They replaced the line on October 12, 2018 and it took them until the third week in November to restore the outside and inside of my house. I did not here from them a week after they finished the house so I made a call to the office. I contacted a man who helped me. I guess the man who took my order did not set up for the job finish. After many telephone calls to him. He was not able to get the outside contractors out to the house. I did end up with a drainage problem due to the dirt refill or cement repair. I have made many calls to get it checked but no one shows.

They were able to come out the day after the quote and did great work and got us and running again quickly, which is very important in the Texas heat! Price was lower than others that we talked with. I was a little concerned after reading some of the reviews, but then I noticed that the poor reviews from were 2 years ago, and all recent reviews were positive. We had a very good experience.

Bobby and associate spent half a day and approximately $900 of my money to diagnose a pipe problem. That’s a lot of money to stick a camera down a drain. I have had to repeatedly pester ARS and their dispatcher because the follow up number Bobby gave us was no good. Called twice to the dispatcher on two different occasions still could not or would not pass the message on to the elusive Bobby. Terrible service after dropping almost a thousand dollars for this bogus service.

Went well; a little pricey but got the sink unclogged.

Arrived In time frame given and performed work in a timely manner. Professional.

Good! Only one minor glitch at the end with crossed wires to the unit but was immediately discovered and fixed!

Rep did not charge as issues resolved itself by the time of arrival. Appointment times are quick.

Always trying to sell some extra gadget

They were able to come out very quickly. They showed up when they said they were going to. They are responsive and seem to do good work. They are knowledgeable.

My A/C that I purchased 8 years ago from ARS and have maintained a service plan for years with ARS has just been fixed by ANOTHER COMPANY -- 5 days of trying to be patient with 2 different ARS techs that would acknowledge the problem, reset it and say "let us know if it happens again". (you NEVER get the same tech). One time it faulted again WHILE THEY WERE STANDING THERE. Asked BOTH of them about the blower motor controller (cuz the thermostat said that was the problem) and they BOTH said they visually checked it (no test equipment available) and all looked fine. Maxx A/C identified the SEVERELY CORRODED controller board and replaced it within 48 hours. I saw the board, and there is NO WAY they looked at it. I have been dealing with a broken AC in *HOUSTON* in *JULY* in the high 90's for over a week!!!!! I had a similar issue previously with them with a compressor leak that lasted 2 years (and another company found the VISIBLE LEAK). I have cancelled my service plan and will discourage anyone from ever doing business with them again. I can honestly say I gave them a chance... multiple... They are really nice, very prompt, just incompetent and severely overpriced.

After purchasing a special from another air conditioning company, which never returned my phone calls I found ARS on this site. I called the company and they set an appointment for the NEXT DAY! yahoo!!! The service rep came on time and immediately when to work to find the problem. He did a walk thru with me and explained the problems with the unit and how I can avoid the same problem in the future He was very professional and patient. I will definitely use this company again.

I have a contract with ARS. They are a pretty big company. They just automatically send someone out. I have been using them for years. Under their umbrella they have different companies for the heating, the cooling, the plumbing, and that kind of thing. They will come out any time of the year if something happens that I need service. I would of normally gave them an "A" for all my other services, but this time on the plumbing I would give them a "C" because of the confusion on rescheduling and rescheduling, cancelling out. I don't know what was going on with it but prior to this time, I never had any problems with them at all. They will call you and remind you "Hey it's time for your a/c check or your heating check." So if I forget, they call you and remind you. It was a good price because I didn't have to pay the $225 which it would of normally been, but since there was some confusion it ended up being only $85. I usually don't have to pay anything unless they need to put some coolant in or something like that but my monthly contract is $18, you can't beat that. All the other times I would of gave them an "A". It's a good company. I haven't had any issues until this last time. I have used them for years.

It went great. He went into detail about what needed to be done and what needed to be done first because I did not have enough money to repair it all at once. He cleaned up after himself and brought in a drop cloth to protect my things. He was very thorough and knowledgeable.

Job went flawlessly. Everyone was professional. Would definitely hire again.

I called out another plumber and they replaced the cracked plastic elbow for $137.

End result excellent. Supposed to arrive on Friday afternoon, no show, we called and were able to reschedule to Saturday. Arrived on time and discovered equipment was faulty, had the return to shop for parts which added 2 hours to job, then had to use duct tape to repair hose used to spray in insulation. Job was supposed to take 3-4 hours, took 6-1/2 hours. Two employees very conscientious and put on booties and covered up each time they came in and out of our home. Very pleased with employees, installation and end result.

It took them 3 days to complete the work. The work was done professionally and in a considerate manner. My wife is a home maker and they worked around her schedule. Other than the cost we were very pleased with the work.

We have a service contract with them.

All went superbly. Their people are diligent, know their business and willing to thoroughly answer any question about the products and services that they are providing. They were here on time, kept the path to the work area clean, and cleaned up thoroughly when they were done. Also, they did not complain about all of the cats running around the house from time to time (a small but important to me consideration).

The technician was excellent. Their expensive but quality work. They were able to get it fixed the same day they came out, it was a major repair. Everything went well expect for the cost, they are expensive for the nature of the work but I do feel comfortable it is fixed and fixed for a while.

A/C Saturday evening response got system up and running. Very grateful for off hours service. Always reliable. And stand behind what they do. I like calibre of people they send to work as well.

They arrived promptly and did the job quickly and I am very satisfied.
