We had issues with scheduling on that. It took probably an extra two or three hours to get the provider out. I think we got them there five hours after they were suppose to be there. I think they were way over booked. I would not hire them again. The price was great. The quality of the work was fine. They did everything that they said they could do that possibly could help us out I just think they were over extended on being able to have more people. We were kind of under the gun with responsiveness because we had purchased the deal and we had no choice but to do kind of what they dictated to us so they were responsive but it was under there circumstances and I didn't appreciate that.

Everything turned out fine. I liked the quality of service and price.

They did a very good job. We've been watching for them to come back up so we could get it done again. They were right on time when they came, just when we thought they were going to be here. They were very efficient. They showed up. They got the work done in a reasonable amount of time. They were very friendly.

They did a great job. We didn't spend more than the big deal purchase. They were very good. They did everything we asked them to. We had some very odd things. We didn't just have them come in just to do a specific housecleaning. We had different things we wanted done in the different rooms. They worked with us and it was great. I would definitely recommend them.

It turned out great. There were no additional charges. They arrived on time and they were courteous. They cleaned up well after the garbage that was out for the gutters. They did a good job.

They were there for more than 2 hours so we had to pay for that additional time. I felt the additional time was reasonable though. They did a great job!

They did a great job. They came out several weeks after I purchased the $99 Big Deal. We asked them to do additional window cleaning and they were able to do that on the spot. The price for the extra window cleaning was about $120 and was very reasonable.

There was some residue left on the windows. Everything else was fine.

We paid additional because they did more work than the deal offered. They were easy to schedule with and were on time for the appointment. We were pleased with the results and have no complaints.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was fine. He did a good job.

The work they did was really good, but I didn’t think it was that good of a deal because I was expecting more windows to get cleaned. When I called them up to schedule after purchasing the Big Deal, they said the Big Deal ad had been put in wrong and that it was Angie’s List’s fault.

Everything went okay. Due to how long it had been since we last pressure washed, it turned out really well.

The service just went fine. I think I was charged a little bit more because I was told that I had more footage. They did a good job.

I used them through a big deal on Angie's List. There were a lot of additional charges that didn't make it a very good deal. They charged extra if we had divided windows which most people do. They charged extra for French doors. They charged extra if we had upstairs. So I wouldn’t do it again if I had to do it all over again. The big deal was for $99; I had to go above and beyond the big deal. It came out to about $250. They did a good job, but it was pretty expensive. With regard to responsiveness, they messed up the appointment times a couple of times.

It was great. I don’t know what they normally charge but the special price from Angie’s List was good. They did a great job. They were here exactly when they said they would be, in fact, a few minutes early.

They cleaned the windows effectively. It was a fair price.

We have used them a couple of times beyond that, and the experience was good. We had purchased a big deal for their service.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I found it a little misleading but it was probably my fault. It was 20 windows but it was only one side for each window. I don't know how much window cleaning costs but I thought I'd have my whole house done, but you get to choose between interior and exterior. I had them do the exterior because that was more work and it was the same price for the interior and exterior and I just had my cleaning lady do the inside windows. I paid them to do the balance because I did not even cover all the exterior windows and it's a 2,000 square foot house, it's not a huge house. The Big Deal was called whole house window cleaning but I think it's not really whole house window cleaning. I'm not saying it's overpriced, I'm just saying that when it said 20 windows I thought it was a little bit misleading.

They did a good job for us. It's hard to remember now, it's seven months later but as I recalled they were on time, they were professional and when they realized that it would take longer than the time allotted to put the lights, they let us know before hand. It looked great and very festive. I think probably "A" across the board, they worked out very well for us.

The experience was fine, there were some issues with getting them there, I had scheduled for them to come out and I had stayed home to help out. I needed somebody to climb on the 2nd story roof of my house and I didn't want to do that, so we scheduled a time and they couldn't come out on that day, and we had to schedule it for the next day, and that was my only issue with them, that they said they had so many responses for the big deal, that it put them behind. The service was great and there were no issues there. I had done a lot of ground work and just needed the lights to be put up on the roof and so everything was done within 2 hours and the work was done to my standards. I was a little upset about the scheduling, and if you are putting out a coupon, you should expect people to respond and be ready for it, so that you don't fall back.

I did pay extra. The two men that came did an excellent job. They came on time and did what they were hired to do. They let me know in advance, because of the size of my house, it was going to cost me additional money and they let me know how much that was going to be. They let me know everything in advance, so in the end there were going to be no surprises. They had all of their own tools and the ladders that they needed. I would use them again.

America's Best Inc. came out and did the work. We were satisfied with them. I didn't spend more than the $99 on the big deal. They did a fine job.

Of all the Angie's List people that I've used, and I've used several, that one was least satisfying. I had some magnetic windows inside and he cleaned them inside and let them drip. They were kind of dirty, just colored water from cleaning them off. I actually wouldn't recommend and I wouldn't use them again. The price was fair.

It was horrible, like the worst job ever. They came and they did have all the screens prepared, they came and measure the stuff and then they left. And then I didn't hear from them until I called Angie's List and then they told me that my screens were on the waiting list. Then I kept waiting and then then they told me again and they screened only two of the windows that I had requested, I think the deal was like five windows. Anyway when they left again, I didn't hear from them, I had to call back and in a few days there was no response until they finally came back and the re-screened a wrong window. So then I told them that they did the wrong ones and they just fixed it on the spot but I now still have issues with the windows they put the screen on because they have big gaps in them. It was really a bad job, I wouldn't use that company again. They were nice but they didn't do what they were supposed to do.
