Description of Work: Cleaned the coiles and etc. in my Sub Zero fridge and got it cooling better again.

Description of Work: They diagnosed the problem with the dryer as a blockage in the apartment's vent pipe. This was already suspected, but the manner in which the technician did it proved that the problem was in the building. Building maintenance finally fixed problem.

Description of Work: Repaired water dispenser and replaced control panel on dishwasher.

Description of Work: They tired to resurrect a front loader washer, replaced the water pump, however after several tries, the problem was the Main Motor and it was better to replace the washer. |They gave it a good effort! |

Description of Work: Dishwasher was making a klicking noise. Tec used vacuum to get some stuff out of the water lines inside the mashine. The noise is not completely gone but much better. I'll call again to see what else can be done.

We have had warranty service to no avail and then we called Appliance Genius which properly diagnosed and fixed pur problems. Their office staff is very responsive and kept us informed of costs and scheduling

Description of Work: New Maytag dishwasher would not start. I would try to start a wash cycle and I would push the control button and it would not start. Maybe by the 15th time it may start. The lights would come on but the water would not run into the unit. It was as though the water was turned off. After a bunch of tries then sometimes it would start. Another company AGI came and looked at it previously and did not fix the problem. Appliance Genius came and took the time to fix it. Willie F. checked out the system and ordered the parts to fix the problem.
