Description of Work: It was very simple: the dishwasher wouldn't drain properly and I was afraid the pump was on it's way out. Turns out it was debris in the air vent that was blocking drainage. After clearing it, they ran the cycle a few times to make sure that was the problem, and that was that. I never would have thought to look there...

Description of Work: He (Jay) checked out our malfunctioning KOBE kitchen Range Exhaust Hood. I had purchased replacement parts on the advice of the KOBE technician(who was not very helpful). After installing myself the replacement parts that were shipped to me, the unit still did not work. But, Jay discovered that both of the replacement parts were defective. He repaired the original circuit board by soldering an open circuit that he discovered and the exhaust hood began to work properly. He had to travel a long way to get to me which I am sure contributed to the cost of his excellent service. He was well worth it.
