Great to deal with!

Great experience! Marco and the rest of the installation crew showed up at 745 am and was done by 3 pm, replacing 21 windows. All team members were friendly and courteous and the whole job was so CLEAN, both inside and out. I did not have to lift a finger when they left. The windows look fantastic and we look forward to a more energy efficient summer. Definitely recommend. Thanks Allstate!

Excellent. The work team was prompt every morning at 8am. Very hard workers. They cleaned up at the end of each day. A few touchups were needed at the end, but my representative Jim told me there would be, and the staff performed. The superintendent Mike was excellent to work with. He is all customer service and called throughout the project to check if any issues and on our satisfaction. I highly recommend them. And come by and see my beautiful home.

Very good. They had to add lots of 2x4's because existing studs were not placed evenly. Garage is stronger now than it was before the work.

Very well. They got it all done the weekend before I went on a train trip vacation. It happened that that day was very nice, so I had the A/C off and the house open anyway. They cleaned up and I got to inspect their work before they left. It was very nicely done. I did help by removing all window treatments, hardware and some furniture before they started. After returning from my vacation, I have opened the house many times on good days. Likewise, I'm happy they put in the "blackout" screens I liked -- which included having both parts of all windows movable. That is a nice air circulation option. Also, the "rain glass" in the bathrooms is a nice touch and good and private. For the first time in 40 years of living here, I now have a back door (patio door) that can be unlocked (unlatched) with a key form the outside. It’s a good selling feature for the house instead of the two-part old aluminum windows and "storms". Another nice feature is the warranty can be transferred to the new owners.

It all went pretty well overall. Any concerns/questions were quickly answered by Jim--the owner. My only real issue is they use Sherwin Williams to match the existing house paint, and Sherwin Williams could not match the original color--which was another brand. When they began to paint, it was clear the new paint was not the color of the original paint; fortunately it was a color that was agreeable to us. The same problem surfaced with the shutter paint color. To All State's credit, they did return to Sherwin Williams and tried to better match the paint, but it doesn't. It doesn't look bad, but it is not what I originally had; therefore, it is a bit disappointing as I truly liked my Southern Veranda color.

Allstate was a joy to work with from beginning to end in replacing some siding and 5 new windows. I filled out the online form and Mary got back to be the next morning and scheduled Jimmy to come out. Jeff called the day before to confirm time. Jimmy showed up on time and was a joy to work with as he brought miniature working windows so that I could pick the ones I wanted. He also had brochures describing the different types of siding. After I had met with two other companies I had a few more questions and Jimmy once again came out and answered everything. My gut told me to go with Allstate: family owned; mid-sized; good price, and; good people. I wasn’t disappointed. Since it’s hard for me to take off doing the week they agreed to come on a Saturday and do the windows and the siding. The windows had to be ordered and would take about a month. I didn’t hear from them within exactly a month, but I wasn’t surprised when I called that due to the winter storms up by Dallas (where NT Windows are manufactured) that they would not be in for another week or so . Once they were in Jeff called to schedule but again the weather played a role in delaying things so it was agreed that the windows would be put in one day and the siding another. The windows were put in on a Saturday morning. The crew arrived EARLY (I was still in bed). Marco, Tony and the guys were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. They even managed to put the alarm sensors onto the new windows which saving me $$$ (Joy!) as I didn’t have to call out ADT. Siding was put in on a week day as I did not have to be there. It was done by the time I got home and once again everything was neat and clean. They did forget to replace a downspout but one phone call and it was done the next day. I will definitely call Allstate again when I want the rest of my windows and siding replaced.

Painted and rebuilt needed items. The installers were amazing in the speed and professionalism. I will definetly use them again.

Very professional service when he came out to give estimate. Took time to answer my questions. Unfortunately we did not use them for service.

When I first called to get an appointment, they insisted on the presence of both my husband and I for the initial meeting. Jim came out on a Sat afternoon, since that was the only day that we could both be home. He was on time and polite. My husband and I told him what we needed, and he gave us an estimate on the spot. I was very glad that he asked us both to be there, because as we laid out the details of what needed to be done, I realized that there were a lot of differences between my husband's and mine ideas. He was very honest about what items he thought was worth spending money on or not. We decided to contract out the job to him, and it's in the process of getting the drawings done by the enginner.

