American Knights made an otherwise painful process relatively easy. I needed them to pack, unpack and move me from Houston to San Antonio. One of my concerns included potential moving damage to a number of pieces of expensive art. Everything arrived undamaged for which I was extremely relieved. The cost estimate visit was prompt and the price great - a lump sum price for the entire job which I found a bit amazing and perhaps concerning since I wasn't sure whether shortcuts would be taken in the moving process. My fears were unfounded. Everything went like clockwork including me needing a slight delay (hour and a half) on the delivery end since new flooring I was having installed wasn't; quite finished. The front office staff, especially Jennifer, were pleasant, and of all things, fun to deal with. When you can laugh with an agent in the middle of a move, that speaks volumes. Only one item was damaged - a TV - and that was addressed promptly with no issues.

I contacted this company and received great moving prices. The rep Tanya Paz was very professional and explained the pricing to me I decided to hire them and they did a great job! Nothing was broken as I have alot of glass items I was worried about. Overall I will hire them again if needed. Great team! Quick and efficient!!

If American Knights had moved me every time I've moved in my life I could be a professional vagabond. My move entailed moving my furniture and belongings from a residence and storage, then to storage a hundred miles away, and finally into a newly remodeled residence. During the remodeling process, which took 6 months, I had to get in and out of the units for various items. The move itself was handled as though I were a true VIP instead of a weary retired school teacher. I was concerned about needing to access my belongings from storage units over a period of months, but the movers had my things so thoughtfully organized that getting things in and out as I needed them was a breeze. Now that the move is finished, the remodel complete, and everything in its permanent place I can only say this was the best move ever! Great people to work with from my initial call until I waved good-bye, and the price....really reasonable. David and his crew were so accommodating and Misti was awesome!

We had a great experience with American Knights Moving - they were super available for any questions, very efficient with timing and for a cross country move we were so impressed with how smooth and quickly our stuff arrived (earlier than most cross country movers!)

Sloppy work.Did not bubble wrap anything as promised.Broke several items. We are missing items. Damaged lamps and lamp shades.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!

NEVER - EVER HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!! Despite their contract clearly stating 4 men and 2 trucks, we only had 4 men the first day, which 1 man had to unpack items that were not to be moved and repack that took a lot of time. Arrival window was 9-11, but arrived almost 12. Driver stated they did not know it was complete pack and move and had to return for materials. The second day I discovered 2 muffins I had for breakfast were gone with only the wrappers left for me to clean up! only 3 men the next day. My husband and I took off work 2 days because they stated several times the move would be complete in 2 days. Both my husband and I took off work Friday because it took 3 days. This was a big concern I expressed before and throughout the process. Thursday evening we were left with no bed to sleep on or clean clothes for the next day! My husband placed many calls with our concerns that they were not honoring their contract. Jennifer first said she understood our frustration and these issues should not have happened, but after a week American Knights refused to return our phone calls. No wonder they insist on receiving a cashier s check before they deliver customer belongings! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

These guys were fantastic. Their team was very professional and courteous. They were true to their word and true to their quote. They took care of all of my furniture properly and made sure everything was where it should be before they left. Their communication is excellent. These guys were just so helpful. I will definitely use them again next time.

We had a great experience using American Knights Moving with our love from Texas to Georgia. They guys that came to move us were very professional and asked questions about how we wanted things packed and handled. I truly felt like they were listening as well. They made sure to protect our furniture and even the floor from any damage. When they unloaded the truck here in Atlanta they asked questions again and were very respectful of our things. It was a great experience. 5 stars.

I am so impressed with the quality of the customer service I received. This is an excellent company!! We loved working with them and every person we came into contact with was accommodating and kind. They operate like a machine. Everything was done so well. They are highly professional and just genuinely caring guys. We canâ t recommend them enough. We wouldnâ t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I was living in a second story apartment with a lot of pretty heavy furniture. These guys did a great job getting it moved into the truck without damaging it. They then moved my things all the way to Louisiana and unpacked without damaging a thing. These guys are real pros. I really enjoyed watching these guys work. I was so impressed with their skill and so grateful for all their help. Hiring them was worth every penny. Great movers! Very happy customer.

