American Knights Moving and Storage were very friendly and helpful with my cross country move! They arrived on time and handled my belongings with care and were very nice. All costs and procedures were thoroughly explained and there was great communication. My possessions arrived on time and a thorough inventory was taken and the movers put the items in the right rooms and assembled furniture with care. Great customer service and employees! Would use this company again! Highly recommended!

An amazing company! We moved from FLORIDA to TEXAS, not and easy route but the movers who showed up got the job done quickly, definitely made our moving process easier and much more efficient. The pickup for our house move started near the end of the window they gave us, but the team and equipment they brought helped us to finish the deliver, complete furniture assembly and get everything situated for us hours before we had expected to finish. This included pickup, delivery an reset of a 900 lb gun safe! Will definitely use again!

Great company! The office was amazing as well as the moving team! If I were moving this by myself it hands-down wouldâ ve taken me at least a week, however with the help of American knights I was able to have it done in about a day! Awesome work guys!

Save me a tremendous amount of time! Donâ t know why Iâ ve never gone with a Moving service before but it was a lot easier than moving it myself let me tell you! Also the office was tremendously friendly and extremely professional and setting everything up and making sure that the movers arrived on time! Phenomenal experience from beginning to end! I really donâ t have anything negative to report thankfully! When I spoke to the office they were extremely professional and very kind! Answered all my questions and made sure to take their time with me! There were some items I was nervous about getting moved but thankfully not a scratch on them! If youâ re looking for a solid and reliable company I would highly recommend giving American knights Moving a call!

Initial customer service was excellent. Local team who packed me was excellent. Then silence. My move took longer than expected. It was over a month from pick up to when my items arrived. Many items were damaged and broken. I did not hear any follow up on the list I sent with the driver. I am still uncovering damaged items as Iâ ve been unpacking.

As we unpacked, we found an astonishing amount of damage to our belongings. And what was most troubling about it was that very little of the damage is what you would normally expect from a move. Nearly all of it was avoidable and clearly due to either poor packing or carelessness along the way somewhere. American Knights not only damaged our things but also failed to do the job we paid them to do. Three quick examples: they packed picture frames in the same box as books, obliterated a spindly 200-year-old end table by piling things on top of it, and crushed delicate holiday decorations by putting them at the bottom of a wardrobe box full of sports gear, gardening equipment, and a floor fan. Anyone on earth would have the sense to pack more carefully. Nearly all of our belongings were damaged in some way, if not completely destroyed, from small heirlooms (which just needed a little bit of paper around them) to large framed art (which we paid extra for them to pack extra safely), to a massive solid wood dresser (hundreds of pounds of force must have been applied to crack its top). I have never felt more like a company failed to do what they were hired to do. In fact, from the looks of our belongings on arrival, you would guess we paid them to destroy them, not protect them. Avoid at all costs.

Be certain an estimator comes to your site and gives the estimate. I handled it on the phone by walking room to room, counting the boxes, and listing the furniture. The price seemed good as I checked with two other companies. The estimator was quite easy to work with. Unfortunately, they sent a too small truck. Then the booking agent, Uri, offered another truck for $2,900 with no definite pick up date. After my outrage, he offered $2,500 with pick up on Nov. 1. After discussion with family members, we rented a UHaul for $500.00, loaded ithe **excess** boxes, and drove the 200 miles ourselves arriving at midnight. . We were unloaded and ready to return the truck by the time the professional movers arrived the next day. The gentlemen who physically moved our furniture and boxes were professionals, worked quickly, efficiently, and were quite satisfactory. Their truck was clean and attractive. The equipment and packing pads were clean and well maintained. The movers were neat and clean. They protected the floors. The management did not do their job correctly. And the shipping scheduler was not interested in keeping a satisfied customer. I felt his manner indicated this was not an unusual situation, and I could take it or leave it If we ever move again, I understand that reading the comments, and using these so called online referral services are not enough. Trusting companies to do their best is laughable. I did ask recently moved friends for their recommendations, but their needs were different and they were moving far less than we did.

Expensive, but very good movers. All of my items arrived exactly as the movers found them. However, my move took longer than expected and American Knights wasn't able to provide an ETA, which made life hard for the period I didn't have my things. All the same, the move itself went very smoothly. Would use them again, if it were a bit cheaper and faster.

I moved with these guys a few days ago. They treated me good and they delivered the moving service they promised. No hidden fees, no surprises. It was a hassle free move.

I always thought that hiring a moving company was a difficult decision, but the story changed with these guys. I hired them and it was great before and after the move. They were always willing to help without hesitation. I recommend them for any type of move. This was a nice experience.

I love this company. This is my number 1 moving company since they always do a great job for me at a pretty fair price.

13 hours to move. I was told by the estimator that it would take about 5 hours. Rooms mixed in boxes, all my inside garbage cans were left, my desk contents were just dumped into boxes. It took 4 days to unpack. I would not recommend this company under any circumstance! Worst movers I ever used!

Communication was good, American Knights was able to tell me exactly to expect and when. My stuff arrived safely, but the delivery was a bit haphazard- they came at 10 PM and then there was confusion about accepting my cashierâ s check. After phone calls they ended up delivering the next day. It all worked out fine, and I was grateful during this summer of covid, where moves and movers were behind and trucks hard to get, that my stuff arrived quickly and safely.

Each time, movers were timely, respectful, efficient, and very careful to protect valuable items. They donâ t charge for shrink-wrap, no surprises, you only pay what you got quoted, unless the move takes longer or shorter than anticipated. People on the phone were very responsive and helpful each time I called. Excellent experience all around and will use again.
