put the tile down in one until we had the floor fixed around the toilet. It had to be resealed, & the seat was replaced. They came on the weekend. The company was very professional & punctual when we called them to come to do work in our bathroom, & we would recommend them to other people

ARS arrived for the appointment we agreed on. They brought everything they needed to repair the washer. A part inside the agitator motor was faulty and was replaced. The technician was very knowledgeable and explained what he did for us. It didn't take that long to finish, as they were done in about one hour. He was neat and cleaned up the area before he left.

The microwave was several years old, and we had to cook the food two and sometimes three times longer than usual. ARS thought it might be the heating element. It was just the emitter in the heating element. This was good, because if it were the entire element, we would have had to buy a new microwave, or pay as much to replace the emitter. They were very honest about this. The technician fixed it in forty-five minutes.

ARS is a good company when it comes to needing someone on the spot. They installed the hot water heater for me. The product was great & the serviceman did a fine job. However, the stipulations are very heavy with ARS & their service. They make you buy their products, which are pricier than others. So pricing is always on the high end with ARS & that is something that needs to be considered.

They are a very knowledgeable group. They will come out on a moments notice & will take emergencies. Their trucks are everywhere & they come highly recommended by my friends. I feel they are very professional & get things done in a timely manner. I have never had to call them back after they finished the job, as they do the repair right the first time. My air conditioner/heater works great.

It was a very professional job and done in less than a day. There was only one compressor for the whole house and it works fine for us. Some of the cooling vents had to be installed by ARS, so it took a little longer than it would have normally. All involved were polite, clean and orderly. We're happy with the new system.

THEY CHARGED A $60 SERVICE FEE TO COME OUT BUT COST OF REPAIR WAS $250. WAY TOO HIGH.

AT THIS POINT, GIVEN THAT IT IS AN 8-YEAR OLD BASIC KENMORE WASHING MACHINE THAT RETAILS FOR $450, I TOLD HIM NO AND CALLED THE COMPANY. I WAS VERY UPSET THAT THIS GUY HAD MISSED THE ISSUE IN THE FIRST PLACE AND THAT I HAD SPENT $180 ON NOTHING. IT WAS AFTER 5:00, AND THE PHONE REPRESENTATIVE SUGGESTED THAT THEY WOULD REFUND MY MONEY IF I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS. I WAS SKEPTICAL, ASSUMED HE JUST WANTED TO GET OFF THE PHONE. I WAS WRONG--THEY SENT ME A CHECK TO REFUND ME THE MONEY I HAD SPENT. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, SOMETIMES QUESTIONABLE TECHS. I HAVE HAD GOOD SERVICE AND BAD SERVICE FROM THEM.

THEY CAME OUT, AND LOOKED AT OUR SYSTEM, AND SAID IT WAS FINE. IT DIED A FEW DAYS LATER.

TWO SERVICEMEN (ONE APPEARED TO BE AN APPRENTICE) ARRIVED TO PROVIDE SERVICE. BEFORE ASSESSING THE DAMAGE, ONE TOLD ME WHAT A NICE HOUSE I HAD, THEN HE LOOKED AT THE TUB AND IMMEDIATELY SAID WE MAY NEED TO CUT A WHOLE THROUGH YOUR WALL TO GET TO THE DRAIN AND THIS WOULD COST OVER $400.00. I WAS SHOCKED AND SAID NO, I WILL CALL SOMEONE ELSE. I WAS THEN TOLD THAT THE YOUNGER APPRENTICE WOULD CHECK IT THOROUGHLY AND TELL ME WHAT I NEED. I WAS THEN TOD THAT I ONLY NEEDED A NEW CHROME PLATE WITH THE UP AND DOWN LEVER. A NEW PLATE WAS PLACED ON BUT THE OLD ASSEMBLY STEM THATS 20 YEARS OLD WAS LEFT ON. THE OLDER SERVICEMEN WENT TO THE TRUCK, STAYED A LONG TIME THEN SURFACED WITH A BILL FOR $120, FOR A CHROME PLATE. I CONTACTED A MS. HICKS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE ABOUT THIS OUTLANDISH CHARGE BUT NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE. WILL NEVER DO WORK WITH ARS AGAIN. WHAT A SHAME, I HAVE USED THEM FOR APPLIANCES IN THE PAST WITH NO PROBLEMS.

PROMPT, EFFICIENT SERVICE. SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, AND SOLVED THE PROBLEM WITH ALACRITY.

THEY DID THE WORK IMPROPERLY. ENDED UP WITH A WORSE SITUATION. WOULD HIRE AGAIN, BUT ONLY A CERTAIN INDIVIDUAL WHO COMES TO HELP ME.

I DIDNT HAVE A LEAK. THEY INFORMED ME IT WAS THE PIPING THAT WAS SWEATING. THEY DIDNT CHARGE ANYTHING FOR THE VISIT.

THEY WERE SO EXPENSIVE. WE WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

I USED TO USE ARS EXCLUSIVELY. HOWEVER, SINCE THEY HAVE BEEN PURCHASED BY SERVICEMASTER, THEIR QUALITY HAS DECLINED. THEY DO SEND YOU A CHECK FOR $50 IF THEY MISS THEIR APPT. TIME, BUT, IT'S NOT WORTH IT ANYMORE. THE LAST CALL RESULTED IN ME WAITING FOR 4 ADDITIONAL HOURS AND THEN PAYING A VERY HIGH PRICE FOR A SIMPLE JOB. THE QUALITY DEPENDS ON THE SERVICE TECHS, AND I TYPICALLY HAVE HAD GOOD TECHS. THEY TOO, SEEM FRUSTRATED BY THE NEW MANAGEMENT.

THE REPAIRMAN DID NOT HAVE THE NECESSARY PART AND HAD TO PIGGYBACK TWO PIECES TOGETHER TO MAKE IT WORK, BUT THEN RETURNED ON MONDAY TO PUT IN THE CORRECT PART.

THEY WERE VERY NICE, INFORMATIVE AND UNDERSTANDING. THEY EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM WELL AND GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE FOR FURTHER WORK NEEDED. VERY NICE PEOPLE. PRICES WERE COMPETITIVE.

THEY WORKED QUICKLY TO REPLACE THE UNITS WITHOUT MUCH MESS OR INCONVENIENCE. ARRIVED ON TIME AND WORKED UNTIL THE JOB IS DONE RIGHT. NO COMPLAINTS.

THE SERVICE PERSON WAS POLITE, BUT WAS THIRTY MINUTES LATER THAN THE FOUR HOUR TIME WINDOW PROMISED. THE SERVICE PERSON ALSO SPOKE HEAVILY ACCENTED ENGLISH AND WAS A BIT PUSHY WHEN TRYING TO PIN DOWN THE SALE.
