They did the impossible to accommodate me on the date I needed. I was treated in the most respectful and professional way. The movers showed up 15 min after the promised hour, but I consider this a small detail compared to their great commitment. I was pleased that they took great care of all our stuff, they were so careful when loading and unloading each piece exactly where we wanted. I barely lift a finger. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with American Knights.

My moving consultant Tanya was always there for me, answered immediately all my phone calls and even when she was not available she returned my calls. I really appreciated their great service and I would love to hire this company again.

Extremely helpful and friendly team. They answered all my questions and organized everything quickly. Their reports with status were very useful. At the end of the day there were no issues and my stuff was delivered the same way it left. I would be glad to recommend them to my friends.

This was my 3rd move with this company. They have been excellent every time. From the very first call Natalie the moving consultant was very responsive. I got the quote and booking in record time and she was available anytime we needed to speak to her. The crew was very courteous and helpful, they took great care of my things with all kinds of wrapping and boxes. Great move!

Our representative Tanya was honest and friendly from start to finish. They were very clear that small moves delivery take 2 to 3 days. The truck arrived in promised time. The driver made sure that all the things were in good shape. The cost was only 50 dollars above the quote, very fair according to their great job. I would recommend them as a reliable company.

I was looking for a reputable moving company and a friend of mine recommended them to me. He said they did a great job on his last move, so I gave them a try. The foreman Francisco was polite and friendly. All of my furniture was padded and wrapped in record time!. This company went beyond my expectations. I would recommend them.

Mine was a huge move. We knew this could be very stressful and complicated since we had very large furniture and an expensive old dining table. Despite all this, the crew did their best. They wrapped things up properly, even our mattresses. Nothing got damaged thanks to the crew and their foreman. I would rate them A+ for their great service.

The crew delivered a very good service, they ran out of packing material but they quickly found a nearby place to get some extra packing, so this was no big deal at the end. The foreman was so helpful. My family and I are so grateful for their great service.

All the crew members were kind and handled my items carefully. I noticed that accidentally one of the workers scratched one of my chairs, the foreman told me that insurance would take care of it and they did! that made me feel I was dealing with a reliable company, which is very important for me.

The crew did a great job. They put special attention to details and surprised me with their great work. There was only a small issue with the truck which arrived 20 mins later than expected but Jesus the foreman made it up for me working really quickly. This company made what could be a difficult move a simple one, thank you guys for helping me out!

A friend of mine recommended them to move from NY to Texas so I called them and my advisor Jennifer answered. She was polite and nice to me and sent me a quote in a few minutes. The crew service was even better than I expected, no complaints.

Good movers

American Knights Moving is a subcontractor of International Van Lines and they are TERRIBLE!! Around 90% of the boxes were crushed and/or damaged, with 4 of them even being soaking wet. There was damage to my furniture and belongings. I honestly don't know how they stay in business. The moving truck arrived at my new house to unload, The driver had trouble locating a 3rd man to help with the unload so he waited for an hour for a different man to arrive. With the first load off the truck I was in shock at the condition of the boxes, they were all crushed. Many were coming off upside down, several were wet, some were even open. I also watched as one man dropped 2 fragile boxes in the street as he was transferring them to the house. In unpacking the boxes I found damage to almost everything. Many of work books were water damaged as well as my diplomas. Other boxes of books were crushed so badly that the hard cover books inside were deformed. I had a small chainsaw and the blade was broken off and I still have not found it. In the fragile boxes that were dropped I found shattered glass vases and damage to the enclosure for my 3D-printer. Furniture damage includes breaking off the corners of my wooden headboard and 1 support leg and scuffs on the finish. Dings on arm and seat of my wooden chair Scratches and scuffs on my rowing machine. At one point I found a random tool on the floor of my garage, I believe one of the workmen took advantage of an open tote and stole a tool out of it, in the process he knocked the tool that was on top onto the floor. There is a large empty space in the tote where my Dremel MulitMax should have been. This whole experience was devastating, I've spent days going through my belongings trying to deal with the damage.

This company destroyed many items of furniture, Boxes and rugs were caused and drenched with oil. 8 missing tots with stemware and expensive figurines are missing along with a world renowned oil painting are missing. Uri stated he would find my items but after 8 months they are refusing to pay for the missing items and have not found the oil painting. Crazy how the expensive items are the ones missing. Now they are not returning my telephone call or responding to my attorney.

The move when great. The guys worked really hard to complete the move in one day.

Do not hire! Especially for an out of state or long-distance move !!! I would have given a **zero** star rating, had this website let me. Had a contract for direct delivery (door to door). Instead, my belongings went to a warehouse, an 18 wheeler, then onto a shuttle (Uhaul), and then to my new home. Not according to my contract, and not received on contracted delivery date. Furniture was broken, deep scratches, and chips. Now worthless and ruined. Irreplaceable crystal antiques are now broken. Everyday dishes and glasses, broken. Two huge area rugs, filthy dirty. Carpet cleaners could not get the dirt out. Every item had black-like soot on it, from being moved so many times, I.E., home, warehouse, 18 wheeler, shuttle, new home. Their delivery team piled heavy boxes on top of boxes marked **fragile**, and told me it was a matter of **balancing**!! I paid big $$$$ for direct delivery! They do not honor their contracts, and will double talk you with excuses and reasons! You will be very sorry if you hire this company!

Third time using this company and just like before everything went great. They showed up on time and the men worked very hard for 7 hours.

They work with me to accommodate a constantly changing schedule.