Moving is never easy and as my family had to relocate from the Houston area to Salt Lake City we were stressed to say the least. American Knights is truly the best decision we could have made for ourselves. These guys were friendly, helpful, and on top of their game. The whole move went wonderfully. I would use them again without any hesitation. The customer service was outstanding.

Unfortunately, I didnâ t have a lot of notice when I had to schedule my move. My company decided to move me unexpectedly and it had to be taken care of quickly. American Knights made it happen for me though. They worked very hard and very fast. Despite the last minute notice they did everything thing on time. I highly recommend American Knights Moving. They are an awesome group of people.

I just want to take the time to thank American Knights Moving for their fantastic service. The whole experience of using them was positive. They are so courteous and weâ re so kind and helpful. They treated all of our things with such respect. From the first time reaching out to them for a quote to them bringing in our final box we received top notch service. I will be recommending American Knights to everyone.

Previous to hiring American Knights Moving I hired another company. I hired them with plenty of time in advance and thought everything was squared away but they ended up not showing up for the job at all and I had to scramble to find another mover as soon as possible. American Knights was so understanding and even though I had a big move they were able to schedule it quickly. I ended up still being able to get to my destination with only a little bit of delay because they sprang into action so quickly. Overall this was a great experience and I would hire them again.

I consider this move very successful and that was due in huge part to hiring American Knights Moving. They were prompt and their workers were likable and friendly. I am still unpacking but so far I haven't seen a scratch on anything. They really made protecting our things a priority. I have already recommended them to others I know and will keep talking about what a positive experience this was.

I hired them to move the large I items and furniture for a local move about 7 miles. the team showed up and quickly loaded the truck. including bringing heavy items down the stairs. on delivery at new location we found our spare refrigerator would not fit though the door to the utility room where we wanted it placed. the kitchen had a refrigerator that was not as deep so the swapped the the places of the refigerators and because the total move took less time than the estimated time there was no additional charge. if i ever move again I will be hiring the company

Last year, everything we owned along with 2 other families was lost. This company lied and was incompetent. Our moving truck caught on fire. This was last May and today we are still unable to reach the person in their company who is job is to help. Misty. Chose another company, because if anything goes wrong you will regret it. My family has suffered so much from this loss and is angered by the way it was handled. AVOID AT ALL COST I know some might think, well it will not happen to us but sadly sometimes it does and if anything does happen you are NOT good hands. I wish I could post pictures.

Customer service was satisfactory. When we had any issues we can came to a successful resolution.

Very friendly and helpful from the front office on. The movers were extremely quick, yet careful, polite and pleasant. I wish I would have hired them for the 1st round of moving.

Priced right. The crew arrived at the specified time and moved all my belongings in a careful and timely manner. The move went smoothly from beginning to end and I was very happy with the service provided. The customer service was great and answered my calls immediately.

Good customer service, but perhaps understaffed. It took awhile to receive my belongings. For the price, it could be a better option to go with a larger company, or go cheaper with a smaller local group. However, I did do a local move with non professionals, and you can see the difference. Much more care from American Knights.

American Knights are too expensive for the little work they did. The movers did move anything fragile including TV'a, glass for table tops, or mirrors. My furniture was scratched when it arrived at my residence. Bottom line is my family and I did more work with the move than American Knights.

Little on the pricey side but their work is amazing and communication is awesome. They under promised and over delivered. I would use again

I want this to go out to all my fellow Veterans who may consider this company for service. They treated me and my family like the enemy to the USA. I will not go in detail, but they do not reduce stress for moving they add to it. No one came out to do an estimate for actual CF so the quote low and then when they subcontract to another company you are now shocked with additional $1300.00 not including 10 to 15 % tip that I paid not knowing it was not requires which I paid $600.00, I will have nightmare that builds life-long memories of why we sacrifice's for companies that prey on honest war veterans but will make comments that they want to make America Great! Stay away from this moving company and last thing if they just took advantage of me a War Vet what do you think they will do to a regular person, this company has NO Patriotism Honor and support to the men and women who have served our country. This unquestioned loyalty to our Military. I moved my family for a better life and this company made me sick and scared to be around friends and family because I was so angry with myself to trust a company that took advantage of me!
