Rather than being first on the list, I was later in the day. They had 3 numbers for me to let me know they were arriving. They claimed to have called, but I received no messages on any of numbers. I am disappointed with the service, and plan to find another service.

They're a little on the pricey side. Very quick response and they maintain records based upon my telephone number, which is very helpful. Excellent workmanship.

We call them for everything! Weve been using them for years, and theyre always excellent.

I would not use them again. Price was way too high.

ARS was working under our home warranty, which I will never fall for again! We had used Angies List to find many companies to fix or replace our duct work. The AC was venting into the attic. All of the people who looked at our ducts said the furnace looked bad. Being in the house 3 months and having had it inspected, we called our home warranty to see about this duct work and furnace issue. The guy from ARS returned the call promptly, came on time, and wasnt rude. He took the furnace apart, said it was not the right unit for the connected AC unit, had never been maintained, and was unsafe to use. Of course, he told this to the home warranty people who denied any claims for warranty coverage. He gave us a quote for one new furnace that was more than the other operators who had already given us quotes for the whole system, including AC units. He then spent some time in the attic taping ducts, which were then fixed appropriately later by Service by the Masters.

I called initially before noon and was told they would come out at 2 PM and would call when they were on the way. I called again at 2:30 and was told I had misunderstood them. They meant they would arrive after 2 PM. They assured me they would come before the day ended. I called again at 5 PM, and they told me I was next in line and that they would definitely show up. When I called at 7, the office was closed. The person who answered said she would page the technician and would call back in 10 minutes. She never called. If they had shown the courtesy of telling me they werent coming, I could have called someone else. ARS apparently lines up as much business as they can regardless of whether they have the capability to do it. I was left hanging with no water, no toilet, no shower, etc.

Both service technicians were courteous and seemed to be very competent about what they were doing. There was no delay in making an appointment and they came with in the time window they set. I do not fault them for the defective part. The technician was apologetic and the problem was rectified in three days. I was in no hurry so this was not a problem for me.

We called ARS to come out to our home for a replacement of the wheel and blower for our a/c. Instead all we got was a quote for replacing a new unit and a service fee. We would not have a problem paying a service fee if we were giving a service other than a quote on a new unit which their website offers for free. So why were we charged? We called another service company to replace the blower wheel which they did and it has increased the flow of air as well as quality of comfort in our home. We have used ARS previously, however it seems now (as told us by other service tech from the other Co.) if the servicemen cant sell you a large product they arent interested in doing any work because with the service fee they still profit and get paid commission from unit sales. What a shame.

Always on time, and honest. When they could not help me with the vibration after identifying the problem, they told me exactly who could and did not charge me anything.

The first time the plumber came, he arrived within the time frame the call center quoted me. He replaced a valve. I was entitled to a 10% discount from this company and the plumber asked me to help him calculate the discount. When he came the second time after I discovered the water around the floor, he tried to convince me that it was a new problem, not the problem he had seen the first time. He also suggested that we needed a new toilet. In the meantime, I had requested a call back from a supervisor in the plumbing department and that call was not returned. I called again and described the problem to a plumbing supervisor. He gave me a two hour window two days later to look at the problem. Two men arrived more than two hours after the end of the two hour window at which time I did not have time due to a prior commitment for them to properly look at the problem. Because the water had been turned off for a couple of days, they could not find where the water was leaking and left.

They came out and gave me an estimate, but they wouldnt leave the pictures they took. They did send another person out to take more and leave them with me, but I wasnt too happy paying for an estimate that wouldnt be applied to my job.

Dave gave complete explanation and itemized proposal for new system, even talked long-distance with my brother and answered all his questions. The quote was slightly higher than others, but it was in the ballpark. Next day like clockwork the team arrived. They went straight to their assignments, worked efficiently and cleanly. Very friendly, answering any of my questions. They had laid out plastic floor covering and removed furniture obstructions carefully. When work was completed (in 8 hours), they hauled away the mess and vacuumed! The place was cleaner than before they came. Phone communication before, during, and after was excellent.

The first repairman did not have the part for the oven display on his truck, but he called in and discovered that there was one available. He left, got the new one and returned. He had another repairman meet him, and these gentleman removed my two oven doors and took them apart so I could clean between the glass layers (a design flaw allows stuff to fall through a vent). I was charged just a small amount for this, and it was a big help to me. I am always so pleased with the service I receive from ARS. I recommend them to everyone.

Service man arrived on time and was professional. Performed check of condenser and determined the problem required complete replacement of outside condenser, offered to replace system, but at a much higher price than any other competitor ($2500-3000 instead of $1700-2200). Also check itself was expensive, but work was done on weekend and service was performed accurately without problems.

Ive always liked them. Theyre a pretty good company. Any time I ever call them, somethings always gone wrong, and I wonder what kind of value it is. I like that they come when they say theyre going to. From a pure convenience standpoint, they just cant be beat.

I am quite satisfied. However, it did take sometime to have the job completed. The furnace was not a good fit for where they had put it. They had to come back and fix it. They did keep coming back until they got it right. They did keep all appointments. They were always on time. They finally got it right. I never heard from them again after that. I thought the whole experience was rather comical. At least it s all done now.

ARS responded to our service call in a prompt manner. What we liked was the way the serviceman pointed out exactly what was wrong and what the costs would be. He was very polite and we trusted his judgment. The repair didnt take long at all and when he finished, he swept up the mess and got our approval. The outlet works great and the refrigerator runs properly now.

ARS did one of those spot jobs we needed. They looked at our electrical box and we knew we could count on ARS because we had used them in the past. They got right out like always and identified our problem. They estimated the cost to repair the box and got it taken care of when we agreed. They are always hard at work with fast results. The pricing isnt the cheapest, but for the work done it was fair.

ARS comes out once a year to fix a bad sink that I have. Their employees are very knowledgeable, professional, always on time, and courteous when I ask for their help. They came right out when I called and got the job done quickly. As long as I keep the sink, I will keep using this company.

The gentleman was very nice and finished the job quickly. The experience was totally good. I thought the price was a little high, but they came right out to fix it and had everything working in no time. I would hire them again as I feel I was treated fairly. They do quality work.

ARS Service Express did a very good job. They were very nice and the price was great. I have not had any problems with it since they fixed it. They came when they said they would. The serviceman was polite and professional.

ARS took our call quickly, followed up by an estimate for installing a new hot water heater. Their prices were a little high, but they were able to explain the warranties and they have good quality products. The installation was scheduled as soon as we agreed on a day, and the technician was right on time. He did a quick, professional job and cleaned up very well.

ARS is the most dependable company when it comes to needing someone to come right away. They did same day service. They identified the problem shortly after they arrived. The repair was fast and efficient. My unit has worked great ever since the repair. The cost was sort of pricey, but I needed the service done quickly and they were able to do it.

ARS employees worked quickly and had the job finished in less than an hour. I had them do some plumbing in my house and they did a great job. I have not had any problems with the work that they have done. I have used this company for the last ten years to do other projects around my house. The employees were polite, helpful and they cleaned up after themselves. It was nice to not have to worry about watching over them to get the job done.

The quality of the unit was great and their service was great. The main difficulty I had with these people was financing. The payment plan fell through. I financed it through other means. I was approved, but the paperwork got mixed up somehow. Im really happy with the unit and the service they provide on it. So far it has worked great and the thermostat too.
