ARS was prompt and addressed the problem. The plumber was very nice and professional. He fixed the problem without creating problems for myself. The price was very high in my opinion.

Went well. They installed two water heaters which passed city inspection and work well. I would use them again.

HORRIBLE! Non-responsive. The first CSR who I talked with was rude. She claimed she had made the appointment but when I called back later to cancel, I was told by a different CSR that no open tickets were in their system. GIVE ME A BREAK! I used them before and they were as high as hen's teeth with their prices.

So, we had them set up a time for a sales man to come out to give us a qoute on a new system for the next day between9 and 10 AM. He did not show up until 10:30. Since he was late he came while we were getting another qoute and he refused to come in and look at the unit. His attitude quickly anger my husband who told him to leave that we would get plenty of other qoutes. Well the long and short of it is IF they show up they will not show up on time and will not have professional manner.

They were here when they said they would be here and they kept the area clean. They were very knowledgeable about the unit and it has cut our air conditioning bills already. Everything was fine. We didn't do any comparison shopping. We would absolutely use them again.

We wanted four items taken care of by the plumbing group. Replace the soap dispenser with an instant hot water supply in kitchen sink, replace the trim kits in bath/shower, shower, and Jacuzzi tub as well as fix the leaking toilet. On September 5th the work was quoted as requested except the tech suggested we either rebuild both toilets or replace them with ones more efficient and stylish for a reasonable additional cost. Although the price seemed high, we accepted the quote and the work was scheduled for 3 days later. Two techs arrived on schedule but one left almost immediately to get more parts and while he was gone the second tech installed the toilets which we do not feel are more stylish nor efficient but at least are no longer leaking. He then started working on the shower/tub trim kit in the same bathroom but found that the drain was cross threaded and he would need a Western overflow to correct.. When the first tech returned, he installed the instant hot water supply and then went onto the trim kit in the shower but found that the screws were frozen from corrosion and the pipes in the wall were also corroded. He called his office, explained the problems found then quoted what more than doubled the original price for changing the two trim kits but did not have the required parts on their trucks to complete the job they left and would be back to complete the work when they had the parts. Because this left us without a working shower we agreed and they left with the understanding one would be back Monday. He returned as promised and completed the trim kit installation in the two bathrooms. To do this he had to enlarge the access door for the tub/shower and cut a hole in the back of the shower for access. This was explained prior to his starting and because we had a contractor scheduled for the following week to paint that bathroom, we agreed and he completed those trim kits. He then said he could not do the Jacuzzi tub without removing the marble side panel and would rather we have that done by a third party so he would not be responsible for damage. After seeing the mess created in the other two areas, we decided to wait and have the other contractor remove and then replace the panel. When the contractor arrived, he was able to remove the panel have a third party plumber come in, supply a better fitting trim kit and replace the trim kit the same day for a cost of about a third what ARS quoted. All the work is now done with the final items final items completed by ARS on September 29th. Completion of the work was delayed because of inaccurate estimating , waiting on third parties, our and the tech's availability. We have had ARS do a lot of work in the past and the quality has always been timely and excellent but on anything other than an emergency will not be calling them again and only then if other options are unavailable.

I called ARS Express and they made the appt for the next day. The repair technician that came was Roy. Roy arrived on time, was very professional, replaced the switch, tested the washer, and was done in a short period of time. The price paid included the service call, parts and labor and a 1 yr warranty. Definitely a bargain compared to buying a new washer.

We were planning to buy a house and hired ARS to do the sewer inspection as they worked on that house before. First of all they showed up on the wrong day and when they showed up seller?s realtor was at the house so they were able to get in and did the inspection. I was not happy with the fact that they did the inspection when sellers were around and in this inspection they have to explain by showing video of the pipes. There will not be any report later. When I called them to find out why they did inspection on the wrong day and when I was not around I was transferred to a representative who was very rude. I wish I remembered his name. It was not the manager though. Finally we kind of clarified and they would show up on the schedule day so I can be there to see the video. But they never showed up. I dint bother to call back after this point. After a month I get a call saying that I own them the inspection charges. I spoke to the manager and explained the situation but he said as the job was performed I need to pay. I tried to make my case that I was not present when the job was performed and this job requires me to be present as there will not be a report later. In the invoice they mentioned that everything looks good from the inspection and that?s all I can get right now and if I want I can talk to the technician who worked on the house. And he agreed to knock the price down to 250$ from 293$. So I feel that I paid for nothing and overall experience was not good.

They were great. They got the job done, didn't overcharge me, they were nice to work with and very professional.

I will never trust this company anymore. They are very high on their prices, lie to you and try to charge you extra for something that you don't need.

Since we had a recent lightning strike, we decided to have a home surge protector installed. We had used ARS in the past and had good experieinces with their response and service. We got the usual excellent service this time, too. The electrician arrived on-time; provided professional service, provided information and answered all our questions. Excellent service by the electrician and also excellent service from the scheduling department.

They had to order a new part and they took care of installing it. Everything went well.

The water heater came under our home warranty. However, they said our old vent pipe wasn't long enough, so they would have to install a longer one to meet code. Basically, it was about a 36" piece of pipe that sits on top of the water heater and protrudes through the roof. Nothing special and took maybe 10 minutes to remove the old one and install it. My husband could have easily done it had we known what they would charge. The next day or two after installation of the water heater, we noticed a large leak under it causing the paint on the ceiling of our covered patio to form a bubble. ARS did send someone out to repair the leak and afterward someone to repair the ceiling since the leak was their fault. The water heater under warranty was $60 deductible and the rest was covered. The "vent pipe" was not covered under warranty and they charged over $300, which was ridiculous!! So we basically paid for a new water heater anyway with the cost of the vent pipe.

They were great. Versus other companies American Home Shield sends out, they are just way more on time. I would call them personally for anything not covered because they are very prompt.

It's turned out very well. We never have a problem.

It turned out real good. They were fine gentleman and courteous.

They have some very good people and they also have some people that aren't that great. My son lives in Austin and I was visiting him when we was having AC problems. We couldn't seem to find anybody there so I told him to call ARS and sure enough, they said yes, we have an agent there. They came in and did the work with no problems.

At the end it was ok. They sent a more experience tech and the job was fine after that.

The workers were very courteous, careful and quiet. It was a very difficult job.

It turned out fine. They did a great job.

They were very good and very prompt.

I had a granite put on my countertops and the backsplash so I had to replace all the plugs where the backsplash would go, including the covers. I think they replaced 8 or 9 and it cost us $945, when I think I could of gone somewhere else to pay a lot less. Also, my house is 40 years old so I had to have new piping put in. I had them put in new pipes in my ceilings. Everything they have done has been perfect. They come quickly and you can call and they will be here within an hour. I have no complaints with the work however, I would not use them again because of the cost.

They have done good work. Over the years, sometimes they send someone who is fabulous and then other times they will send someone who is less than fabulous. However, most of the time the people that come send out someone that is good. It’s a huge company and I think they are as good as the person they send out.

They were absolutely fabulous. They came out within a couple of hours the day I called them. I had a problem and they came back the next day to fix it. The men were very careful of not getting dirt in the area. We thought they were affordable, polite and just wonderful.

The only negative experience we had was that we asked them to come out and install a toilet seat; it was $150, which we thought was pricey. Otherwise, we haven't had any issues.
