ARS has been my plumbers for a few years now, we replaced a sink and toilet in our bathroom and they did the work. It was great no problems at all. We called them when the tub overflow valve went out and the tub overflowed and ran into the kitchen ceiling. We had an awful mess. ARS came right away and took care of everything. They are very professional and punctual when I call them. Their prices are a little high, but they're good.

ARS is very professional, you could tell because the problem was found right away. My husband or me could not figure out where in the world the leak was coming from and ARS found it 1 2 3! Since the leak was fixed, I have not had a problem since. The price was very reasonable. I actually called Home Depot to get an estimate and the price was the same.

ARS did a pretty good job at installing a gate valve pipe in our house. I asked them to give me a quote on fixing my drippy faucets. I felt that their prices were outrageous so that got me to wondering about whether or not the first price was justifiable. I did feel that the price was not sky high, but in the limits. I feel that the work they did was okay. I would hire them again.

I could hear a hum, as if the motor was running, but nothing would happen. I use ARS for all my plumbing and electrical problems. This plumber arrived the day after I called as agreed. He brought all the parts needed, and a new disposal in case it was necessary, but it wasn't. There was a broken part between the motor and the rotator blade. This was replaced in less than an hour and there was no mess to clean up.

The toilets and sinks began to overflow late one night. After trying to deal with the problem ourselves for a couple of hours, we finally called ARS. This was at one o'clock in the morning and a plumber arrived only forty-five minutes later. At first he tried to clear it with the snake tool. When this did not work, he replaced ten feet of plumbing pipe that had collapsed in. The job took about three hours and we don t have back ups anymore. The work was admirable, considering how late it was.

American Residential Service took my call quickly and came around to give an estimate. Their prices were very reasonable, and they were able to explain why the breakers kept tripping. The electrical work was scheduled as soon as we agreed on a day, and the electrician was on time. He pulled out the old breaker switches and added the new ones, and I haven't had any trouble with them since. He did an excellent job and guaranteed his work.

The leaks had existed for some time but had gotten worse. The locations were all interconnected with the same piping. Instead of replacing all the piping as other plumbing companies suggested, ARS only replaced the leaking sections. The toilet was also connected to this chain of piping. The new toilet and the leaky pipe were all repaired in one day and we have not had further leaks after that.

The contractor showed up an hour late & I felt that I got overcharged. The guy was very rude & unprofessional. He attempted to replace the motor to make the fridge cooling system work again, but it didn't work, so I had to call the manufacturer & they told me how to fix it. So I paid all this for pretty much nothing. I would never recommend them to anyone or ever hire them again.

ARS did a terrible job of trying to fix my bathroom pipes. The workers were rude & acted like they were not interested in being there. I felt that it was just an unpleasant experience. I most definitely feel like they overcharged due to the simple fact that nothing actually got done.

The flutter valve is part of the flapper valve, which is the entire flushing system of the toilet. Our regular plumber recommended we replace the whole system when he fixed it the last time. We did not listen to his advice. ARS, however took the new brass flutter valves out & put in cheap rubber ones. I called them to retrieve the brass parts & was told they were thrown away, which I doubt was done. That s $150 worth of fairly new parts that are now gone.

Their prices were very reasonable, the technician explained what he had to do to fix the dishwasher, and he also diagnosed a leak in the refrigerator dispenser door. The repair was scheduled on the spot, and the technician was well prepared. He pulled out the dishwasher and replaced the belt in the pump that makes the dishwasher drain water out. He did a wonderful job, and they have same day service. He cleaned up any mess and gave me his card.

The service charge was quite reasonable and depending on what was wrong the price varied. I used this company because they are a nice and honest company. ARS does very good work and does not charge a great amount of money to have work done. If they feel it would be cheaper to have the problem fixed elsewhere, they will tell you that.

ARS is a large franchise with a good reputation. I checked them out before I used them. They did some assuring for me. They were on time and did the work that needed done without trying to add extra. Their price was very reasonable, and I have had no problems with the drain since the work was completed.

We have used ARS for a number of different things, and we have found them to be very reliable. We do not hesitate to call them when we need something fixed or repaired. ARS does just about everything imaginable when it comes to homes and their pricing is usually far less than what those types of specific companies charge. The workers have always been very professional and take care of our home when they're in it.

The service man arrived about a half hour late to start the job. He was apologetic about it and then started work. We were without any electricity while he was doing the work, so he tried to finish it as fast as he could. He had to do some rewiring because the wires had been in there since the house was built. The entire job took a little over an hour and he left no mess.

I think the serviceman is really good, as well as the fact that he did a good job. It took about three days to finish up the project. I have had no problems since, which is enough said by itself. They cleaned up after themselves. They did originally tear up a bunch to run underground line from the house to the city sewer line and they did not plant grass or fix the flower bed that they tore up.

I have had clogs in this toilet before, but I could always clear it myself. This is an old house and the pipes are beginning to corrode. The call was after hours, in the evening. Because I have called before, I was only charged the standard rate. The plumber arrived only an hour after I called and cleared it in just a few minutes. He said I should have some of the pipes replaced, which I will do as soon as I can afford it.

I had ARS come out and do work for me. The last time they came out they did some plumbing work. I had some clogged drains and they unclogged them, but they are diversified, as they will do other things, such as electrical work. They always do a good job - I am never disappointed. No matter who comes to do the work - they are always professional.

I use ARS for several things, and my toilet happens to be one of them. They come to fix the toilet and were out of here in about twenty minutes, which was great. ARS is a very good company; they are always on time and always prepared for whatever job you have for them. I also have a contract with them to keep the a/c up to date.

ARS Service Express did a real good job of fixing my range. I was a little concerned at first because they showed up about a half-hour before they were suppose to, but it turned out to be a good thing. The service man was a pleasant gentleman. The price was a tad high, but I guess it was competitive.

ARS came out as our homeowner insurance company called them to take a look at our hot water heater & identify what was wrong. They ended up telling us there were cracks in it & that we needed to replace the unit. With the cost being so high, I contacted the insurance company, & said I was going to try & find a cheaper resolution. I had another company come out, & they identified a minor repair, told me there was no cracks, & that the unit was just fine otherwise. ARS was trying to rip us off, & I let my insurance company know not to ever send them out again.

We have had clogs in the sink before, but we were always able to clear it ourselves. However, this time nothing we tried worked. The plumber used a snake tool to get deep into the system. Then he used chemicals to make sure it stayed clear and cleaned the smell out. This process created quite a mess, but the plumber cleaned this up. We believe the chemicals he used did something positive because we have not had any clogs since.

ARS is a good company when it comes to needing someone on the spot. They installed the hot water heater for me. The product was great & the serviceman did a fine job. However, the stipulations are very heavy with ARS & their service. They make you buy their products, which are pricier than others. So pricing is always on the high end with ARS & that is something that needs to be considered.

I am very pleased with this company. When they come out, they are always very prompt & courteous. If they are late in coming out to fix a problem, you get a refund. The parts werent included in the cost. After they fixed my refrigerator, it ran like new. They picked up after themselves so I didnt have to.

I had to have a new toilet installed because the old one was leaking. I have worked with this company before and they do good work. I thought it was going to cost more then it did. I was amazed that they came out and finished the job so fast. They will really work with you. The price was fair and they cleaned up after themselves.
