It was easy to set up the appointment and it didn’t take long for the appointment date. They looked at our tile and let us know that the grouting was too damaged to clean and seal it. They provided helpful information and we did ask them if they could do the repairs but they only do cleaning.

They have excellent customer service and dedication to the job. The technician took his time - there were some extra dark spots so he went over it again and again till he was satisfied. He was very professional and polite also. I highly recommend him and will be recommending him to everybody!

They did a good job. The price that they charge me may have been a little high for what they added on. I paid them extra for additional service that they've done but they did a very good job. They were prompt when they came and the guy was very cordial and professional.

They did an excellent job, very much beyond my expectations. They worked their magic on the badly stained grout on the floors and removed all water spots on the marble slab. Very pleased with the service provided. The technician showed up on time and performed the work in the two hours I was told it would take. I would recommend this company and will use their services again when needed. Only issue: we talked about granite counters care and was offered to buy a can of GranQuartz 3 in 1 cleaner for $25. I was told it was not sold in stores but they sell it for $40. A quick online search later on pointed me to a site that sells the same product to the general public for $12...should have made that search right there in front of him, I will not be fooled twice.

Nick did a great job. He came in and sprayed the floor down with cleaning solution. Then waited a while for it to soak in. He used a scrub brush on a few stubborn sections and followed up with the machine. It took him a little over an hour. Made a huge difference. Like night and day.

Nick Carnes was very responsive and came out to check out the job promptly. He recommended stripping the remaining sealant and didn't find it necessary to reapply new sealant but to leave the tile natural, which has worked out great for me. He also wanted to personally take care of the potentially fragile tile step, and before starting any work, made sure I had a spare matching tile, which I was able to find hidden in the attic. On the day of the scheduled work, two workers tackled the shower tile and he set to repairing the tile step. All the work was done with extreme care and has held up great for some months now. (I'm a little slow with these reviews). I have an unusual grout color in my living room (taupe), but I was able to find an inexpensive grout stain sample online and matched it nearly perfectly. I very much recommend Nick for his great attitude, professionalism, and perfectionism!

All Starr was on time and reviewed the areas to be cleaned with me prior to setting up. They are very respectfuly of not getting surrounding areas dirty. They did a great job cleaning the grout, and was very professional in explaining the process. The deal coverred 250 sq feet, and the areas I needed were about 20 + from that, which they included free of charge. Would definitely use again for carpet cleaning.

We located All Starr on Angie's list. Owner Nick Carnes came to the house to evaluate and estimate work. At this time, he received approximately 1/2 the estimated cost. We also discussed, at length, the need to move large valuable antique furniture. He commented that they did it all the time and could surely handle them; they would certainly take extra care when doing it. Each of three pieces was shown and reviewed. The team of two was to start at 9:00 AM on Thursday, take all that day to strip, clean and dry the floor in the largest back portion of the house. They actually started working around 11:30 - moving furniture and beginning to strip the floor. This took until approximately 5:30 PM. The team was to return at 9 AM the next morning Friday to complete. Again the work started at 11:30 with only Nick there. When I inquired what the timing was, he assured me that it would go really quickly. Wrong. I spent an entire day sitting there when I was promised at least twice that they would be done by Noon. I had spent a lot of time waiting for them to even start executing. I was in a room off the area being cleaned when I heard a large bang on the wall just outside the room I was in. They had lost control of a large hutch (handling had been disussed fully) and it had fallen onto the wall. When I came out to see what was going on, Nick told me it wasn't their doing and that the piece was "flimsy." Funny, that word never came out of his mouth when he was shown the piece initially or in later conversations. We now have a hole in the wall there from our "flimsy" piece of furniture. The most distressing damage to our antiques was the torqueing of a 1920s French armoire. Now the door does not go in properly and it will doubtless cost us to get it repaired. The following Saturday, two people (Nick was not one of them) came to clean the bedroom carpets. It was done relatively satisfactorily. They returned the area rugs which had been done well. The rest of the payment was made at that time. We did not have the exact amount that we were being charged (no change for a $10 bill. It became an issue until I pointed out the hole in the wall. Then they couldn't wait to get out of there and took the money (short about $2). The finish on the floor is great. But Nick's attitude was far from professional - not the person he claimed to be when we first met. They just were not equipped to handle large pieces of furniture as he said he could. No, I will never call All Starr again to work on one of our residences.'

I have had my kitchen tile grout cleaned several times by other companies, this is by far the cleanest it has ever looked, looks brand new! They were very professional, did not try to sell me anything extra but gave me great tips on how to maintain and keep my floors looking their best. I am definitely going to use them again in the future and highly recommend them to others.

I phoned All Starrs for a move out carpet cleaning and they were able to give me an appointment within 3 days. Other companies I called couldn't get me in for over a week or never even replied back. This was an easy job as the house is empty of furniture. I used All Starrs about a year ago for floor cleaning and even then the appointment was easy and quick to book. We considered recarpeting certain rooms, but David advised us not to waste our money. He was able to remove and clean all of the problem spots. We used him about a year ago to clean floor tiles and seal grout. I have this type of floor that was difficult to clean because of the harsh surface. It tore up all mop and Swiffer materials. David put a layer of glaze to smooth out the surface and that fixed that problem and ended my frustrations. My floors and carpets are immaculate and the house is ready to put on the real estate market. My reason for a B rating on price is that I don't know what the going rate for these services are. I've only used All Starrs so I have nothing to compare. If what I paid is inexpensive then great. If it's high, I'm not bothered as I've received excellent service.

He did a good job. He had to come back and he did; he had to do it twice because the first time, it did not come out the way they said it would. He was also very courteous. There were no problems. I would definitely recommend him especially with the special that they had. The price was good. It does not come out 100% the way they say, but it is really good compared to what it was before. The company itself is good. The person that came was very professional, but he sold me something that was very expensive. I realized that he did that on the side. I called the company back, and they immediately refunded me the money, and he took the product back because it was overcharged. The person was not all that professional, but the company was because they immediately fixed it.

I had All Starrs out to estimate the cost for cleaning and dealing around 1100 square feet of ceramic tile. The were prompt and courteous, however, the cost estimate was high. I subsequently had the service performed for about 20% less by another Angie's List service provider.

David Teel came and evaluated work to be done and gave estimate. He was professional and courteous and offered a reasonable price for the work to be done. I felt confident that he would do a good job. We decided not to have the work done at this time because we decided to delay putting our house up for sale for almost a year. We will be contacting him again later.

My husband was amazed at how fast and accurate the gentle man was. My husband was so happy that we hired someone to do the Master Bath as there was a lot of tile and grout. My husband had done the kitchen floors, bathroom floors and laundry room floors the weekend prior. He wishes now we would have just hired All Starrs to do our entire house. Yes, we would have had to pay someone to do it but it would have savded us so much time.

Nick with All Starrs Stone Care called back promptly after I submitted an online description of the table and requested a quote, He gave me an estimate to clean, polish, and seal the table top. We scheduled a visit for the week. Nick arrive promptly. He protected the work area around the table with tarps, and polished the table with a buffer and diamond abrasive. The price was as per the telephone quote. The table top looks great. I would definitely use All Starrs again.

The employee was punctual and worked well. My carpets looked good. I was satisfied with the work.
