They did a very good job. They were polite, efficient and answered my questions.

Technician arrived within the allotted time frame. He asked several questions about the unit (age, make, etc.) before looking at the unit. When coming inside to check the thermostat, shoe covers were worn. He had to call a supervisor with questions. We were told the unit needs replaced and were given an estimate on replacement units. Since the unit is cooling, we chose not to replace it at this time and were only charged for the service call.

The sales presentation was professional and I understood exactly what I was getting. The installation was done in one day when they had said it would take two days. Overall they did a great job, I was a little concerned with the cleanliness. They would drop screws on our floors and I would have to walk behind them to pick them up so they wouldn't ruin our wood floors. They also were in such a rush to get it done in one day, they didn't clean up as well as I had wanted. I found nails and screws on the driveway the next morning, even after they attempted to sweep in the dark. But again, overall I was impressed with the work and the crew, just think they could have cleaned up better.

Excellent. The plumber was efficient and knowledgeable. Most importantly, he fixed the problem.

THE WORK WENT WELL AND THE PLUMBER WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. THE ONLY PROBLEM THUS FAR IS THAT HE ACCIDENTALLY BROKE THE TOP OF THE TOILET LID ON THE TANK. IT HAS YET TO BE REPLACED PROPERLY. THE TOILET IS OLD AND HE IS HAVING A HARD TIME FINDING IT. IT HAS BEEN SINCE JANUARY 28TH.

The contractor was prompt and completed the work quickly. He explained what he was doing and showed me how to avoid future problems.

Tech came and did servicing on furnaces, did job well and in timely manner. However, when we called a day later to report a furnace not working properly we were told a tech would be out that day. We never saw or heard from them with a follow up call. Makes me hesitate to use them again. Luckily we solved our own furnace issue. Also, used the same company to perform some plumbing services. I was told they would quote me a price before they do work. Their quotes were jaw dropping! $140 to replace toilet parts about $400-500 to replace a garbage disposal. I personally would not use the company for their plumbing service based on my experience.

They came out because I was assigned to this company through my home warranty company. A/C went out the Friday before Labor Day. They came on Tuesday morning and "fixed" it. It worked for 3 days and went out again on the following Friday. They came that day and said there's nothing they can do today...have no idea why...and they'd be there the following day, Saturday. They didn't show up on Saturday and when I called they paged the tech twice and he never bothered answering the page. They came out today (Monday) and after 3 hours decided the problem was an incompatibility between my outside and inside a/c unit and the only way to fix it was to order a new outside unit from them. The unit I have currently is only a year old. Called another company and they came out and added freon and so far it works fine. He didn't see an incompatibility issue. And he didn't try to scare me into buying a whole new unit.

I discovered the leak after 5:30 pm, but ARS responded within an hour. The plumber, Joe, was professional, worked quickly, and made the repair within half an hour.

They did what they said they'd do. They cleaned up well. This is not working, and we are waiting to hear back from the company, who says you have to wait a month to see improvement.

I have used ARS in the past and always found them to be prompt and professional. They are very good about providing a 30 minute courtesy call to let you know when someone is on the way. Our A/C stopped working, and they had a repair technician out to the house within 2 hours. He picked up the needed replacement part first thing the next morning and arrived as promised to install it (again giving me a call ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. They may not be the cheapest, but I can always count on them to fix something quickly and honestly. I have never felt they were trying to sell me on unneeded repairs.

They are expensive but they usually do a good job.

They were quick and efficient. They also gave us a follow-up call to make sure that everything was running okay.

I have used them for quite sometime and I will definitely continue to. I would also recommend them to others.

We used ARS before for heating and air conditioning service work and loved them. Our experience with them as plumbers was quite different though. The plumber fixed the leak in about 1 1/2 hours however he left his rusty droppings all over our carpet. When I said something to him, he said to have someone else do it. I called the company and complained they apologized and that was it. They never offered to have someone clean our carpet or anything. We ended replacing the carpet between the leak and the rusty stains on it. I gave them a C on quality of work because when the plumber was giving me my options between replacing the pipe with metal, which we already had or with plastic, he didnt really explain anything.

I do have a few complaints about this company. They got paint on my garage floor and didn't get it all cleaned up. They also left some mess for me to deal with. I also had some trouble getting hold of them because they only give out the national 800 number. They wanted me to sign off on their work right then without leaving me a copy.

I had to call someone that I knew I could depend on for this and that is exactly what I did. I have used Ars before in the past many times and they have always been great. The crew is all very nice and friendly. Now I do not have to worry about plumbing for my home. They did a tremendous job. I think the price is fair, but I really have nothing to compare it to. They told me that they are very competitive and I believe them.

I was pleased with ARS as they used the camera and did not charge me to look and see what the problem was. It took him 10 days to complete the job and he showed up everyday. He used a jackhammer to crack the driveway and repaired the cement when he was done. We are happy to finally have the sewer line repaired.

The people of ARS Service Express are very polite and timely. If for some reason they will be late they will call ahead of time to let you know. They also offer free estimates for their services.

This guy was not someone, I would use for this big of a project. Maybe for smaller things, around the house. His estimate was very vague and useless. He just said that is would be around $10,000 to fix the problem and said that, I would have to get with my other neighbors, because it would involve them too. I won't be using him, when we get this done.

Gave appointment for next day and arrived mid-morning. Said the leak could not be fixed without replacing old drain pan and re-doing the drain lines. Work was completed that day, no problems afterward, and everything was left clean.

Water started pouring out of the back of the washing machine about 3pm. I called ARS because they are known for quick response. They came about 6pm and said one hose had split and both need replacing. They did not give me an estimate. They replaced both hoses and were done in about half an hour. No problems since, but I think the price was too high for the work involved.

I called and they would have come same day (I had scheduling issue). They ended up coming next day, gave estimate and replaced water heater to code on the same day. At price below estimate. I had waited more than a week for just an estimate from a smaller plumber my family had used forever. ARS from now on.

Had people come out who were outstanding and some that were dogging the situation and stretching the time out to run up the bill. Their clean up was rather sloppy.

I've used them before; they are good but a little expensive! Very reliable and fast!
