Arrived on time to perform check. Explained issues experienced with water heater and garbage disposal and provided estimate. Came on Saturday on time to complete work. Worked quickly and cleaned up prior to leaving.

Serviceman originally came on June 12 to service air conditioner. However, did not have enough freon to recharge air conditioner, thus returned one week later to complete job.

The salesman, Kraig Thompson, was very nice. When he called to schedule the installation, I heard him explain to the schedulers that my attic had some very tight spaces and that a small-sized crew would be required. Kraig even came and cleared the attic to make it accesible to the installers. When the crew arrived on Friday as scheduled, they were huge and could not perform the installation. It was recheduled for Sunday, and, again, the schedulers were told that a small-sized crew was a necessity. When the crew arrived on Sunday -- they were too big. I was rescheduled for Tuesday. On Tuesday, the small-sized crew arrived and completed the work in about 2 hours. They cleaned up okay, but there was fiber glass still around in various places. Kraig came to replace the items in the attic that night.

The supervisor came out and checked the entire system. He was here for an hour and half doing the check. His crew was out by 2 pm and replaced the entire air conditioning system. It took them until 9 pm to complete the work. The unit has a 10 year warranty Trane system. The electrician came out the next day to replace the breaker box. I would definitely recommend them.

Service was prompt and courteous, but after checking around I found their charges were 30-40% higher than other high ranked Angie's List providers for the same service. Unfortunately, I joined Angie's List after the service was performed.

They completed the service in April. They were good.

Just moved, needed to connect gas dryer & fridge water connection. Tech got lost finding house. Wanted almost $300 to connect. I balked. Tech finally came down to $200, but had to come back next day w/ connectors. We found a neighbor who went to Lowes & did it for free.

I had good experiences with the home warranty services. This includes all my major appliances in my house including plumbing and electrical. My house is older and the major systems are getting older. So this home warranty works out well for me.

Arrived on time and the installation of the insulation went very well. There was a very tight spot in my attic that the installer had to squeeze through and he did a great job of getting into all the places that needed insulation. Unfortunately the cover over the stairs was not done properly. I called them the next day and they arranged to come back and re-install the cover. Arrived on time and did a great job. I was disappointed that they had to come back but they made everything right and my heat and air conditioning don't run anywhere near as much as they used to.

I thought the price was a little excessive. It was way more than I thought a regular plumber would have charged me. The men who came out to do the work were nice.

I thought that a plumber was coming to my house - that's what the dispatcher told me. Well, this was not a plumber. He told me that metal didn't like to be tampered with, and that my drain might leak afterwards. Now, the drain didn't leak before, and I'm really not sure why it would leak afterwards, but indeed, it did. The service man tried to book an appointment for me to now replace my pipes with plastic, after I just spent $188.00 for him to clean out a drain. He would have be happy to set up an appointment for me. By the way, ARS would not give an estimate over the phone for the work that I wanted to have done. That should have tipped me off. I had used ARS in the past, and had been charged, I believe fairly. But to have someone work on a drain with a machine for 15 minutes, and then end up with a leak (I'm still not sure why??) - all for only :-) $188.00 - amazing!. And scary.

They are always prompt and courteous.

The entire experience was very good. The estimator guy was on time and courteous. The work crew called and asked if they could come out an hour early which worked out great. They explained in detail all work to be performed before they started. They put down drops cloths over the entire upstairs hallway and stair case. They were efficient and ensured I was heppy with the job before they presented the envoice. They asked to check the envoice with the original quote to make sure the final amount matched. In short they did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone looking for additional insulation. With the recent cool front our house doesn't feel as cold so we are sure it will payoff in the summer.

The experience went very well. They were very professional. They did a good job of walking me through everything and resolved the issue. They ended up having to clean out an area in the unit.

The first estimate for the work was $623.00. When I told them that was outrageous for resetting two toilets, the guy said his needed to talk to his boss. So he left the room and I guess called the boss. When he came back he said they could apply a coupon and then do the work for $523.00. I needed to have the toilets reset, so I agreed to what I still consider an outrageous price. There were two workers and the work they did took 1/2 hour. In addition, they didn't bring supplies to sop up the water that went on the floor, so they asked me for towels to sop up the water. After they left, I then had to do laundry to clean up after their mess. Since that time, the toilet in the master bath would move from side to side. The toilet in the guest bathroom would rock back and forth. I had to have another plumber come out and do the work that ARS was supposed to do. It took this second plumber 2 hours to do the work and the charge was only $300.00. I would never use ARS again for anything.

They are very organized and easy to deal with. They are very punctual and their technicians are very personable. They explain to you what they are doing and do good work. I would highly recommend them.

When they show up they come in a company truck and a uniform, which is refreshing. Very polite and a high quality of service. I have had cases were i had to call them about some troubles and they resolved them with no strain or pain

They adequately diagnosed and repaired the problem with our air conditioner. I would use them again in an emergency only if I was unable to get our regular repair person to come out. We have had fairly good and responsive experiences with ARS, but I'm more comfortable doing business with professionals who are familiar with my home and my system. Unfortunately with a company the size of ARS, a different service person comes to your house each time you call and isn't familiar with the repair/service history of the system they're working on.

Their services go very well. They always come within the time they say they will. They are close to their estimates. The services are professional, and the workers are uniformed. They don't third party their jobs out. We have used them for many different services and have been pleased.

I thought that the installation went well. They did spray some sealant around a pipe that went through the ceiling and it spattered. I called them the nest day and they came right back to clean it up. They charged me $400 for a "transition fee" on top of the purchase and installation fee. That came in the mail. I'm not sure what that is and they are looking into it for me.

They had to go all over the area to find all the parts necessary, but did find them and were excellent to work with.

I think this is a wonderful company to work with, my daughter had them out yesterday to fix the air conditioner. They repaired a plumbing leak for us and they were a little late but they kept calling to let me know what the problem was. It wasn't his fault because there was a wreck, but he still stayed till the job was done. They are extremely professional. They clean up after themselves. They try to get an appointment as soon as possible.

They were recommended from a home improvement store. They told me that I would have a reduction in my heating and cooling cost but I have yet to see the difference. I think it was over sold and I dont feel like I got my moneys worth. They were careful to clean everything.

They were friendly. They knew what had to be done and how to do it. They arrived at the time they scheduled. I had to call twice but they did respond.

They've done pretty good work for us. Their prices are a little high, but the work is usually pretty good.
