Description of Work: Quality of work and professionalism was average.

Description of Work: Took screens off and washed them, cleaned exterior of all windows. Replaced all screens. They will be coming back to clean the insides of all windows. We were very pleased with the service.

Description of Work: Work was done promply. Had to be rescheduled because of bad weather, which was understandable. Would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: They cleaned all of my windows both inside and out. They did a good job, quickly. I would only a couple of streaks on one window. This window was particulary hard to reach.

Description of Work: We have tried to contact them several times to schedule our window cleaning. One time when we got through to a person, she said they were backed up and were scheduling "well into next month" and we should call back later or go online to schedule. I don't use the email platform they have set up, so I haven't emailed. I will continue to try to call and text for an appointment. I kept trying to call or email with no success. Live chat on the web site got a response the next day and scheduling the day after. Once I made contact with someone, the company was very responsive and attentive. The windows are now sparkling clean!

Description of Work: I called to schedule the appontment and Amanda was courteous and we had an enjoyable talk. We set a date to powere wash the house, Jose called a hour before the appoinment and showed up on time. He explained every step. The cost was exactly what was stated. Now we have shiny windows, a clean house and no hard work or ladder scaling for us. We really appreciated the work from America's Bestt and will use them again. Cheryl Vogt

Description of Work: The first time the cleaners did not show up and did not calll me so I waited in a long time! For nothing.. The second attempt it was raining so they didn't come (understandable) but they still didn't call me until the day after, so again, I wasted my time. On the third attempt the crew arrived on time and were very polite and efficient and did a good job for the DEAL I paid for. I don't think I would pay the full price though. They also added 5 extra windows for me because of all the problems.