They arrived on time and went about expertly installing each window. One man followed behind to clean up after each window install. Furniture inside the home was moved and replaced to it's correct position by the workers. They were respectful, professional and very neat. When they finished, our shrubs and the area around our house looked as neat as before they began. We are very pleased with the installation and with our windows.

the siding installers were VERY slow, unpredicable as to when they'd show up and how long they'd be here. the patio cover installers were EXCELLENT! Punctual, fast, and they did a FANTASTIC JOB, LOVE my patio cover! Windows are being installed as I type this, so far so good. Jim, owner, was AWESOME to work with! I would definitely use them again (but with a different siding crew that is)

I contacted Allstate Siding and Windows for the siding replacement at our house. I selected them among others as my personal preference goes to family businesses over big brands and their price was very good. Jim came over to assess the work pointing out the things that were not necessary to replace; he gave us a very detailed work plan that has been followed completely. Important to note that Jim is always available and returns phone calls and enquiries promptly. Crew was professional, hard working, with a very good attention to details. Everyday they cleaned the construction site and paid particular attention to covering our pool. Crew was very responsive to our requests and acted promptly to satisfy us. Painting crew was also very professional and paid attention to every details. The finished job is above expectations. I recommend Allstate Siding and Windows.

It was absolutely wonderful. They got here at 7:20am and got right to work, did not take a lunch, ate while they worked and never made a wrong cut. They were prompt, knew what they were doing, also put my shades and fan up and I was very pleased. I had a little leak and they came right back out and fixed it.

Mr. James LaGrappe Sr. , the owner of Allstate Siding and Windows, came to my home in person and won my contract over three other companies I had gotten bids from, after the first contractor I had hired, namely, Doing What's Right, bailed out on the job.. Mr. LaGrappe put in my windows for $3,000.00 less than Doing What's Right was going to charge for the identical windows.. The Allstate Siding and Windows crew members were punctual, dependable, knowledgable, and, all in all an expert crew. They did a totally perfect job in every respect. in a quick and timely manner. It could not have been better! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

Met with owner for an assessment and that went very well, as various options were discussed. It took a while for the doors to arrive, but I was prepared for that. Repair crew was very punctual. They came out on a Saturday, which was a plus, got right to work removing old french doors and making ready for installation. They quickly made my backyard a work space. They expertly handled the fact that my house is a bit uneven and compensated appropriately with hanging the door so that it looks very even and opens/closes smoothly. All deteriorated wood by sidelights was removed and replaced with HardeePlank. Caulked and painted exterior and interior as required and cleaned up the workspace and hauled all waste away. I plan on using this company to replace windows in my home in the near future. I am pleased with the product as it is one I might have overlooked; and I am very pleased with the service. e

The crew was hard working and professional. The job took a week. The house is beautiful! It looks like a brand new house. All of our neighbors have come by to inspect and praise the work.

Allstate offered a good price and I believe would have probably done a good job. The thing I didn't like was the constant phone calls. They called us every day for months until we answered the phone. (we had Allstate do a quote on windows the year before and mentioned we may get siding) Then after we got the estimate and I advised I would let him know one way or the other, called me numerous times, once waking me up on a Saturday morning then, after telling him we were going out of town and I would contact him upon our return, called me again a few days later as I was trying to leave the house. The excessive phone calls verged on harrasement and that's why I didn't go wtih them.

Came out to give estimate for windows and siding, even told us, admitted that we didn't need to replace all the siding. Very charming man who is family oriented and very pleasant. They said it would take 4 weeks to order the windows and they were ready in three and put in that week! They came to our home, worked quickly, cleaned up EVERYTHING afterwards, put all curtains, pictures, furniture back exactly where it was before. Even vacuumed and cleaned. It was like six hours and POOF we had new windows to enjoy with no mess or any cleaning. I loved it!!!

The hurricane took out my windows, so the insurance covered some of it. It's called an insulated aluminum patio cover. They were excellent, and the only thing I'd say about them is they're a little pricey, but the quality of work was incredible. The workers really knew what they were doing. The caulking on the windows was very, very clean and neat. That just impressed me, because most people leave messes, but these guys cleaned up and did a really good job.

This price is for a 12' x 24' x 8' aluminum pergola. I dealt with James C Largrappe Jr. He was very helpful.
