I just think that they probably need to find out more before they show up for the job. And for my house, it's a two-story house, it probably needed two people and it took the guys forever to do the job. Very nice men, by the way, but I would not have them do it again.

The work that they did was very good. I liked the guys that came. The problem came at the end. They were supposed to come back and remove the lights that they had put up for Christmas and they gave me a call and said unfortunately they were not going to be able to come back on the day that I was promised. And it was going to be three weeks later before they could there and that was very unsatisfactory to me. The price was good.

The odd I guess was, it was misleading because he would assume that cleaning the windows would be inside and outside but I didn't realize until they told me that it was only for the outside. It's the the wording of the add are misleading, I guess. The man who was in-charge was professional and but he had people working for him that kept yelling at him and he was angry with him and that was kind of disturbing.

I thought they were very efficient, they worked non stop and didn't take a break. They were very personable but there was a worker who did not speak English. I would love the two workers that came to my house and I would use them again.

My experience with them did not go well at all. They really were not professionals. There were problems like the people who bought the franchise, they showed up and they did whatever they could, but they did not have any proper equipment and they did not even have a the right stuff to clean things, so it did not go well. The price tag went back and forth, they told one thing before service and then told one thing after. It was just not good, so we would not be using them anymore. Other than the big deal, they charged us additional fee. They did not even clean all the windows.

It was not good. I paid $99 for the window cleaning and when they actually came over they did not have any equipment to do it and they said that only certain windows are included in the deal. It was a whole run around, so I will not be doing that again. They cleaned a few of the windows. I was not impressed with that. They did five or six windows. I would not use this provider again.

There were a lot of problems with this big deal. First of all the appointment was not kept on time. I had to call back and wait for the person to come and finally they came. When the person came here, he did a great job. The communication with their office was horrible. They charged my card 3 times and I had to call back so many times for an appointment and then I had to call so many times to get my money back. There was a lot of miscommunication. They were very apologetic, but it was very inconvenient for me at the time. Then I had to wait for the refund.

I would not use America's Best Inc. again. They did not show up at all at the scheduled times two different times. They did not come out to see what works needs to be done before they schedule something, so they never know how long a job is going to take. So they give you a slot, morning or afternoon, so I made it an afternoon slot. The third time, they finally showed up and were three and a half hours late. It was before daylight savings time, so they couldn't complete the job before. So they never got to the windows. I made it very clean when I talked to them on the phone how unhappy I was. But they are not even local. They are from California and schedule all their appointments from there. I told her not to do the windows first, because her husband wasn't there yet to pressure wash the house. I think she took that to mean I didn't want the windows done at all. I will never use them again. I needed the pressure washing done by a certain day because we were having the boards replaced so that we could get the house painted. I didn't want to deal with them anymore. I was on a deadline and that's why I'll never deal with them again.

They were prompt for the appointment and very nice. However, I did not think the job was done very thoroughly and was expecting a better performance. The job was just average.

I wasn’t too pleased. They were unable to put the lights on the roof. They used a staple gun and I had to do quite a lot of work to remove them, plus it wasn’t good for the wood.

They wanted to charge me an additional $5 for the inside and $5 for the outside making each window $10 more. They said it was because it was a large window. They didn't specify on the add what a standard window is. The first person I talked to on the phone was very rude. The guy who came to actually do the work was very, very pleasant.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this service. I paid $99 for an hour's work. Apparently they had only hired two guys to do all of Houston so they were overwhelmed with lights and displays they had to put up. They rescheduled about twice and when they came out they were late. When they got here they were excellent and helped put up the lights in an hour's time. When we were ready for them to take the lights down in January there was a lot of canceling and changing of appointment times. They never came and, apparently, one of them went home to Mexico. When we called Angie's List and asked them to send somebody else they could not find anybody else who would do it. They finally gave us a refund for the work that was not done. My husband finally managed to get the lights down using a pole because he can't do ladders anymore. They did not have enough workers to do what they advertised in the Big Deal. They were nice guys and did good work when they finally got here. I guess their price was fair but their responsiveness was terrible.

Purchased a Big deal for America's Best Inc. They did a nice job cleaning the windows. They were prompt and very good crew.

You should remove this provider from Houston listings

I wasn't really happy with them. They had to come back. They didn't show up a couple of days. They had to fix the windows. I wasn't happy at all with them. I had trouble getting them to come back.

They were really good except that he could come back and finish the windows because they didn't have a high enough ladder for one our windows and he never did come back. They were courteous. They were great. For the most part they were very good and I would recommend them.

My experience with America's Best, Inc. went very well. They did a great job. The coupon covered all the services I got done and they didn't try to get me to buy more services. I was relieved at that. It was two individuals who were subcontracted by America's Best. They were very, very good.

The experience was OK. They had to come back and red-do some items, so there was a second trip which was costly to them, but they did get the work done eventually. The appointment set-up was prompt and they were also prompt on the initial response. They came, performed the work and the staff onsite was professional and courteous. They had a minor issue or two they kind of left incomplete. I was unable to be there when they completed the work and they were paid prior to finishing, so I wasn't there to validate the proper completion of what they did. So I had to call them to come back and they came back quickly to take care of things.

There were additional charges for work that was not mentioned in the details of the Big Deal. The work crew seemed to be cordial, friendly and were on time. When I found out what the final cost would be, I called the office to inquire about it and the office staff was pitiful. I had to speak with 3 different people about the situation.

The first time I scheduled them to come out and clean my windows they called and they said it was scheduled to rain later that day and I told them they were right and we rescheduled for another day, so it was nice they anticipated that it would be a wasted effort. I had purchased one of those deals where they clean so many windows for a certain price and I had more windows I wanted cleaned so I purchased for two more additional windows and they didn’t gouge me of the price. Their pricing was fair.

I called and scheduled an appointment. They came on the appointed day and cleaned the gutters. I could not inspect the inside of the gutters, but they left the yard without debris in it.

I would not use this type of service again. What the coupon offered and what I ended up with was quite different. I would have been better off calling local firms in to give bids after seeing exactly what the job entailed.

The representatives worked with us to schedule a convenient day and time. They showed up promptly and reviewed the work to be done with us. Washing all second story windows and a number of large first floor windows took approximately three hours. The work was excellent.

They arrived on time and did a thorough job. Never did it seem like they were rushing. During our post cleaning inspection we found one window that had a streak, of course it was the hardest window to reach. Without hesitation they got the ladder out again, went back onto the roof, and took care of the problem. We will use them again for sure.

Overall I never knew the windows could be cleaned that good.
