Description of Work: Tolin replaced the ice maker on my frig. He made sure he had any parts he may need before coming out saving an additional trip. He was very prompt. No waiting around for 4 hours only to get a call that they would be late. There was a small delay getting the old ice maker out but he was in and out in less than an hour with everything working perfectly. I will definitely use him again.

Description of Work: Fixed leaking refrigerator. Very prompt and professional. Went above and beyond. The thing that caused the leak was a faulty tubing that needed to be wider. He could have just cleared the tube and I would have needed him again eventually, but he actually cut down the part so that it wouldn't happen again. I really appreciated that. He took his time to explain what he was doing.

Description of Work: The service man who is also the owner was vet prompt, professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about what he was doing. I was satisfied with the job done and although I thought it was a bit in the high end I did not argue the price as I had not really shopped around so was not able to do a price comparison. I also liked the fact that he was registered with the BBB.
