I did a lot of research on roofer got a lot of estimates. Amstill was most professional arrived on time worked quietly (no music, visiting by workers) completed job in 1 day. Had Great clean up – at least 3 people checked Cleanup. Wonderful worker would recommend to anyone and would use again if all the estimates they had be for price but chose them for their process 2 saw around neighborhood and their professionalism.

The materials were Cropped off the day before as scheduled. The crew arrived on time as promised. The roof job was Completed on schedule.

The roof on my new house had a bad leak coming in through the vent hood. I called Amstill and with in hours they had a guy over to take care of it. It was rainy and dangerous I imagine to be on the roof, but nonetheless they took care of my problem. Gave me a great deal, and didn't try and gouge me on up charges my roof didn't need. Great experience!

Contact was professional and concise. There was no bandying about with the price. Perfect for what I needed.

Material delivered and work completed on time. Roof vents were painted and all flashing done as contacted. All debris was removed from gutters, Landscaping and yard. I was accompanied by a foreman to review the completed job.

Frank Stilley was helpful during the quote phase and made the insurance paperwork easy to understand and complete. He is good nanred and a man of integrity. The foreman, Jose Lopez, had an efficient crew, completing the job in a single day. Even after accidentally knocking loose a water faucet on the side of the house. He had it repaired and water returned to the house within 2 hours.

Following rain and hail storms in May-June, we called Amstill-Stilley Roofing (amstill.com), highly recommended by several of our neighbors. Called in the morning and rep (Sam Stilley) came that afternoon. Thorough explanation of their process, materials, expectations, etc. Gave us addresses in our neighborhood where roofs were completed or in the process. Once we scheduled the insurance adjuster, Sam was here to walk the roof with the adjuster. True to their word, the roof was scheduled within 3 weeks after contract signed (high volume after the rains). Very professional. The day before roof scheduled, delivered roofing materials and set truck/dumpster in the driveway. 6-8 roofers began arriving by 6:30 am the next day and started work by 7 am (temps nearing 100 degrees that day) working almost non-stop until completion later that afternoon. Resulting roof is beautiful and complements the brick and paint of our home. Thorough clean up around perimeter of home, along flower beds, patio, sidewalks, driveway, etc. In addition to simple sweeping, used magnet-sweeper to pick up any metal debris in the yard. Frank (owner) and Sam came by at different times to check on their work that day. Excellent results. Pleasant, professional and experienced team of roofers. Highly recommend this family-owned business as an honest, reliable and first-rate company to work with. They warranty their work, respond immediately to calls, and unlike other roofing companies, they will be there for any future maintenance issues. No doubt, we made the BEST decision to go with Amstill for our roof.

We had a very large American Elm fall on the corner of our master bedroom roof after some recent heavy rains. The tree crushed the corner and buckled the plywood decking. I called Amstill roofing on the recommendation of a co-worker. I left a message and my call was returned within 30 minutes by the owner. He said they could send someone out right away to give an estimate on the job. They showed up when they had promised and thoroughly reviewed the damage. I got a quote and contract for work on the spot, which was reasonable and within the amount I was given by the insurance adjuster. I called the next day to verify the color and make of the shingles (the roof was 5 years old) and spoke with the owner again. He said they could start the next day and that it would be a one man job. I was a bit skeptical but the next day right on time the one man crew showed up. The job was done in one day and I couldn't believe my eyes. Not only did one man do the work, you could not tell the roof was ever damaged. He showed me the rafters and allowed me to take pictures during the job. I was very impressed with the work that was done and would absolutely recommend them again.

My roof replacement cost more than usual due to contractor had to remove two layers of roofing material. I bid Amstill against two to other Angie List contractors and Amstill gave me the best quote. They finished the job less than three days. Everything was cleaned and nothing was broken. All the roof piping was painted to match the roofing shingles. I am very happy with the job and would use them again.

Went very smoothly. The owner came out and met us and gave us a fair price and had it done in one day. The one thing he wasn't clear about when I asked him, until after the service, was his exact certification by the shingle maker. He is perfectly well qualified to do the job but he is not a master installer. I did ask before the service but wasn't given a clear answer. However, he is a great guy and it certainly does appear he did exactly what he said he would do for a fair price. Very nice fellow, too.

Provider repaired a leak in the roof last year and today, September 19, 2014, after very heavy rain, I noticed a small leak. I called Amstill Corp. at 10 A.M. and at 1 P.M. the roofer came and did a complete inspection, sealed some cracks and told me all looks good. He did not charge anything.

He was very punctual and we liked them. He gave us the bid really quickly and followed up.

We had a home inspection done before we purchased the home and it indicated that we needed some minor roof work done. The roof was approximately 10 years old. I contacted Amstill as my family has used them before and have always been pleased with their work and prices. They came and inspected the roof and gave me a quote for the repairs. We agreed upon a time and price. They arrived exactly when they said they would, explained all the work they were about to perform at the agreed upon price. They completed the work quickly and cleaned up everything after themselves. Overall, this was a great experience with Amstill and I highly recommend them.

We recently purchased a home that during the home inspection, it was noted that there were some minor roofing issues that needed to be addressed. Amstill was highly recommended to us, and we asked them to take a look and give us a quote. Frank did a great job of walking through and explaining what was and was not necessary to fix. This really impressed me. Here he was telling me that they could do the work, but it wasn't necessary. Frank followed up with me a couple of weeks later and we discussed the repairs as well as the addition of ventilation for our detached garage. He took the time to explain everything to me (again) and made sure that all my questions were answered. The Amstill crew showed up right when they said they would. They were extremely courteous and handled themselves very professionally. I will absolutely use Amstill for any future roofing needs.

I think the guy was responsive, he called us back and then came by. He looked at everything while we were gone. Then a couple days later he called us back explaining what should be done. When I gave them the check they said they would mail me the receipt and the guarantee within a week and we haven't yet received it. I don't know if it's lost in the mail or what, I think it's important to get the warranty papers and receipt.

No problems. Very pleased with the work performed. Price was reasonable.

We liked that they were always prompt, came when they said they were going to and did the work they said they were going to do. They did not have to come back and redo it, so that was really good although they offered to if we had trouble.
