It was a great move

Movers were okay. Cant believe I had to have cash on hand before they would unload even tho I didnt know what the total would be. Extra boxes and packing is exorbitant. My brand new $3000 mattress got ruined.

We wouldn t hesitate to use American Knights if we had to move again. Their customer service rep, moving personnel, dispatcher provided first class service. We were extremely pleased with the level of service they provided.

Jennifer P our moving specialist and coordinator is outstanding a true professional,friendly and understanding as we had to change moving dates several times. I give Jennifer P in Relocation a 5+! Interstate moves are always stressful but Jennifer P. was an angel and helped calm me down. Pickup guys had trouble with English to the point and I had to ask several times for them to repeat what they had said. They wrapped packing tape on the surface of wooden and other furniture and it's VERY difficult to get off, especially after sitting in a sweltering warehouse for almost a month before delivery. They did know their jobs and work hard. It is a good thing, however, that I walked through the house before they were finished as they were about the leave my queen bed frame, a couple of personal file boxes (including tax returns!) and some other things that were clearly supposed to be loaded. The delivery guys were nice and capable too except 2 stacks of boxes fell over because they didn't check that they were securely stacked. Two boxes were clearly marked GLASS. Not all the glass made it through the fall. Otherwise did a good job, especially maneuvering the truck into and out of my apartment complex.

There have been a couple of items that I have had trouble finding since the boxes were not marked, partially my fault.

Basically good movers.

Took a couple of trips but everything worked out. The worked hard and got everything done.

Moving day is usually dreaded, but with American Knights it was easy. The crew showed up promptly to get started. A quick walk through and they were on the way to packing. My whole house fit in the truck and when we got to the new house they worked quickly to unload everything. Professional team, quick service, and very polite.

Amazing and professional from the moment Tanya answered the phone when I called for a quote. The crew was punctual, neat, and did a great job. If I ever have to move again I know exactly who I will have do the job!

Least stressful move we have ever made. The move crew was skilled, careful and prompt. Jennifer was always on top of things and there when assistance was needed which was seldom. The only hiccup was the fact that the estimator underestimated the load size which resulted in a two shipment move. This caused some upset in our scheduling but it was ironed out. All in all, a good move.

Its always so stressful to move, but they made it so easy. Jennifer helped set everything up and assure me I was taken care of. I was so nervous about my things being damaged but they were very gentle. I m very glad I hired them to help me.

They moved my two daughters and I without incident and at a great price.
